Description

【0001】

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The details of the disposable wearing article according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a partially broken perspective view of a disposable wearing article 1 shown from the back body 3 side. The article 1 is of a trunks type and is composed of a front body 2 and a back body 3 formed separately from a nonwoven fabric, and includes a waist opening 4 and front and rear waist parts 1a from the top to the bottom of the figure. And a pair of leg insertion portions 1b and a pair of leg surrounding openings 5.
[0010]
A film-like elastic member 6 for waistline is attached to the article 1 along the edge of the waistline opening 4 in a stretched state. In the crotch part 7 located between the leg-hole openings 5 of the article 1, a V-shaped recess 8 is formed toward the trunk-hole opening 4 of the article 1. In the rear body 3 of the article 1, a plurality of pleats 9 extending in the trunk circumference direction are formed in the trunk circumference portion 1 a and fixed on both sides of the article 1. In the article 1, the stretched state of the elastic member 6 is released, and a gather is formed along the edge of the trunk periphery opening 4.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the article 1 of FIG. The front and rear bodies 2 and 3 have a front and rear waistline portion 1a and a pair of leg insertion portions 1b that extend from the waistline portion 1a and branch from each other at the crotch portion 7. The front and rear bodies 2, 3 have side edges 2a, 3a extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other, and upper and lower ends 2b, 2c, 3b, 3c extending in the width direction in parallel with each other, and the upper ends 2b, A waist elastic member 6 is attached to the body 2 and 3 under extension along 3b. In the lower end portions 2c and 3c of the front and rear bodies 2 and 3, recessed portions 8 are formed between the leg insertion portions 1b toward the upper end portions 2b and 3b of the body bodies 2 and 3, respectively.
[0012]
The pleat 9 is a quilt pleat, and the pleat 9 located at the upper part from the upper end 3b to the lower end 3c of the back body 3 sequentially covers substantially half of the pleat 9 located at the lower part. In the front body 2 and the back body 3, joint edges 2d and 3d extend along both side edges 2a and 3a of the body 2 and 3, and joint edges along the recessed portions 8 of the body 2 and 3 The parts 2e and 3e extend. The front body 2 and the back body 3 are joined to each other at the joining edges 2d, 2e, 3d, and 3e, whereby the article 1 shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.
[0013]
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. The pleats 9 are folded downward on the inner side and the outer side so that the cross-section in the longitudinal direction forms a zigzag shape, and the outer folds 9a extending in parallel with each other are not overlapped downward in the drawing. The fold lines 9a located at the upper part are sequentially shifted outward. Each of the pleats 9 is joined to be peelable from each other by a joint 10 that extends intermittently between the upper and lower ends 3b and 3c of the back body 3. The joint portion 10 is formed at a portion where the pleats 9 overlap each other.
[0014]
Since the pleat 9 does not stand substantially vertically inward in the width direction inward of the article 1 in the article 1, the crease 9 a of the pleat 9 does not come into contact with the wearer's skin when the article 1 is worn. There is nothing. The pleats 9 may be formed by sequentially shifting the folds 9a located at the lower part upward in the drawing so that the outer folds 9a extending in parallel with each other do not overlap each other.
[0015]
4 and 5 are a perspective view of the wearing article 1 shown from the rear body 3 side and a perspective view of the wearing article 1 shown from the front body 2 side. The article 1 has a front body 2 and a back body 3 formed separately from a nonwoven fabric, a waistline opening 4, a front and back waistline part 1a, a pair of leg insertion parts 1b, and a pair of legline openings. 5 is the same as the article 1 in FIG.
[0016]
A plurality of pleats 9 extending in the waist circumference direction are formed in the waist circumference portion 1 a on the front and rear bodies 2, 3 of the article 1, and are fixed on both sides of the article 1. The pleat 9 is a quilt pleat, and the pleat 9 located at the upper part of the front and rear bodies 2 and 3 from the upper end 2b and 3b toward the lower end 2c and 3c sequentially covers substantially half of the pleat 9 located at the lower part. ing.
[0017]
6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. In the pleats 9 of the front body 2, the dimension L1 extending in the longitudinal direction of each pleat 9 is large at the center part of the front body 2, and each dimension L1 of the pleats 9 increases toward the upper end 2b and the lower end 2c of the front body 2. It is getting smaller gradually. In the pleat 9 of the back body 3, the dimension L2 extending in the longitudinal direction of each pleat 9 is gradually increased as it goes from the upper end 3b to the lower end 3c of the back body 3.
[0018]
In the front body 2, since the dimension L1 of the pleat 9 located at the center is larger than that of the pleats 9 located at the upper and lower ends 2b and 2c, the fold 9a of the pleat 9 is folded back and each pleat 9 extends. Sometimes, the center part of the front body 2 can be greatly extended compared to the upper and lower ends 2b, 2c, and the front body 2 can be adapted to the bulge of the wearer's abdomen. In the back body 3, since the dimension L2 of the pleat 9 increases toward the lower end 3c, when the fold 9a of the pleat 9 is folded and each pleat 9 extends, the lower end 3c side of the back body 3 is Compared with the upper end 3b side, the back body 3 can be adapted to the bulge of the wearer's buttocks.
[0019]
In addition to the quilt pleats, the pleats 9 are inverted pleats with which Hiyama was brought together, irregular pleats with irregular folds, accordion pleats with Hiyama standing almost vertically, and the crease on the back. Examples of box pleats that have been brought together are examples.
[0020]
Non-woven fabrics such as spun lace, needle punch, melt blown, thermal bond, spun pond, and chemical bond can be used for the front and rear bodies 2 and 3. The basis weight is 15 to 80 g / m 2, preferably 20 to 60 g / m 2. As the constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric, polyolefin-based, polyester-based, polyamide-based thermoplastic fibers, polyethylene / polypropylene or polyester composite fibers, and the like can be used. Moreover, the composite sheet which laminated | stacked the plastic film on these nonwoven fabrics can also be used.
[0021]
For joining the front and rear bodies 2 and 3 and attaching the elastic member 6, an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a thermal welding technique can be used. In order to form the pleats 9 on the bodies 2 and 3, pleating technology can be used.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the disposable wearing article according to the present invention, the pleats of the body can be extended when the article is worn, and the body can be adapted to the bulging of the wearer's abdomen and buttocks. Since the pleats are detachably joined, the folds of the pleats do not extend when the article is not worn.
