Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power window device that performs a pinching stop control for stopping a closing operation when a pinching is detected during a window closing operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a window device of an automobile, an opening / closing switch is operated to open / close a window with a motor using a battery as a power source. There is known a power window device of a pinching stop control type that detects the state of the window and stops the window closing operation.
[0003]
In such a pinch suspension control type power window device, pinch detection can be performed by various methods, for example, detection based on a motor load or detection by a pressure-sensitive switch can be employed.
[0004]
In the former detection based on the motor load, the load applied to the motor during the normal window closing operation is almost the same, so that the load at the normal time is detected, a predetermined threshold value larger than the load is set, and the load is stored in the memory. The load of the motor at the time of the window closing operation is detected, and when the load becomes equal to or more than the predetermined threshold value, it is determined that pinching has occurred, and the window closing operation is stopped. . In this motor load detection type, the load applied to the motor during the above-described normal window closing operation differs for each window depending on the temperature, the shape and structure of each window, or the secular change of the installation, and also according to time. From the viewpoint that it is difficult to properly detect the trapping if the threshold value is a fixed value, for example, as described in JP-A-62-280476, In addition to storing the threshold value in the memory, every time the window closing operation is performed, the load applied to the motor at that time is detected, and the predetermined threshold value is learned and updated based on the detection result. A power window device has been proposed.
[0005]
In the latter detection by the pressure-sensitive switch, a pressure-sensitive switch is attached to the lower surface of the upper frame of the window sash, and when the window is pinched, the object to be pinched is pressed against the pressure-sensitive switch. This is to detect the pinching by sensing the pressing of the pinched object.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a power window device that performs a pinch stop control that stops the window closing operation when the pinch is detected, various proposals have been made from the viewpoint of how to perform more accurate pinch detection than before, for example, as described above. Has been proposed to learn the threshold value, but a countermeasure from the viewpoint of what to do if a failure state occurs in which the closing operation of the window is not stopped despite the detection of pinching Was not taken into account.
[0007]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a power window device having a fail-safe function that ensures that a window closing operation is stopped when a pinch detection is performed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a power window device according to the present invention controls a window, an opening / closing drive unit that opens / closes the window, and controls the opening / closing operation of the window and detects entrapment during the closing operation of the window. In a power window device including a window unit having an opening / closing control unit for performing a sandwiching stop control for stopping the closing operation, a power detection apparatus detects a sandwiching detection state and a window operation state in the window unit opening / closing control unit. A closing operation stopping means for stopping the window closing operation of the window part in the fail state when the opening / closing control means of the window part detects the trapping detection state and the fail state in which the window is in the closing operation state; EquippedA plurality of the window units are provided, and the closing operation stopping unit is provided in the opening / closing control unit of a window unit other than the window unit to perform the closing operation stop control. It is characterized by having.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned power window device, the opening / closing drive means receives the supply of electric power and opens / closes the window, and the closing operation stopping means detects the fail state when the window portion is in the fail state. The power supply to the opening / closing drive means may be shut off.
[0010]
In the power window device, the closing operation stopping means may be configured to, when detecting the fail state, forcibly open the window of the window unit in the fail state.You.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the power window device according to the present invention detects the pinch detection state and the window operation state in the window section opening / closing control section, and the window section opening / closing control section is in the pinch detection state, and When a fail state in which the window is in the closing operation state is detected, a closing operation stopping means for stopping the window closing operation of the window section in the fail state is provided. Even when it is impossible to stop the window closing operation by itself, the closing operation stopping means can stop the window closing operation of the window part in the failed state, and execute reliable pinching stop control. Can be.
[0012]
Also, since a plurality of the window units are provided, and the closing operation canceling unit is provided in the opening / closing control unit of a window unit other than the window unit to perform the closing operation canceling control, The microcomputer of the opening / closing control means can also be used as the closing operation stopping means, and the opening / closing control means of each window portion is often configured to be able to communicate with each other. It is not necessary to connect to the opening / closing control means, and therefore, compared with the case where the closing operation stopping means is separately provided, no separate new parts and wiring are required, the configuration is simplified, the arrangement space is reduced, and the cost is reduced. Can be achieved.
[0013]
In the power window device, the opening / closing drive means receives the supply of electric power to open / close the window, and the closing operation stopping means detects a failure state of the window portion when the failure state is detected. In the case where the power supply to the opening / closing drive unit is cut off, the closing operation can be easily and reliably stopped by the cutoff of the power supply.
[0014]
In the power window device, when the closing operation stopping means is configured to forcibly open the window of the window unit in the fail state when the fail state is detected, the closing operation is stopped. Not only that, but also the window opening operation is ensured, so that more effective pinching stop control can be realized.You.

