本発明は一般家庭などで使用する炊飯器に関するものである。

従来、この種の炊飯器としては、たとえは図6に示すようなものがある。すなわち図6において、本体61には鍋62が収容され、鍋62には蓋体63が覆っている。蓋体63には前記鍋62と連通してフロート室64を介してその上端部には蒸気流出孔65を備える。前記フロート室64は底面を傾斜面にするとともにこの傾斜面の下端には蒸気流入孔66を設ける。また前記傾斜面上にはフロート67が摺動自在に設けられ、その傾斜面を下降したフロート67に相対しておねば検出手段であるリードスイッチ68を設け、おねば検出手段69を構成している。70は鍋62の底面の温度を検知するための鍋温度検知手段、、71は本体61の前側部に設けた制御装置で、鍋加熱手段72への通電を制御している。

図3、図4は、本発明の第2の実施例を示すものであり、本体21には有底筒状の鍋22が着脱自在に内設されている。本体21の上面開口部を蓋体23が開閉自在に覆っている。24は蒸気孔開閉装置であり、天面外周の放射状に磁石25を備え且つ天面に蒸気流出孔26を設けた蒸気筒27と、前記蒸気筒27の裏面から下方に伸びた略L字形リブ27aによって支えられる弁28と、前記蒸気筒27を昇降自在に備えるコアプレ−ト29と、前記コアプレート29の中央下面に備え、前記弁28で開閉する蒸気開閉孔30と、蓋体23に内装したモ−タ31と、磁性金属製の支持台32と、この支持台上には前記モータ31で回動されるS・N極片面着磁磁石を円周状に配したロ−タ磁石33とで構成している。つまりロ−タ磁石33のS・N極位置を回動させることにより磁石25と吸着、反発力を生み出して蒸気筒27を昇降する。
