Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bag-making and packaging machine of a type in which a weighing machine and a bag-making machine are linked to package a fixed amount of articles to be packaged.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a bag making and packaging machine of a type in which a long packaging material is bent while being formed into a cylindrical shape, and the stored packaging materials are sequentially stored and sealed, a means for charging a fixed amount of the packaging material is usually used. A combination weigher is used as a weighing head, and a plurality of weighing heads arranged in a ring are selected from among a plurality of weighing heads such that the total value becomes a constant amount, and the packages discharged from these are sequentially transferred to a packaging unit. It is configured to supply.
[0003]
In a packaging machine using such a quantitative supply means, as shown in FIG. 4, out of a large number of weighing heads 2, the sum of the values becomes substantially constant, for example, i, iii, vi, x, etc. When the equally-spaced measuring heads 2 are selected, the articles discharged from these are almost uniformly and linearly distributed along the inner peripheral surface of the discharge shoot 1 as shown by the solid line in the figure. Due to the falling shape, the material is relatively quickly supplied to the hopper, but the selected measuring head, such as v, vi, vii, or ix, is unevenly distributed on one of the discharge shoots 1. In such a case, it takes a relatively long time to reach the hopper due to the spiral dropping as shown by the broken line in the drawing, as affected by the inner surface of the discharge shoe 1 and the like. Therefore, especially when the packaging machine is operated at high speed, It is necessary to confirm whether or not these packages have been correctly packaged and evaluate the performance.
[0004]
However, in recent years, not only transparent packaging materials but also aluminum-deposited packaging materials have come to be used as packaging materials for packaging such items to be packaged. A problem has arisen that it is not possible to observe the state of the object correctly.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a new bag-making and packaging machine capable of correctly grasping the behavior of a packaged object at the stage of charging. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention relates to a bag-making and packaging machine of the type in which a weighing machine and a bag-making machine are linked to each other to sequentially pack a certain amount of articles to be packaged, as a bag-making and packaging machine for achieving the above object . In addition, a behavior observing section for the object to be packaged, which can observe the flow of the object to be packaged, is provided between the discharge chute of the measuring device and the hopper of the bag making and packaging machine so as to partially overlap the hopper .
[0006]
【Example】
Therefore, embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

[0007]
In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a discharge hopper for supplying the articles discharged from each of a large number of measuring heads 2 arranged in a ring shape to a bag in the process of forming. The packaged article is configured to flow down to the hopper 5 via the metal detector 3.
[0008]
Incidentally, reference numeral 6 in the drawing denotes an observation shot interposed between the above-described metal detector 3 and the former 10, and this observation shot 6 is formed by the discharge shot 1 to the hopper 5 In order to be able to grasp the behavior of the articles flowing down into the package from outside, it is formed in a funnel shape using a transparent synthetic resin material, and as shown in FIG. The metal detector 3 is mounted on the lower end of the metal detector 3 via a gap 8 so as not to interfere with the shoe 4 of the metal detector 3.
[0009]
In the drawing, reference numeral 11 denotes a pull-down belt for pulling down a packaging material bent in a cylindrical shape to a horizontal sealing mechanism 12.
[0010]
In the device configured as described above, when the packaged articles are put into the discharge SHUT 1 from several weighing heads 2 where the sum of the weighed values becomes a required value, the wrapped articles are Measuring head 2 ... flows down in a laminar flow, flows down in a turbulent flow, or flows down in a spiral, depending on the mutual deviation and the state of the inner surface of the discharge shoot 1, and according to the flow down condition. The material reaches the packaging material in a given time, and is filled in the packaging material in a time corresponding to the flowing state. This state is disposed between the metal detector 3 and the hopper 5. Immediately based on the flow of the packaged object through the transparent observation shoe 6 provided, the operation speed of the apparatus is adjusted so that filling is performed correctly based on the behavior, or the horizontal sheet is used. It is possible to change the operation timing of the control member.
[0011]
In addition, the above-described observation shot can be formed of an inorganic material such as glass. In the above-described embodiment, the entirety of the former 10 can be used without interfering with the chute 4 of the metal detector 3. from slide next can be easily removed by, each exchange of the former 10 can be removed powder and the like adhered to the inner surface.
[0012]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an observation shoe 16 made of a transparent synthetic resin material as a behavior observation unit is integrally attached to an upper part of a hopper 15 made of metal via a ring 17 for connection. According to this embodiment, the detection accuracy can be further improved by separating the metal part of the hopper 5 from the metal detector 3 in addition to monitoring the behavior of the packaged object.
[0013]
