TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an all-weather UV sensor that monitors the amount of UV radiation emitted to the ground.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The amount of ultraviolet radiation emitted to the ground is greatly affected by the thickness of the ozone layer, which is the global environment. Ultraviolet radiation is emitted in large quantities from the sun along with other light rays, but because the Earth has an atmosphere or stratosphere containing the ozone layer, ultraviolet radiation falling on the ground is reduced by these air layers. Large amounts of UV light have harmful effects on terrestrial organisms and also on human skin. It has been clarified that CFCs that have been used as refrigerants for conventional air conditioners destroy the ozone layer, and their use is regulated.
[0003]
Ultraviolet light and other radiation emitted from such space can be monitored by terrestrial observation devices. The amount of ultraviolet radiation radiated to the ground largely depends on the solar altitude and weather, and varies depending on the state of the ozone layer even in the same season.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The observation of ultraviolet rays is performed using an ultraviolet ray sensor, and this ultraviolet ray sensor is installed on the roof or the roof of a building, or installed outdoors. The ultraviolet sensor itself is fixed together with a signal amplifier in a closed container, and captures ultraviolet light radiated from the sky through the ultraviolet transmitting glass. If an ultraviolet sensor is installed outdoors, the ultraviolet transmission glass, which is a shielding window, is contaminated by dew condensation, exposure to wind and rain, dust and fallen leaves due to changes in the weather. In this case, the transmitted dose is greatly reduced from the original value, and accurate observation data cannot be obtained.
[0005]
As described above, ultraviolet sensors are often installed in locations that are not suitable for maintenance, and it is very troublesome to go to that location. This is the case.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object thereof is to prevent the dew condensation and adhesion of dust on an ultraviolet sensor and to accurately measure the amount of ultraviolet light. It is another object of the present invention to realize an all-weather UV sensor device.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sensor cover that covers an ultraviolet sensor, and to open and close the cover in response to a change in state such as rainfall or cloudiness, so that the amount of ultraviolet light can be accurately measured. The present invention is to realize a type ultraviolet sensor device.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an ultraviolet sensor device of the present invention includes an ultraviolet sensor that detects ultraviolet light arriving at an observation window, and a window material that seals a space around the ultraviolet sensor and transmits ultraviolet light to the ultraviolet sensor. An ultraviolet sensor unit having a chamber having the observation window provided with a blower, which holds the ultraviolet sensor unit, generates an air flow, and guides an air flow ejected from the blower to an outer surface of the window material. An air duct for blowing the air flow, and a sensor housing having an opening provided above the observation window, and shielding or opening the opening and the observation window, and the observation window when in the shielded state. And a sensor cover provided with a cover window material having ultraviolet transmittance at a position facing the sensor cover. As a result, dew condensation on the outer surface of the window member of the ultraviolet sensor unit is prevented, and adhesion of dust is prevented. When rainfall is expected, the sensor cover can be closed in advance. Therefore, it is possible to accurately measure the amount of ultraviolet light radiated from the sky in a normal observation state.
[0010]
Further, the ultraviolet sensor device of the present invention monitors the amount of ultraviolet light output from the ultraviolet sensor, compares the output level with a specified value, and determines the discrimination circuit, and controls the sensor cover to be in an open or closed state. A sensor cover opening / closing circuit, a blower driving circuit for controlling on / off of the blower, and transmitting data of the amount of ultraviolet light output from the ultraviolet sensor, and opening and closing the sensor cover when the discrimination circuit determines that the weather is not fine.
