【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、携帯容易に化粧料を収納する気密コンパクト容器に関し、とりわけ、化粧皿を収納する容器本体に蓋体が開閉自在に蝶着され、蓋体の裏側に設けたパッキン材が化粧皿の周縁部上面に圧接されるようになった気密コンパクト容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、化粧料を携帯する際にコンパクト容器が用いられるが、このコンパクト容器は容器本体内に設けられる中枠に化粧皿を形成し、この化粧皿内に化粧料を収納すると共に、容器本体の後端部に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体を設け、この蓋体で容器本体上側を覆うようになっている。そして、容器本体と蓋体との前端部間に設けられるフック機構で蓋体の閉止状態が保持され、かつ、このフック機構を解除するためのプッシュボタンが容器本体の前端部から突出されるのが一般的な構造となっている。

ところで、この種のコンパクト容器では化粧皿の気密性を保持するために、例えば実公平6−2585号公報に開示されるように蓋体の裏側にパッキン材を設け、蓋体を閉止した際に前記パッキン材のシール部分が化粧皿の周縁部上面に圧接されるようになっている。尚、かかる提案ではシール部分と並列して切欠かれたヒンジ溝が弾発力を発生するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の気密コンパクト容器にあっては、蓋体を閉止した際にパッキン材が化粧皿の気密を保持するための保持力(作用力)は、支点となる蓋体の蝶着部分と、力点となるフック機構の係合部分とで決定される。このため、前記蝶着部分にガタ付きがあると、作用点となるシール部分までの距離が著しく短いこともあって前記気密保持力を十分に確保することができないため、この蝶着部分には高い組み付け精度が要求される。従って、組付け精度を高く確保しなければならないことから組付け作業が煩雑で組立性に劣り、結果的に高コストな製品となってしまう。

また、前記フック機構を解除するためのプッシュボタンを容器本体に対してスライド可能に独立して取付ける必要があり、このスライド部分の精度を確保する必要があると共に、プッシュボタンにはスプリング等の復帰手段を別途設ける必要があり、操作部分の部品点数が大幅に増加すると共に、その組付け性が大幅に複雑化することにより、製品の更なるコストアップが余儀なくされてしまうという課題があった。

そこで、本発明はかかる従来の課題に鑑みて、容器本体と蓋体との蝶着部分の精度に関係なく化粧皿内の気密性を十分に確保すると共に、組付け部品点数を削減することができる気密コンパクト容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために本発明の気密コンパクト容器の第1の構成は、化粧皿を設けた中枠を受容する容器本体と、該容器本体に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体とを備え、該蓋体の裏側に設けたパッキン材が該蓋体の閉止状態で該化粧皿の周縁部上面に圧接され、該化粧皿の内方を気密状態に保持するようになった気密コンパクト容器において、該中枠を該容器本体に対してスライド可能に配置すると共に、該中枠から一体にプッシュボタンを突設して、該プッシュボタンを該容器本体に形成した開口部に位置させ、かつ、これら中枠と容器本体との間に該中枠を復帰方向に押圧する付勢手段を設け、該中枠に該化粧皿を取り囲んで適宜間隔を隔てて複数の第1係合突起を設けると共に、該蓋体の閉止状態で該第1係合突起にそれぞれ係合される複数の第2係合突起を該蓋体に設け、かつ、これら中枠及び蓋体の少なくともいずれか一方に、該中枠のスライドで係合解除される該第1係合突起若しくは該第2係合突起のいずれかを該蓋体の開放方向へ押圧する傾斜面を形成したことを特徴とする。

【作用】
以上の構成により本発明の第1の構成に示す気密コンパクト容器は、中枠をスライド可能として、この中枠を、プッシュボタンを押圧することにより移動できるようになっており、蓋体の閉止時には前記中枠に設けた第1係合突起に、蓋体に設けた第2係合突起が係合されるようになっており、この閉止状態でパッキン材により化粧皿の周縁部上面が密閉されて気密状態となる。このとき、前記第1係合突起は中枠に化粧皿を取り囲んで適宜間隔を隔てて複数が配置されるようになっているため、第1係合突起と第2係合突起との係合のみによって専ら化粧皿の気密保持を行うことができる。従って、容器本体と蓋体との蝶着部分の精度が化粧皿の密閉に影響することはなく、この蝶着部分の構成および組付け作業を簡単化することができる。ところで、前記蓋体の開放は、中枠から一体に突設したプッシュボタンを押圧することにより、この中枠が移動して第1,第2係合突起の係合状態が解除されると共に、これら中枠及び蓋体の少なくともいずれか一方に、中枠のスライドで係合解除される第1係合突起若しくは第2係合突起のいずれかを蓋体の開放方向へ押圧する傾斜面を形成したので、係合を解除した後にこの傾斜面と係合突起とで蓋体を若干押し上げることができるため、蓋体の開動操作が容易になる。更に、移動した中枠はプッシュボタンから手を離すことにより付勢手段で自動的に復帰方向に移動し、この復帰状態で第1係合突起が第2係合突起に対応した位置となり、蓋体を閉止することにより第1,第2係合突起が互いに係合される。

