TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device for a hydraulic power steering, and more particularly to a hydraulic pressure control device that can improve steering wheel rigidity at neutral steering and traveling stability at low speed traveling while ensuring light steering at low speed traveling and stopping. The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device for a power steering system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a hydraulic control device for a conventional hydraulic power steering, a high-pressure side flow path and a low-pressure side flow path are bypassed in order to satisfy high steering response at low speed driving and steering stability at high speed driving. There is proposed a bypass passage provided with an electromagnetically controlled variable throttle valve whose throttle area increases in accordance with an increase in vehicle speed.
[0003]
As a result, when the vehicle is running at low speed or when the vehicle is stopped, the throttle area of the electromagnetically controlled variable throttle valve in the bypass passage is reduced to zero, thereby increasing the cylinder pressure difference of the power cylinder that generates the assist torque even when the steering torque is small. The ratio is increased to satisfy the high steering response.
On the other hand, during high-speed running, the throttle area of the electromagnetically controlled variable throttle valve is increased so that the increasing rate of the cylinder differential pressure of the power cylinder that generates the assist torque does not increase unless the steering torque is increased. Satisfies stability.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional hydraulic power steering hydraulic control device can sufficiently satisfy both high steering response at low speed running and at a stop and stability of steering at high speed running. If the hydraulic characteristics are set to reduce the steering torque at low speeds, the steering torque will be too light at high speeds and the vehicle will fluctuate. There was a problem that the steering force at the time of stopping was too large.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the problems of the above-described conventional hydraulic power steering hydraulic control apparatus, and generates a large steering assist torque at low speed traveling and at a stop to reduce the steering force. To provide a hydraulic power steering hydraulic control device capable of obtaining a suitable steering force corresponding to the vehicle speed during high-speed running, and also to increase the steering wheel rigidity when the steering is neutral in the hydraulic power steering. It is an object to provide a control device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention is a hydraulic control system for a hydraulic power steering, comprising a rotary control valve provided between a hydraulic pump and a reservoir for controlling supply and discharge of hydraulic oil to and from a power cylinder. In the device, the rotary control valve includes a first control valve connected to the hydraulic pump and the reservoir, and a second control valve connected in parallel with the first control valve, wherein the first control valve is connected to the hydraulic control pump. A pair of center-closed variable throttles and a pair of center-open type variable throttles are provided between the pump and the oil chambers of the power cylinder and between the oil chambers of the power cylinder and the reservoir, respectively . the second control valve between each of said hydraulic pump and the reservoir, comprises opposite the variable throttle of the center open type two or more of three pairs of different aperture size, to face the second control valve Center open type variable throttle bypass flow was interposed an electromagnetic control variable throttle valve opening stop according to the increase of the connected vehicle speed is increased to between paths is provided, at the time of neutral steering, the center closed type It is configured such that the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is exclusively discharged to the reservoir via the first control valve due to the restriction of the variable throttle, and at the time of high-speed traveling, one of the two or more variable throttles is After being closed, the hydraulic oil supplied to the second control valve is discharged to the reservoir via the bypass flow path.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hydraulic control apparatus for a hydraulic power steering, comprising a rotary control valve provided between a hydraulic pump and a reservoir for controlling supply and discharge of hydraulic oil to and from a power cylinder. Comprises a first control valve connected to the hydraulic pump and the reservoir, and a second control valve connected in parallel to the first control valve, and one of the flow paths of the first and second control valves A center-closed type variable throttle and a center-open type variable throttle are provided one by one, and the other flow path of the first and second control valves has two or more types of three pairs of center-opened types having different throttle openings. , A power cylinder is connected between one flow path of each of the first and second control valves, and a power cylinder is connected between the other flow paths of the first and second control valves. Throttle opening changes according to vehicle speed When the vehicle is running at low speed and the steering is neutral, the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is exclusively used by the restriction of the center-closed type variable throttle. It is configured to discharge to the reservoir through the other flow path. During high-speed traveling, after one of the first and second variable throttles is closed by the opening of the electromagnetically controlled variable throttle valve, The hydraulic fluid is discharged to the reservoir via the bypass passage between the first and second control valves.
[0008]
Further, the invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in the device according to claim 1 or 2, the throttle opening of the electromagnetically controlled variable throttle valve is closed during low-speed running, and the throttle opening is increased in accordance with an increase in vehicle speed during high-speed running. It is controlled to expand.

Further, as shown in detail in FIG. 5 (A), the center-closed type variable throttles T1, T2 are substantially closed by the overlap angle θO in the neutral state of the steering, and are, for example, leftward of the steering wheel. One of the variable apertures T1 is gradually opened by the steering, the other variable aperture T2 is maintained in the closed state, and the other variable aperture T2 is gradually opened by the rightward steering, and the one variable aperture T1 is opened. The aperture T1 is configured to maintain the closed state.
[0020]
On the other hand, as shown in detail in FIG. 5B, the center open type first variable apertures L1 to L6 have an underlap angle θU (θO> θU) smaller than the overlap angle θO in the neutral state of steering. The aperture is opened at an opening degree, and the aperture area of one of the variable apertures L1, L4, L5 is changed in the reduction direction by, for example, leftward steering of the steering wheel, and the aperture area of the other variable aperture L2, L3, L6. That is, it is the gist of this embodiment that the aperture areas of all the variable apertures L1 (L2), L3A (L4A), L5A (L6A), and H1 (H2) of the center open type are different.
In this case, as a method of providing a difference in the aperture area, as shown in FIG. 14A, the underlap angles are all the same and the chamfer angle widths θ11 to θ14 are different from each other, or FIG. As shown in (2), there can be adopted two methods in which the angle widths of the chamfers are all the same and the underlap angles θU1 to θU4 are different from each other.
[0037]
In this embodiment, the first variable throttle L1 (L2) is first closed in accordance with the magnitude of the steering torque applied to the steering wheel, and then the variable throttles L3A (L4A) and L5A (L6A) are sequentially changed. And the second variable aperture H1 (H2) is finally closed. As a result, the rise in the cylinder differential pressure can be controlled more gently than in any of the above-described embodiments.
