Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eaves gutter having a bent portion which is bent substantially forward and upward on a front plate thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, the eaves gutter includes a front plate 3, a bottom plate 2, and a rear plate 4 having a bent portion 33 bent substantially forward and upward as shown in FIG. A has been proposed. That is, the eaves gutter A is formed by coating both surfaces of a metal plate such as a steel plate with a synthetic resin material, and is inclined rearward as the front plate 3 goes upward so as to be continuous with the roof surface. Further, the front ear 34 is provided obliquely downward from the upper end of the front plate upper part 32 in the longitudinal direction so that the width dimension of the upper surface opening is smaller than the internal width dimension.
[0003]
In this case, when connecting the eaves gutter A in the longitudinal direction, the ends of the pair of eaves gutters A are abutted with each other and, as shown in FIG. An inner holding member B of a joint made of a synthetic resin material having a contact piece C is attached from an upper surface opening, an adhesive is interposed between the inner surface of the eaves gutter A and the outer surface of the inner holding member B, and FIG. As shown in b), an outer joint having a front ear engaging portion E and a rear ear engaging portion F that substantially abuts the outer surface of the eaves gutter A and engages with the front ear 34 and the rear ear 41 of the eaves gutter A. D was adhered and connected so as to grip the rear ear 41 at the upper end of the rear plate 4 and the front ear 34 at the upper end of the upper portion 32 of the front plate.
[0004]
Therefore, the above-mentioned eaves gutter A is connected by the inner holding member B and the outer joint D as shown in FIG. 7, and can be integrated with the building by the front plate 3 inclined forward, and At the lower end of the bent portion 33, water drops flowing down the front plate 3 can be drained, and the lower portion of the front plate 31 when the eaves gutter A is viewed from below is less likely to become dirty, and the aesthetic appearance is maintained even during use. can do.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, when the shape of the bent portion of the front plate of the eaves gutter is complicated, the tongue piece such as the abutting piece C, for example, abuts the inner holding member of the joint on the inner surface of the eaves gutter. Or it is necessary to match the outer shape of the inner holding member with the inner shape of the eaves gutter, and there is a problem that it takes time to manufacture a mold for molding. Even when the outer shape of the inner gutter matches the inner shape of the eaves gutter, the inner shape of the eaves gutter follows the outer shape of the inner gutter due to variations in molding shrinkage when manufacturing the eaves gutter. There was nothing. As a result, a space is created between the inside of the eaves gutter and the outer surface of the inner holding member, and when the above-mentioned adhesive is not sufficiently transmitted, the water stopping performance of the connection between the eaves gutter is reduced, and rainwater flows from the connection part. Had the problem of leaking.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an eaves gutter capable of maintaining the shape of the external appearance and improving the waterproofness of a connection portion between the eaves.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an eaves gutter according to claim 1 is an eaves gutter composed of a front plate, a bottom plate, and a rear plate having a bent portion bent substantially forward and upward, wherein the front plate is forward from the front end of the bottom plate. The lower part of the front plate below the bent part rises in a step-like manner and the upper part of the front plate above the bent part bends halfway so as to incline backward, preventing front plate deformation along the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter. And a flat connecting piece for connecting at the inner corners of the upper part of the front plate and the lower part of the stepped front plate, and the rear surface of the connecting piece and the rear surface of the step part of the lower part of the front plate are substantially flush with each other. And formed alongside .
[0008]
Therefore, in this case, in the eaves gutter composed of a front plate having a bent portion bent substantially forward and upward, a bottom plate and a rear plate, the front plate is inclined so as to go forward from the front end of the bottom plate, and the lower portion of the front plate below the bent portion. Rises in a substantially stair-like shape and bends halfway so that the upper part of the front plate above the bent part is inclined backward, and a flat plate-like connecting piece for preventing deformation of the front plate over the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter and the upper part of the front plate. The connection is made at the inner corners of the lower part of the stepped front plate, and the rear surface of the connecting piece and the rear surface of the stepped part of the lower part of the front plate are formed so as to be substantially flush with each other, and are connected side by side .
[0009]
In the eaves gutter according to the second aspect, the connecting piece according to the first aspect is integrally formed on the inner surface of the front plate and the bottom plate with a synthetic resin material.