また、本発明の第2の構成に示す気密コンパクト容器は、前記第1の構成と同様に中枠に設けた第1係合突起と蓋体に設けた第2係合突起とが係合されることにより蓋体の閉止状態が保持され、前記第1係合突起が化粧皿を取り囲んで複数配置されることにより、化粧皿の気密状態が蝶番の精度とは無関係に、第1,第2係合突起の係合状態で保持される。ところで、前記蓋体の開放は、中枠から一体に突設したプッシュボタンを押圧することにより、この中枠が移動して第1,第2係合突起の係合状態が解除されると共に、これら中枠及び蓋体の少なくともいずれか一方に、中枠のスライドで係合解除される第1係合突起若しくは第2係合突起のいずれかを蓋体の開放方向へ押圧する傾斜面を形成したので、係合を解除した後にこの傾斜面と係合突起とで蓋体を若干押し上げることができるため、蓋体の開動操作が容易になる。更に、蓋体を開放状態から閉止する際には、この蓋体の閉動作によって係合突起で前記傾斜面を押圧して中枠を復帰方向に移動すると共に、この中枠の復帰状態で第1,第2係合突起を互いに係合することができる。従って、前記プッシュボタンを中枠から一体に突設したことと相俟って、中枠を復帰させるための付勢手段を廃止することができるため、部品点数を更に削減することができる。

更に、本発明の第3の構成に示す気密コンパクト容器は、前記各構成と同様に蓋体の閉止時に係合される第1,第2係合突起は、化粧皿を取り囲んで複数配置されているため、化粧皿の気密状態が蝶番の精度とは無関係に、第1,第2係合突起の係合状態で専ら保持される。また、この構成では蓋体の閉止状態からプッシュボタンを押圧して中枠を移動すると、第1,第2係合突起の係合長さを中枠のスライド量より短く設定してあるため、これら第1,第2係合突起の係合状態が解除されて蓋体を手動で開動することができる。そして、移動した中枠はプッシュボタンの押圧を解除することにより、付勢手段で自動的に復帰方向に移動し、この状態で蓋体を閉止することにより第2係合突起が第1係合突起に係合される。従って、この構成にあっても蝶番の高精度な組付け作業が要求されることはないとともに、部品点数の削減を図って組付け作業の簡略化を図ることができる。

以下、本発明の実施例を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1から図8は本発明の気密コンパクト容器の第1実施例を示し、図1は蓋体を半開した状態の斜視図、図2は蓋体を全開した状態の平面図、図3は図2のA−A線断面図、図4は図3中B部分の拡大断面図、図5は図2のC−C線に対応した蓋体の全閉状態の拡大断面側面図、図6はプッシュボタンの押圧状態を示す図5に対応する拡大断面側面図、図7は第1,第2係合突起の係合状態を示す要部拡大断面図、図8は第1,第2係合突起の解除状態を示す要部拡大断面図である。

即ち、本実施例の気密コンパクト容器10は図1,図2に示すように、容器本体12と、この容器本体12の後端部に蝶番14を介して蝶着される蓋体16とを備え、容器本体12には化粧皿18(図3参照)を設けた中枠20が受容される。前記蝶番14は、容器本体12の後端部中央に形成した凹部14aに、蓋体16の後端部中央に形成した凸部14bを嵌合して、これら凹部14aと凸部14bとに跨がって両側部分から蝶番ピン14cを挿入することにより構成される。

一方、前記容器本体12は周縁部に壁面12aを形成して、その内側部分に凹部12bが設けられ、この凹部12b内に前記中枠20が受容される。中枠20は前記化粧皿18を嵌合する筒部20aが形成されると共に、この筒部20aの上端部に前記容器本体12の凹部12bを覆うフランジ部20bが形成され、このフランジ部20bの外周縁部が容器本体12の壁面12aの内周縁部上面に重合して載置されるようになっている。前記筒部20aの内側面にはダボ20cが突設されると共に、前記化粧皿18の外側面には係合凹部18aが形成され、この係合凹部18aがダボ20cに係合されて化粧皿18の固定が行われる。また、前記化粧皿18の上側周縁部にはフランジ部18bが形成され、このフランジ部18bが前記筒部20aの上側周縁部を凹設して形成した段部20dに嵌合されて、化粧皿18のフランジ18bと中枠20のフランジ部20bの上面が面一となっている。

前記中枠20の筒部20aと容器本体12の壁面12aとの後側(図2中上方)間には所定の隙間δが設けられると共に、前記フランジ部20bの両側部分には、化粧皿18の周縁部に配置されるように前後に計4箇所の凹設部20eが適宜間隔をもって形成され、この凹設部20eの外側面が前記壁面12aの左右方向内側に密接して相対移動可能に当接されることにより、中枠20が容器本体12に対して前後方向にスライド可能となっている。また、凹設部20eが壁面12aの左右方向内側に当接される際、凹設部20eの下側から外方に突設された突起部20fが、壁面12aに形成された前後溝12cに係合されて、中枠20が容器本体12から抜脱されるのが防止される。

以上の構成により本実施例の気密コンパクト容器10は、図2に示すように中枠20は自然状態では板ばね24により前方側に付勢されて、プッシュボタン22が容器本体12の前端から突出された状態にある。この状態で図1,図2に示すように開放状態にある蓋体16を、図3,図5に示すように閉止することにより、蓋体16から突設する支柱32は中枠20の凹設部20eに挿入され、第2係合突起34が第1係合突起30を乗り越えるように支柱32が拡開され、乗り越えた時点で第2係合突起34は図4に示すように第1係合突起30に係合される。このように第1,第2係合突起30,34が係合されることにより、蓋体16は閉止状態が保持されると共に、パッキン材26の凸条26aが化粧皿18のフランジ部18bに圧接されて、この化粧皿18内部の気密性が保たれる。
