本発明は、携帯容易に化粧料を収納する化粧料容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、化粧料の携帯用に化粧料容器が用いられるが、この化粧料容器は容器本体内に化粧料を収納すると共に、容器本体の後端部に開閉自在に蝶着される外蓋で容器本体上側を全体的に覆うようになっている。そして、容器本体と外蓋との前端部間に設けられるフック機構で外蓋の閉止状態が保持され、かつ、このフック機構を解除するための操作ボタンが容器本体の前端部から突出されるのが一般的な構造となっている。

ところで、この種の化粧料容器としては実開昭５８−４０００３号公報に開示されるように、容器本体の収納部内に脱着可能な中皿を収納するようにしたものがある。即ち、上記中皿は皿状の容器に内蓋がヒンジ結合されることにより構成され、容器本体の外蓋が閉位置にあるときに内蓋が外蓋で押圧されて、内蓋の閉止状態が保持されるようになっている。従って、前記中皿は内蓋と外蓋との二重構造をもって閉止されるようになっているため、中皿内の化粧料が外方に漏れるのを確実に防止できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の化粧料容器にあっては、中皿内の化粧料を使用する際に、まず容器本体の外蓋を開いた後に、この中皿の内蓋を開くという二度手間となり、従って、蓋体の開動時の操作性が不便であるという課題があった。

かかる目的を達成するために請求項１に示す本発明の化粧料容器は、容器本体と、該容器本体を開閉する外蓋と、上記容器本体に設けた収納部内に着脱可能に収納される中皿と、該中皿を開閉する内蓋と、筒状に形成された操作部の筒状部内側に形成した第２係合凸部および該操作部の後側から突設した作動ブロックを有し、上記容器本体に形成した切欠部に前後移動可能に配置されて押し込み操作されるプッシュピースと、上記外蓋を上記容器本体側に係脱自在に係合すべく、上記第２係合凸部および該外蓋に突設した第１係合凸部から構成され、上記プッシュピースの押し込み操作により係合が解除される第１フックと、上記内蓋に突設した第３係合凸部および上記中皿に形成した第４係合凸部から構成され、該内蓋を該中皿に係脱自在に係合する第２フックと、上記容器本体側から折曲自在に一体成形され、上記作動ブロックに下端部が、上記内蓋に上端が当接されて、上記プッシュピースの押し込み操作に伴って移動されて該内蓋を押し上げて上記第２フックの係合を解除する中間ピースとを備えて構成する。