[0010]
Therefore, in this case, the connecting piece made of a synthetic resin material is integrally formed on the inner surfaces of the front plate and the bottom plate.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 to 4 show an embodiment corresponding to claims 1 and 2 of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an eaves gutter according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing a connection state of the eaves gutter. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of another embodiment of the eaves gutter. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing still another embodiment of the eaves gutter.
[0012]
The eaves gutter 1 of this embodiment has an eaves gutter 1 composed of a front plate, a bottom plate, and a rear plate having a bent portion bent substantially forward and upward, and the front plate 3 is inclined so as to go forward from one end of the bottom plate 2. The front plate lower part 31 below the bent part 33 rises in a substantially stepped manner, and the front plate upper part 32 above the bent part 33 bends on the way so as to incline backward, and the front plate is deformed in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 1. A flat connecting piece 35 for prevention is connected at the inner side corner of the upper part 32 of the front plate and the lower part 31 of the stepped front plate, and a rear surface of the connecting piece 35 and a rear surface of the step part of the lower part 31 of the front plate are connected. Are formed so as to be substantially in the same plane, and are connected alongside .
[0013]
Further, in the eaves gutter of this embodiment, the connecting piece 35 is formed integrally with the inner surfaces of the front plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 using a synthetic resin material.
[0014]
Specifically, the eaves gutter 1 has a generally U-shaped cross section having an upper opening as shown in FIG. 1, for example, and is formed by coating both surfaces of a metal plate such as a steel plate with a synthetic resin material. 3 is inclined so as to go forward from the front end of the bottom plate 2, and the front plate lower part 31 rises in a substantially stepped manner, and the front plate upper part 32 is bent halfway so as to be inclined rearward. At the upper end of the upper part 32, a front ear 34 is formed to hang obliquely rearward. The rear plate 4 rises obliquely forward and upward from the rear end of the bottom plate 2, and a rear ear 41 is formed at the upper end of the rear plate 4 so as to project rearward of the rear plate 4.
[0015]
In this case, the front plate lower part 31 is provided with a bent part 33 which also serves as a design, and which is bent stepwise substantially forward and upward for draining rainwater flowing down the front plate 3. At the corner of the bent portion 33, a hanging piece 36 for securely draining the water is provided.
[0016]
In this case, behind the bent portion 33, a flat connecting piece is connected at an inner side corner of the front plate upper part 32 and the stepped front plate lower part 31, and a rear surface of the connecting piece 35 and the front plate lower part are connected. 31 is formed so as to be substantially flush with the rear side surface of the staircase portion, and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 1. The connecting piece 35 is formed of a synthetic resin material, and is integrated with the inner surface of the eaves gutter 1 together with the covering materials of the front plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 during extrusion molding.
[0017]
The eaves gutter 1 having the above configuration can be connected in a straight line by using, for example, an inner holding member 5 and an outer joint 6 as shown in FIG. In this case, the inner holding member 5 and the outer joint 6 are formed of a synthetic resin material having a predetermined width as in the case of the related art.
[0018]
That is, the inner holding member 5 is located on the inner side of the eaves gutter 1 including the front plate 3, the bottom plate 2, and the rear plate 4 having the bent portion 33 which is bent substantially forward and upward, and above the bent portion 33 of the front plate 3. The face plate upper part 32 and the front plate lower part 31 are connected to the inner surface corners of the front plate upper part 32 and the step-like front plate lower part 31 by connecting the flat plate-like connecting piece 35 for preventing the front plate deformation along the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 1. At the same time, the rear surface of the connecting piece 35 and the rear surface of the stepped portion of the lower portion of the front plate 31 are formed so as to be substantially flush with each other, so that they are substantially in contact with the inner surface of the bottom plate 2 of the eaves gutter 1. From the front end of the contacting bottom plate 51, the substantially plate-shaped front plate 52 is inclined forward as it goes to the upper part of the eaves gutter 1 so as to contact the base end of the lower part of the front plate 31 of the eaves gutter 1 and the inner surface of the connecting piece 35. And from the rear end of the bottom plate 51, substantially conforms to the internal shape of the eaves gutter 1. Rear plate 53 is provided upright so as to have an outer shape.
