Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former and latter conventional techniques have the following problems, respectively.
(1) All are winding devices for flat cables, and it is difficult to assemble them into a wire harness composed of a plurality of electric wires (wires having a circular cross section) arranged between a fixed body and a movable body.
[0005]
(2) Each time the flat cable is pulled out of the case or rewound into the case according to the movement of the movable body, a force is applied to the flat cable, and the stress (load) applied to the flat cable is large. There is a risk of doing so.
(3) It is necessary to provide connectors for connecting with other electric wires at both ends of the flat cable, and also connectors are required on the other electric wires, and the cost of the flat cable itself is high. Will increase.
(4) The work of assembling the flat cable into the case is complicated. For example, in the latter conventional technique, a complicated operation of passing an intermediate point of the flat cable 80 through the opening 84 of the take-up reel 83 and winding one half thereof on the take-up reel 83 is required.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to easily assemble a long wire harness routed between a fixed body and a movable body at an arbitrary position. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire harness winding device capable of preventing disconnection of an electric wire, reducing manufacturing costs, and protecting and securely assembling the wire harness.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wire harness take-up device assembled to a wire harness routed between a fixed body and a movable body, the case having upper and lower covers joined to each other. A roller having a partition plate for partitioning the inside of the case into a first storage portion and a second storage portion, and a spindle and a take-up cylinder provided on the upper and lower sides from the center of the partition plate, respectively, is provided in the case. A mounting member rotatably provided and passed through the wire harness is assembled into a notch provided on the outer periphery of the partition plate, and the mounting member has a linear hole through which the wire harness is inserted and fits into the notch. And a lid that is rotatably supported by the cylinder, and is configured to bend a wire harness that passes through a linear hole and to fix the wire harness between the lid and the cylinder. From the mounting member. A flexible tube fixed at one end to a mounting member is covered over a predetermined length on the movable-side wire harness extending to the outer side, and the tube is wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum, and the other end is a case. The other end of the tube is fixed to the movable-side wire harness via a fixture for fixing to one of a fixed body and a movable body harness fixing portion. The fixed-side wire harness extending from the mounting member into the first housing portion is loosely wound around the support shaft of the roller, fixed to the other harness outlet of the case, and extends out from the harness outlet, and further, The take-up cylinder is characterized in that a take-up spring for biasing a roller in a take-up direction in which the tube is wound around the outer periphery of the take-up cylinder is housed.
According to this configuration, (1) when assembling the wire harness to be routed between the fixed body and the movable body, first, until the notch of the partition plate comes to a position facing one harness outlet of the case. Rotate the rollers. With the roller held at this rotational position, the mounting member is assembled to the notch. Thereafter, when the holding of the roller is released, the roller is rotated in the winding direction by the urging force of the winding spring, so that the tube covering the movable-side wire harness is drawn into one of the covers, and the winding cylinder is rotated. It is automatically wound on the outer circumference of. Next, the fixed-side wire harness is loosely wound around the support shaft, fixed to the other harness outlet of the case, and is taken out of the harness outlet. Finally, the assembling is completed by connecting the upper and lower covers. Further, the extra length of the fixed-side wire harness can be stored in the first storage portion of the case. Therefore, it can be easily attached to the long wire harness at an arbitrary position. (2) When a pulling force acts on the other end of the tube in the direction of pulling out the harness, the pulling force is transmitted to the roller via the locking member, the tube, and the mounting member, and the roller rotates against the urging force of the winding spring. Then, the movable side wire harness is pulled out of the case together with the tube. Further, when the pulling force is lost, the roller rotates in the winding direction by the urging force of the winding spring, and this rotation is transmitted to the mounting fixture via the mounting member and the tube, and the movable wire harness is moved together with the tube to the winding cylinder. It is wound on the outer circumference. For this reason, when the movable-side wire harness is pulled out and taken up, a tensile force is not applied to the wire harness, and each wire of the wire harness receives less stress (load). (3) Since it is assembled to the wire harness that is routed between the fixed body and the movable body, no connector is required, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Further, since the wire harness is assembled to the cutout portion of the roller via the mounting member, it can be securely assembled to the wire harness. (4) Also, since the mounting member is configured to bend the wire harness passed through the linear hole and fix it between the lid and the cylindrical body, it is necessary to fix the wire harness to the mounting member. Tape winding becomes unnecessary, and the mounting member is assembled to the cutout portion with the wire harness fixed, so that the assembly to the wire harness becomes easy. Further, since the hole through which the wire harness passes through the cylindrical body is straight, the work of passing the wire harness is facilitated. (5) Further, since the movable-side wire harness is protected by the tube and does not contact the winding cylinder, and the wire harness is protected by the mounting member and does not contact the notch, the wire harness is protected by the roller. You.