Embodiment
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a power window device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
<Overall configuration>
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an example of a power window device according to the present invention. The illustrated power window device is a power window device of an automobile, and includes a front right seat window portion 2 (FR) provided in a front right seat and a front left seat window portion 2 (FL) provided in a front left seat. It is assumed that the pinch stop control means 18 of each window unit learns the threshold value of its own window unit and stores it in the

Next, a procedure of pinching stop control including a first threshold value setting method at the time of memory reset will be described with reference to FIG. The procedure shown in FIG. 3 is a common procedure of the pinch stop control in all the windows, and is a case in which the

It is stored in the

Therefore, the threshold value is not calculated), since an initial value with low reliability is still set as the threshold value, such a threshold value is returned to S4 without being transmitted to another window portion. Attempt to calculate a reliable threshold.

After the memory reset threshold setting flow is completed, the normal threshold setting flow shown in FIG. 2 is executed.

In the above-described embodiment, the threshold values of all the other window units are stored in the

In the normal control shown in FIG. 2 when the correspondence is provided in this way, the threshold value transmission to another window in U5 is performed to the other window in the correspondence.

The correspondence may be not only the correspondence between the front seats and the backseats, but also the correspondence between the front seats and the backseats on the right, the front and backseats on the left, or other correspondence. Correspondence can also be performed.

<Second threshold value setting method>
Next, a second threshold value setting method will be described. In the first threshold value setting method, the threshold value of the other window portion is stored in the

When this second threshold value setting method is performed, the
[0046]
When the second threshold value setting method at the time of memory reset is performed, the threshold value setting method at the time of normal operation, not at the time of memory reset, is performed by a procedure in which U5, U7, and U8 in FIG. 2 are omitted.
[0047]
The procedure of the second threshold value setting method at the time of the memory reset is as shown in FIG. The procedure shown in FIG. 4 is almost the same as the first threshold value setting method shown in FIG. 2. Simply, in step T3 in FIG. The threshold value of the window portion is calculated, that is, the read threshold value of the other window portion is used as it is as the threshold value of the own window portion, or the read threshold value of the other window portion is compared with the read other window portion. The difference is that the threshold value of the own window is calculated by performing a correction calculation based on the difference in the structure of the own window, etc., and is stored in the
[0048]
In the second threshold value setting method shown in FIG. 4, when the memory of the own window is cleared, the threshold stored in the memory of any other window is read, The threshold value of the own window part is calculated based on the threshold value. In this case, priority is assigned to the other window parts, and the threshold value is read from the window part having the higher priority. Can also be configured. More specifically, for example, each window section is provided with a corresponding relationship, and when the memory of a window section is cleared, the memory of the window section corresponding to the window section is deleted. It is possible to read the threshold value and calculate the threshold value of the own window based on the threshold value. The correspondence in this case may be associated with, for example, the front seats and the rear seats, or may be associated with the right front and rear seats and the left front and rear seats. When the former is associated, the left and right windows of the front seat and the left and right windows of the rear seat have the same shape and structure, respectively, so that in this respect, the correlation between them is high, and such correlation is high. By using the threshold value, it is possible to calculate a more appropriate threshold value of the self-window portion. In this respect, there is a high correlation especially with respect to temperature and aging, and the use of such a high-correlation threshold value makes it possible to calculate a more appropriate threshold value of the own window portion. can do.

<Close operation stop control at failure>
Next, the closing operation stop control at the time of the failure of the window section will be described.

As shown in FIG. 10 (a), the above-mentioned closing operation stop control is such that the left and right window portions of the front seat and the left and right window portions of the rear seat monitor each other for the failure state of the opposing window portion (just monitor each other). However, when the window part of the other party falls into the fail state, the closing operation of the window is forcibly stopped or the opening operation is forcibly performed, but as shown in FIG. 10 (b). The right and left window seats and the left and right window seats can be configured to monitor each other, and as shown in FIG. 10C, the front right (driver) window The unit may monitor the other three windows, and the front left window may monitor the front right window.
[0061]
Further, in all of the embodiments described above, the closing operation stopping means 30 is provided in the opening / closing control means 10 for the window portion, but as shown in FIG. It is also possible to provide a configuration in which all the windows are monitored by the closing operation stopping means 30 separately and separately from the window. The monitoring of the other windows may be configured so that each window monitors all the other windows, for example, and the other windows may be monitored in any other manner.