[0019]
Note that, in this case, the outer joint 6 is the same as that described in the related art, and starts from the front end of the bottom plate 61 substantially in contact with the outer surface of the bottom plate 2 of the eaves gutter 1 and the front plate lower part 31 of the eaves gutter 1 and the front. A front plate 62 which is bent substantially upward and upward so as to come into contact with the upper surface plate 32 is formed so as to be inclined forward as it goes upward. A rear plate 63 is erected so as to have an outer shape substantially matching the outer shape of the gutter 1, and at the upper ends of the front plate 62 and the rear plate 63, respectively, the front ear 34 and the rear ear 41 of the eaves gutter 1. A front ear engaging portion 64 and a rear ear engaging portion 65 to be engaged are provided.
[0020]
Therefore, according to the eaves gutter 1 described above, in an eaves gutter composed of a front plate, a bottom plate, and a rear plate having a bent portion bent substantially forward and upward, the front plate 3 is inclined so as to go forward from the front end of the bottom plate. The front plate lower part 31 below the bent part rises in a substantially stepped manner, and the front plate upper part 32 above the bent part bends on the way so as to incline backward, to prevent front plate deformation along the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 1. The flat connecting piece 35 is connected at the inner side corner of the front plate upper part 32 and the stepped front plate lower part 31, and the rear surface of the connecting piece 35 and the rear surface of the step part of the front plate lower part 31 are substantially the same. The eaves gutter 1 can be connected in the longitudinal direction by using the inner holding member 5 having a simple outer shape because the inner eaves gutter 1 can be connected to the eaves gutter 1 because the inner holding member 5 has a simple outer shape. To improve the water stoppage of the connecting parts of each other It can be.
[0021]
In addition, since the connecting piece 35 made of a synthetic resin material is integrally formed on the inner surfaces of the front plate 3 and the bottom plate 2, the front plate upper portion 32 and the front plate lower portion 31 above the bent portion 33 can be easily connected. The connecting piece 35 can be formed while suppressing an increase in the production cost of the eaves gutter.
[0022]
As a reference example of the eaves gutter according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3 , for example, before (a) has a bent portion 37 which is bent slightly forward diagonally downward and then bent upward. The eaves gutter 7 composed of the face plate 3, the bottom plate 2, and the rear plate 4 is provided with a flat connecting piece 35 along the front plate 3 as shown in FIG. a proximal end portion extending in the bending portion 37 of the lower and the front plate lower part 31 of the bent portion of the bent portion 37 above the front plate upper 32, there is coupled in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutters 7.
[0023]
Further , as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4A, bent portions 38, 38 that are bent slightly forward diagonally downward and then bent upward are provided in a stepwise manner. The eaves gutter 8 composed of the front plate 3, the bottom plate 2, and the rear plate 4 is arranged along a flat connecting piece 35 as shown in (b), and the inner side of the bottom plate 2 of the eaves gutter 1, the bent portion 38, The upper part of the front plate 32 above the front plate 32 is connected to the upper part 32 of the front plate 38 as a reference example, as shown in FIG. and a proximal end portion extending in the bending portion 38 of the front plate lower 31, is the concatenation in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutters 8.

As described above, the eaves gutter according to claim 1 of the present invention is an eaves gutter composed of a front plate, a bottom plate, and a rear plate having a bent portion bent substantially forward and upward, wherein the front plate goes forward from the front end of the bottom plate. The lower part of the front plate below the bent part rises in a substantially stepped manner, and the upper part of the front plate above the bent part bends on the way so as to be inclined backward, to prevent front plate deformation along the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter. Are connected at the inner corners of the upper part of the front plate and the lower part of the step-shaped front plate, and the rear surface of the connection piece and the rear surface of the step part of the lower part of the front plate are substantially flush with each other. The eaves gutter can be connected in the longitudinal direction using an inner holding member with a simple outer shape because it is formed and installed alongside , so that it is connected to each other while maintaining the appearance shape with the bent part The water stoppage of the part can be improved.
[0025]
In addition, the eaves gutter according to claim 2 has the same effect as that of claim 1, and the connecting piece made of a synthetic resin material is integrally formed on the inner surface of the front plate and the bottom plate. The upper part and the lower part of the front plate or the bottom plate can be connected, so that the connecting piece can be formed while suppressing an increase in the production cost of the eaves gutter.