[0008]
In the invention according to claim 2, the locking rings are provided on both sides of the cylindrical body, and two projections for locking the both locking rings are provided near the notch of the partition plate. It is characterized by the following.
According to this configuration, the mounting member is fitted by fitting the tubular body of the mounting member into the cutout portion of the partition plate and engaging the locking rings on both sides of the tubular body with the two projections near the cutout portion. Are fixed to the partition plate at two places. For this reason, the wire harness is unlikely to be laterally displaced with respect to the roller, and is securely attached to the wire harness.
[0009]

The mounting member 39 is fixed to the partition plate 18 by engaging the two projections 55 with each other.
[0014]
The movable side wire harness 27a of the wire harness 27 extending from the mounting member 39 toward the second housing portion 17 is covered with a flexible tube 40 having one end fixed to the mounting member 39 over a predetermined length. . The tube 40 is wound around the outer periphery of the winding cylinder 20 and has the other end extending outward from one harness outlet 10. The other end of the tube 40 is fixed to the movable-side wire harness 27a via a fixture 48 (see FIG. 10). One end of the tube 40 is fixed to the mounting member 39 by a resin mold 47, and the other end is fixed to the mounting tool 48 by a resin mold 49 or adhesive.
[0015]
The attachment 48 fixes the movable-side wire harness 27a to either the fixed body or the movable body harness attachment portion 50 (for example, an inner panel on the door side). As shown in FIG. 10, the attachment 48 includes a main body 48a fixed to the tube 40 by a resin mold 49 together with the movable-side wire harness 27a, and a clamp 48b protruding from the main body. The roller 4 is accommodated in the winding cylinder 20 so as to urge the roller 4 to rotate in the winding direction with a restoring force from the reduced diameter state. One end 34a of the take-up spring 34 is fixed to the lower cylindrical portion 5b of the support cylinder 5, and the other end 34b is fixed to the take-up cylinder 20.
[0018]
Next, a procedure for assembling the wire harness winding device having the above configuration to the wire harness will be described with reference to FIG. Here, a case will be described in which the wire harness winding device is assembled to a wire harness that is routed between a vehicle body (fixed body) and a door (movable body) of a vehicle such as an automobile.
(1) First, the roller 4 in which the winding spring 34 is accommodated in the winding cylinder 20 of the roller 4 as described above is rotatably assembled to the lower cover 2 as shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 11A, the rod 53 is inserted into the rod insertion hole 54 provided in the partition plate 18 of the roller 4 so that the notch 28 of the partition plate 18 is formed on the lower cover 2 (of the case 3). The roller 4 is rotated until it reaches a position facing one harness outlet 10.
(2) Here, the roller 4 is held at the rotation position by locking the main body portion 48a of the attachment 48 to the jig 52, and in this state, the attachment member 39 is assembled to the notch 28 (FIG. 11). (B)). At this time, the cylindrical body 42 is inserted into the cutout portion 28 through the rectangular hole portion 28a on the entrance side thereof, and fitted into the rectangular hole portion 28b on the far side, and the locking rings 42a, 42a are fitted to the both projections 55, 55. By engaging each of them, the mounting member 39 is assembled to the partition plate 18. Thereafter, when the holding of the roller 4 is released, the roller 4 rotates in the winding direction by the urging force of the winding spring 34, so that the tube 40 covering the movable-side wire harness 27a is drawn into the lower cover 2 and wound. It is automatically wound around the outer periphery of the cylinder 20 (see FIG. 11C).
(3) Next, the fixed-side wire harness 27b is loosely wound around the support shaft 19 of the roller 4 having an appropriate length corresponding to the length of the movable-side wire harness 27a wound around the winding drum 20 (see FIG. 11 (C)). )reference). Thereafter, the fixed-side wire harness 27b is fixed to the other harness outlet 11 of the case 3 with a tape winding 33 or the like (see FIG. 5), and is taken out from the harness outlet 11.
