Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable wearing article having good air permeability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is well known that a mesh cloth is used at a required portion of a worn article or a ventilation hole is provided in a nonwoven fabric as a means for improving the air permeability of a disposable wearing article made of a nonwoven fabric.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among the above-mentioned conventional techniques, when using a mesh fabric for a required part, in addition to the complexity of material procurement that a mesh fabric must be prepared in addition to the nonwoven fabric, the cutting of the nonwoven fabric becomes complicated, There is an annoyance that it takes time to join the mesh fabric. In addition, when vents are provided in the nonwoven fabric, it is difficult to make relatively small vents close to each other, depending on the mechanical device used for the vents. For example, it is difficult to form air holes slightly larger than the fiber gap of the nonwoven fabric so as to be close to each other with a fiber diameter.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to form a large number of fine ventilation holes in required portions of a nonwoven fabric wearing article without using a separate member such as a mesh fabric.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is a disposable wearing article covering a body with a nonwoven fabric, and the present invention is characterized in that a required portion of the nonwoven fabric is stretched to a plurality of articles. And the gap between the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric at the fold is larger than the gap between the fibers around the required portion.
[0006]
This invention has the following embodiments.
(1) The nonwoven fabric is one of disposable gowns, shirts, pants, pants, and hats.
(2) The required part is located on one of a front body, a back body, a sleeve, and a mask of the disposable gown.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The details of the disposable wearing article according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0008]
1 and 2 are a front view and a rear view of a disposable surgical gown 1 which is an example of a disposable wearing article. The gown 1 has a front body 2, a back body 3, a pair of sleeves 4, and a mask 6. The back body 3 is made of a non-woven fabric, and is divided into first and second non-woven fabrics 3A and 3B so as to be opened and closed. Both non-woven fabrics 3A and 3B are closed using a fastening tape 7. The mask 6 has a covering portion 8 for the mouth and an elastic lace 9 wrapped around the head. The front body 2 is formed by sewing or welding two nonwoven fabrics 11 and 12 at a center line 13. The first nonwoven 3A of the back body 3 is attached to the nonwoven fabric 12 of the front body 2 by the line 14 of the waist side, second nonwoven fabric 3B of the back body 3 is the waist side lines 1 5 of the front body 2 It is attached to the nonwoven fabric 11. The sleeve 4 is attached to the front body 2 and the back body 3.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of gathers 21 and 22 are provided at the portions 16 and 17 where the first and second nonwoven fabrics 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B abut on the back of the wearer and at the central portion 20 of the covering portion 8 of the mask 6. , 23 are formed.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion III of the second nonwoven fabric 3B surrounded by a virtual line in FIG. The part III includes a portion 17 having gathers 22 and a portion 18 having no gathers 22 near the portion 17. In the portion 17, the second nonwoven fabric 3B is deformed by press working at room temperature or under heating to form a gather 22 which repeats undulations. The portion 18 is not pressed, and the second nonwoven fabric 3B is in a flat state.
[0011]
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of an end face of a portion III of the second nonwoven fabric 3B shown in FIG. In the portion 17, the nonwoven fabric is subjected to the press working and stretched, so that the constituent fibers 26 of the second nonwoven fabric 3B are separated from each other and the fiber gap is relatively large. In the non-pressed part 18, the fibers 26 are in close contact with each other, and the fiber gap is smaller than that in the part 17. Therefore, in the second nonwoven fabric 3B, the air permeability at the portion 17 is higher than that at the portion 18. In addition, the portion 17 including a large number of gathers 22 has a larger actual surface area than when the portion 17 is viewed in a plan view, and thus the portion 17 has high air permeability. The first nonwoven fabric 3A of the back body 3 is formed similarly to the second nonwoven fabric 3B, and the portion 16 has higher air permeability than the periphery thereof.
[0012]
As an example, if it were obtained by the second non-woven fabric 3B is intermittently welded superimposed spunbonded nonwoven polypropylene having a basis weight of 16g / m 2 and below the melt blown nonwoven fabric of polypropylene having a basis weight of 16g / m 2 The air permeability according to JIS L 1096 at the portion 18 is 20 to 70 cc / cm 2 / sec, and a groove having a width of 2.5 mm and a depth of 2.5 mm is pressed at intervals of 2.5 mm to replace the fold 22. The air permeability of the portion 17 was relatively high, and was 50 to 120 cc / cm 2 / sec.
[0013]
Since the constituent fibers of a nonwoven fabric tend to be oriented in the machine direction (MD direction) when the nonwoven fabric is manufactured, the folds 21, 22, and 23 formed in the present invention are arranged so that they extend in the MD direction. When the nonwoven fabric is stretched in a direction crossing the same (CD direction), the constituent fibers move so that the fiber gap is relatively large. On the other hand, if the folds 21, 22, and 23 are extended in the CD direction and the nonwoven fabric is stretched in the MD direction, the fiber gap is not so large. Although the fiber gap is greatly affected by the degree of stretching of the nonwoven fabric, in the wearing article according to the present invention, the size of the fiber gap is also changed by changing the extending direction of the folds 21 to 23 with respect to the orientation direction of the constituent fibers. Can be adjusted.
[0014]
The central portion 20 of the mask 6 has a large number of gathers 23 formed by press working like the portion 17 and has higher air permeability than the surrounding portion without the gathers 23. When the mask 6 is worn, the gathers 23 are extended corresponding to the bulges of the nose and mouth, so that the mask 6 swells appropriately and fits well on the face. Thus, the gathers 23 of the mask 6 contribute to the improvement of the local air permeability of the mask 6 and the improvement of the fit.
[0015]
The present invention described by taking the gown 1 as an example can also be implemented by a disposable shirt, pants, pants, hat, and the like made of nonwoven fabric.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the wearing article according to the present invention does not require a separate member such as a mesh fabric to locally improve the air permeability of the article, it is easy to improve the air permeability of the article. The improvement in air permeability is achieved by stretching the nonwoven fabric used in the article to expand the fiber gap, so that the fine air gap can be locally adhered.
