Description
【0001】

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and has as its object to provide a stepping motor type indicating instrument capable of accurately setting a zero point without wobbling of a pointer.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A stepping motor type indicating instrument according to the present invention is provided with a stepping motor, a pointer that rotates on a dial based on the driving of the stepping motor, and protruding near or above zero written on the dial. , A pointer detecting means for detecting contact of the pointer, and whether or not the pointer detecting means detects the pointer at the time of start-up. If the pointer is not detected, the stepping motor is driven to set the pointer to the pointer detecting means. After that, the pointer is rotated in the reverse direction for a predetermined time, and then the stepping motor is driven from that position until the pointer detecting means detects the pointer, and the measured value reverses the pointer. Zero adjustment means for terminating the setting of the base point of the hands when the rotation is made in the same direction or within the allowable range.
[0008]
The gist detecting means has a spring-shaped movable portion that penetrates a hole formed in the dial, and includes a switch that is turned on when the pointer comes into contact with the movable portion.
[0009]
In addition, when the pointer is brought into contact with the pointer detecting means and when the pointer is rotated in the reverse direction, the zero adjusting means drives the stepping motor after a predetermined time has elapsed to rotate the pointer. It is assumed that.
[0010]
Further, the zero adjustment means outputs a predetermined number of pulses to the stepping motor when rotating the hands in the reverse direction, and when the hands are rotated from the position until the hands contact the needle detecting means, the stepping motor outputs one pulse at a time. It outputs and counts the pulses, and when the pointer detecting means detects the pointer, the gist is to terminate the zero point setting of the pointer when the counted pulse matches the predetermined number of pulses or is within the allowable range. Things.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is determined whether or not the pointer detecting means detects the pointer at the time of startup, and when the pointer is not detected, the stepping motor is driven to bring the pointer into contact with the pointer detecting means, After that, the pointer is rotated in the reverse direction for a predetermined time, and then the stepping motor is driven from that position until the pointer detection means detects the pointer, and the measured value rotates the pointer in the reverse direction. The setting of the zero point of the hands is terminated when they match or within the allowable range, so that the hands do not oscillate. There is an effect that accuracy is improved.
[0025]
In addition, the switch that turns on when the pointer comes into contact with the spring-shaped movable part is used as the pointer detection means, so that the zero point can be set reliably, and the structure is simple, so the cost is minimized. There is an effect that can be.
[0026]
When the pointer is brought into contact with the pointer detecting means or when the pointer is rotated in the opposite direction, the stepping motor is driven to rotate the pointer after a lapse of a predetermined time. Is eliminated, and there is an effect that the reliability of the zero point setting is improved.
[0027]
Further, when the pointer is rotated in the reverse direction, a predetermined number of pulses are output to the stepping motor, and when the pointer is rotated from that position until it contacts the pointer detecting means, the pulse is output to the stepping motor one pulse at a time, and the pulse is output. Counting is performed, and when the pointer detecting means detects the pointer, the setting of the zero point of the pointer is terminated when the counted pulse matches the predetermined number of pulses or is within the allowable range, so the accuracy of the zero point setting is improved. There is an effect of doing.