(4) Thereafter, the upper and lower covers 1 and 2 are connected. Finally, the mounting is completed by fixing the fixture 48 to one of the fixed body and the movable body and fixing a fixture (not shown) provided in the case to the other of the fixed body and the movable body. .
[0019]
Next, the operation of the wire harness winding device will be described.
First, in a state where the movable wire harness 27a and the tube 40 covering the wire harness 27a are wound in the case 3, the opening / closing body such as the door is opened, so that the pulling force acts on the fixture 48 in the harness withdrawing direction. Then, this tensile force is transmitted to the roller 4 via the tube 40 and the attachment member 39, and the roller 4 rotates against the urging force of the winding spring 34, and the movable-side wire harness 27a moves out of the case 3 together with the tube 40. Pulled out. When the pulling force is removed by closing the door, the roller 4 rotates in the winding direction by the urging force of the winding spring 34, and this rotation is performed through the mounting member 39 and the tube 40 through the mounting member 48. The movable wire harness 27a is wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum 20 together with the tube 40. For this reason, when the movable-side wire harness 27a is pulled out and taken up, a tensile force is not applied to the wire harness 27, and stress (load) applied to each electric wire of the wire harness 27 is small.
[0020]
When the roller 4 rotates against the urging force of the winding spring 34, the fixed-side wire harness 27b loosely winds around the support shaft 19 with this rotation, and the roller 4 is wound by the urging force. When rotating in the taking direction, it loosens around the support shaft 19. In addition, the winding direction of the fixed-side wire harness 27b in the first housing portion 16 may be reversed.
[0021]
According to the wire harness winding device according to the above example, it is easy to assemble the wire harness 27 arranged between the fixed body and the movable body, and the remaining length of the fixed-side wire harness 27 b is reduced by the case 3. Can be accommodated in the first accommodating portion 16. Therefore, it can be easily assembled to the long wire harness at an arbitrary position.
Further, according to the above example, when the movable-side wire harness 27a is pulled out and taken up, a tensile force is not applied to the movable-side wire harness 27a, and each wire of the wire harness 27 receives less stress. Therefore, it is possible to prevent each electric wire of the wire harness 27 from being disconnected.
Further, since it is assembled to the wire harness 27 arranged between the fixed body and the movable body, the connector as in the above-mentioned conventional example is not required, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced accordingly.
Further, according to the above example, since the attachment 48 is provided on the movable-side wire harness 27a, the movable-side wire harness 27a can be easily fixed to one of the fixed body and the movable body. .
[0022]
Further, according to the above example, with the circular concave portion 22 of the support shaft 19 of the roller 4 fitted in the step portion 5a of the support cylinder portion 5, the bolt 23 passed through the bolt insertion hole 9 via the washer 24 is provided. The support shaft 19 becomes free between the step portion 5a and the washer 24 and is rotatably held by the lower cylindrical portion 5b of the support cylinder portion 5 only by fastening with the nut 26. 2 can be easily assembled.
Further, according to the above example, the grooves 42b of the cylindrical body 42 of the mounting member 39 are fitted into the cutouts 28, and the locking rings 42a on both sides of the cylindrical body 42 are respectively fitted to the two projections 55 near the cutouts. By the engagement, the mounting member 39 is fixed to the partition plate 18 at two places. Therefore, the wire harness 27 is unlikely to be shifted laterally with respect to the roller 4, and the wire harness can be securely assembled to the roller 4.
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, a rib 56 is provided inside the lid 43 of the mounting member 39 of the above example, and the wire harness 27 is pressed and deformed by the rib 56 to more securely fix the wire harness 27. can do.
[0023]
In the above example, the winding spring 34 may be a torsion coil spring or a spiral spring instead of the mainspring spring.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily assemble a long wire harness routed between a fixed body and a movable body at an arbitrary position, and Disconnection of the electric wire can be prevented. In addition, since a connector is not required, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the assembling to the wire harness can be easily and reliably performed. In addition, the wire harness can be protected from the rollers, and the external appearance can be improved. Further, since tape winding is not required, assembly to the wire harness is further facilitated. Further, the work of passing the wire harness is facilitated.
[0025]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the wire harness is less likely to be laterally displaced with respect to the roller, and can be securely attached to the wire harness.
