Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a surface sheet, such as cloth, to be stretched without causing wrinkles more than permitted at the edge of the surface sheet going around the back of an inner shell, in order to create images that provide softness and warmth on the appearance of the back of a backrest plate, by exposing a portion of the inner shell wrapped by the surface sheet, even at the back of the backrest plate. SOLUTION: This edge processing structure is designed so that an inner shell 1 having a cushion material mounted on its front is covered at its back with an outer shell except at a portion of a projection 6 going along its periphery, and so that the edge 7 of a surface sheet 5 stretched to wrap the cushion material and the periphery of the inner shell 1 is sandwiched between the inner shell 1 and the outer shell. In this case, a slit 8 is formed in a position on the side of the projection where the wrinkles of the surface sheet 5 stretched to wrap the projection 6 of the inner shell concentrate, and a portion of the surface sheet is pushed into the slit to prevent wrinkling.

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an edge treatment structure of a skin sheet in a cushion body of a chair, and more particularly, to an edge of a skin sheet capable of stretching a skin sheet of a cushion body of a backrest plate or a seat plate without wrinkling. Regarding the processing structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been provided various structures of a backrest plate and a seat plate of a chair in which an inner shell having a cushion body mounted on a surface side is fitted in an outer shell that covers the inner shell in a superposed state. The cushion body includes a cushion material disposed on the surface side of the inner shell and a skin sheet covering the surface, and the skin sheet is stretched so as to wrap the peripheral portions of the cushion material and the inner shell. In general, an outer shell is mounted on the back side of the shell so that the edge of the skin sheet is sandwiched between the inner shell and the outer shell.
[0003]
Here, a wrinkle is formed at the edge of the skin sheet that goes around the back side of the inner shell. Conventionally, the entire inner shell is covered with an outer shell so that the wrinkle is hidden.
[0004]
However, in the structure in which the entire inner shell is externally fitted with the outer shell, for example, in the case of a backrest plate, the back side of the backshell is only the outer shell, and the backrest of the chair is most visible to persons other than the seated person. The back of the plate is hard and has a cold appearance. Therefore, in order to create an image such as softness and warmth in the appearance of the back surface of the backrest plate, it is considered to expose a part of the inner shell wrapped by a skin sheet such as a cloth on the back side. In addition, it is inevitable that wrinkles of the skin sheet wrapped around the back surface of the inner shell are also exposed.
[0005]
In such a structure, in order to prevent wrinkles from being generated on the skin sheet wrapped around the inner shell back side, a method of sewing the skin sheet and forming a bag shape conforming to the outer shape of the cushion material and the inner shell, or It is conceivable to stretch the skin sheet on another member and fit it on the back side, but the former requires a sewing process and gussets and sewing marks are generated, and the latter requires a separate member and requires a separate member. A step of attaching a sheet to the member is also required, which increases the cost.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention seeks to solve the problem by exposing a part of the inner shell wrapped with a skin sheet such as a cloth on the back side of the backrest plate to improve the appearance of the back side. Edge of the skin sheet in the chair cushion body, which can be stretched without creating unacceptable wrinkles on the edge of the skin sheet wrapped around the back side of the inner shell to create images such as softness and warmth The point is to provide a processing structure.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention covers the back side of the inner shell, on which the cushioning material is attached to the front side, with the outer shell except for a part of the protruding portion along the peripheral edge thereof. An edge treatment structure of a skin sheet in a chair cushion body in which an edge of a skin sheet stretched so as to wrap around a periphery of an inner shell is sandwiched between an inner shell and an outer shell. A slit hole having elasticity is formed in the middle part on the side of the protruding part where the wrinkles of the skin sheet stretched so as to be concentrated are formed inside and outside, and a part of the skin sheet is formed with the middle part of the slit hole inward. An edge treatment structure of a skin sheet in a chair cushion body which is pressed into the slit hole while elastically deforming to prevent generation of wrinkles.
[0008]
Here, the cushion body constitutes a backrest plate, and the backrest support rods mounted near both sides of the protruding portion may cover a portion of the skin sheet pushed into the slit hole. Particularly preferred.
[0009]
Further, when the slit hole is formed in a substantially H-shape in side view, it is possible to minimize wrinkles of the edge of the skin sheet stretched on the protruding portion of the inner shell to an allowable minimum. is there.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a more detailed description will be given based on the embodiment of the present invention shown in the accompanying drawings. In the present embodiment, the structure of the backrest plate of the chair is exemplified, but the basic technical idea is the same for the seat plate. However, in the seat plate, there is little need to expose a portion wrapped by the skin sheet on the back surface side.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of a chair according to the present invention, FIG. 2 shows a structure of a backrest plate, and FIGS. 3 to 5 are drawings for explaining a main part of the present invention. Numeral 2 indicates a cushion body, numeral 3 indicates an outer shell, numeral 4 indicates a cushion material, and numeral 5 indicates a skin sheet.
[0012]
In the chair according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the backrest is supported on the seat plate B supported by the leg A via the backrest supporting rods C1 and C1 which are covered with bellows rising upward from both sides of the rear portion. The back plate C is mounted, and the seat plate B has a structure capable of sliding back and forth, and the backrest plate C has a structure capable of tilting back and forth. The present invention relates to an edge treatment structure of the skin sheet 5 of the cushion body 2 constituting the seat plate B and the backrest plate C.
[0013]
The present invention covers the back surface of the inner shell 1 with the cushion material 4 attached to the front surface side with the outer shell 3 except for a part of the protruding portion 6 along the periphery thereof. The edge treatment structure of the skin sheet 5 in the cushion body 2 of the chair in which the edge 7 of the skin sheet 5 stretched so as to enclose the periphery of the inner shell 1 is sandwiched between the inner shell 1 and the outer shell 3. A slit hole 8 is formed on the side of the protruding portion 6 where the wrinkles of the skin sheet 5 are stretched so as to enclose the protruding portion 6, and a part of the skin sheet 5 is pushed into the slit hole 8 to reduce wrinkles. The gist is to prevent occurrence.
[0014]
Here, the inner shell 1 and the outer shell 3 are both integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and although not shown, a plurality of openings are formed in the inner shell 1. A plurality of engaging claws are protrudingly provided at the corresponding positions, and the inner shell 1 and the outer shell 3 are overlapped and the opening and the engaging claws are fitted and prevented from coming off.
[0015]
A cushion material 4 made of urethane foam is adhered to the surface side of the inner shell 1, and is integrally formed with a cushion body 2 formed by covering it with a skin sheet 5 such as cloth or leather. Here, if the inner shell 1 is arranged in a molding die of the cushion material 4, it is automatically adhered to the surface side of the inner shell 1 during foam molding of the cushion material 4, and a part of the cushion material 4 is The inner shell 1 and the cushioning material 4 are more firmly integrated by the anchor effect by wrapping around the back surface side through the through hole formed in the shell 1.
[0016]
The upper end of the backrest supporting rod C1 is connected to the mounting portion 9 of the outer shell 3 via an elastic joint mechanism that supports the backrest plate C so as to be able to tilt forward and backward and a back slide mechanism that slides the backrest plate C up and down. Have been. The mounting portion 9 of the outer shell 3 is covered with curved portions 10 provided on both sides of the inner shell 1. Further, a protruding portion 6 integrally formed along the lower edge portion of the inner shell 1 is provided between the curved portions 10 and 10 and protrudes downward and rearward. , Slit holes 8 are respectively formed in a substantially H shape in side view. Here, the slit hole 8 is composed of portions 8A and 8B along the upper and lower edges of the end face 11, and a portion 8C communicating between the central portions thereof.
[0017]
The skin sheet 5 is stretched so as to surround the cushion material 4 and the peripheral edge of the inner shell 1 in a state where the cushion material 4 is arranged on the surface side of the inner shell 1. In particular, at the end surface 11 of the protrusion 6, the edges 7 of the skin sheet 5 wrapped around from below and on the surface side of the protrusion 6 and further downward from the upper surface of the protrusion 6 gather. An extra portion of the edge 7 is pushed into the slit hole 8 (see FIG. 5). In particular, since the set of the edges 7 of the end surface 11 of the protrusion 6 near the corners on the front surface side and the lower surface side increases, the opening of the lower edge portion 8B of the slit hole 8 corresponding to this portion is increased. The width is set wide. In addition, the end surface 11 on both sides of the intermediate portion 8C of the slit hole 8 has elasticity inside and outside since both ends are cut off by the upper and lower edge portions 8A and 8B. Is pushed in and elastically deformed inward, the opening width of the intermediate portion 8C is widened, and the pushing work of the edge 7 is simplified.
[0018]
Then, the inner shell 1 integrated with the cushion body 2 and the outer shell 3 are fitted in a superposed state as described above, so that the entire peripheral edge 7 of the skin sheet 5 is fixed to the inner shell 1. And the outer shell 3. Here, at the time of foam molding of the cushion material 4, it is preferable to integrate the cushion material 4 and the skin sheet 5 together with the inner shell 1 as described above, and further to the back side of the peripheral edge of the inner shell 1. It is also preferable that the edge 7 of the wrapped skin sheet 5 is adhered to the back surface of the inner shell 1 with an adhesive.
[0019]
Since the backrest supporting rod C1 is attached to the end surface 11 of the protruding portion 6 of the inner shell 1 in close proximity, including the vicinity of the edge 7 of the skin sheet 5 pushed into the slit hole 8, Since the skin sheet 5 located on the end face 11 is substantially concealed, there is no problem in appearance.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the edge treatment structure of the skin sheet in the cushion body of the chair of the present invention as described above, the following remarkable effects can be obtained.
[0021]
According to the first aspect, the edge of the skin sheet that has wrapped around the back side of the inner shell can be stretched without generating an unacceptable wrinkle. By exposing a part of the inner shell wrapped by the sheet, it is possible to create an image such as softness and warmth in the appearance of the back surface, and it is possible to minimize an increase in cost for that purpose. Specifically, a slit hole having elasticity inside and outside is formed in an intermediate portion on the side of the projecting portion where wrinkles of the skin sheet are stretched so as to enclose the projecting portion of the inner shell, and the skin sheet is formed. The middle part of the slit hole is pushed into the slit hole while elastically deforming the middle part of the slit hole inward to prevent wrinkles. Due to the elastic deformation, the opening width is widened, and the pushing work of the edge is simplified.
[0022]
According to the second aspect, wrinkles of the edge of the skin sheet stretched on the protruding portion of the inner shell can be reduced to an allowable minimum required, and the edge of the skin sheet is inserted into the slit hole. Pushing work is easy.
[0023]
According to the third aspect, since the backrest supporting rod is mounted close to the end face of the protruding portion of the inner shell constituting the backrest plate, it includes the vicinity of the edge of the skin sheet pushed into the slit hole. Thus, the skin sheet located on the end face is substantially hidden, so that there is no problem in appearance.
