Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a sleeper joint used in a telescopic joint of a railway track.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The rail joint of the railroad track is composed of a long and thin tongue rail and a receiving rail that combine as one to form a diagonal joint. A so-called expansion joint is known in which adverse effects due to expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the rail caused by the above are reduced.
[0003]
When such an expansion joint rail is fastened to a PC sleeper, it is designed so that an appropriate gap is provided between the rail and the fastener so that the tongue rail and the receiving rail slide easily.
[0004]
However, in reality, rails and fasteners come into contact due to manufacturing errors of rails and fasteners or variations in laying work, and this becomes resistance to sliding of the tongue rail and receiving rail, and the sleeper moves. Sometimes. Also, when squeezing a ballast ballast with a multiple tie tamper, the sleeper may be moved. When the sleepers move, the parallelism between the sleepers may be disturbed and the resistance may further increase. Therefore, the sleeper pitch and the parallelism are maintained with a certain degree of accuracy using the sleeper joints. Is done.
[0005]
Conventionally, in this type of typical sleeper joint, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, an embedding plug 101 is embedded near the end of each PC sleeper 100 from the upper surface side, and a plurality of PC sleepers 100 are inserted. Are arranged in parallel, an L-shaped joint steel member 102 is bridged on the series of PC sleepers 100, a fastening bolt 103 is inserted into an insertion hole of the joint steel member 102 with a coil spring 104 interposed, and embedded. The sleeper joint 102 was attached to the PC sleeper 100 by screwing it into the stopper 101.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional sleeper joint material, since the embedding plug is buried near the end of the PC sleeper, the embedding plug embedding portion of the PC sleeper is weaker in strength than other parts due to its structure. When the sleeper moves in the width direction, there is a possibility that a crack extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction may be generated in the plug buried portion of the PC sleeper.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sleeper joint material of a telescopic joint capable of preventing a sleeper from breaking.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the sleeper joint of the telescopic joint according to the present invention is a sleeper joint that blocks movement between the sleepers in the telescopic seam , wherein the mounting piece surrounds the upper half of the cross-sectional outer shape of the end of the sleeper. It is manufactured in a letter shape and fitted into the upper half of the outer periphery of the end of the sleeper from above, while an embedding plug is embedded in the sleeper, and the mounting piece is screwed with the embedding plug and a fastening bolt. And a series of attachment pieces are attached to the joint steel material.
[0009]
Mounting piece than is to disperse under a load in the width direction of the PC sleepers are substantially U-shaped mounting piece which surrounds the upper half of the sleeper end cross-sectional profile from above. Since in the case of a substantially U-shaped fitting from above, there is a possibility to deviate upward in reverse. Therefore, it is preferable to embed an embedding plug in the sleeper and fix the mounting piece to the sleeper by screwing it with a fastening bolt. Therefore, in the case of a substantially U-shape, a PC sleeper is optimal in terms of embedding the plug. On the other hand, in the case of a headband ring shape, the effect is great when used for a PC sleeper, but of course, it can also be used for a wooden sleeper.
[0010]
The mounting piece may be made of any material, but it is preferable to use a flat steel plate in consideration of manufacturing work and cost. Further, the mounting piece may be directly in contact with the outer surface of the sleeper, but it is preferable that an elastic pad is interposed between the two to prevent rattling and absorb vibration.
[0011]
The mounting piece and the joint steel material may be fixed by an appropriate method. However, in view of the fact that no screw is used, it is preferable that the mounting piece is mounted by welding, or it may be mounted on a rail laying site. In consideration of the workability, it is preferable to attach them in advance at a manufacturing factory.
[0012]
[Action and effect of the invention]
According to the present invention, when an impact or the like that moves the sleeper in the width direction due to train running or the like acts, the mounting piece is in surface contact with at least the upper half of the outer peripheral surface of the sleeper end, and the entire contact surface thereof The impact force is distributed and received. Therefore, the crack is generated from when a there be portions thereof are embedded embedded stoppered sleepers have greens.
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific examples shown in the drawings. 1 to 3 show a sleeper joint of a telescopic joint according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, a plurality of PC sleepers 1 are arranged in parallel with each other at an appropriate interval on a track bed, and a floor plate 2 is placed on each PC sleeper 1 and a wire spring clip type fastening device 3 Is elastically fastened.
[0014]
A tongue rail 4 and a receiving rail 5 are placed on the floor plate 2, and the rails 3, 4 are elastically fastened by a rail brace 6 and a wire spring clip type fastening device 7.
[0015]
An appropriate distance is provided between the tongue rail 4 or the receiving rail 5 and the rail brace 6 or the wire spring clip type fastening device 7, and the tongue rail 4 and the receiving rail 5 are sharply pointed in the longitudinal direction. , And form a telescopic seam.
[0016]
A series of sleepers 1 of this expansion joint is provided with a sleeper joint member 8 of this embodiment. In this sleeper joint 8, a plurality of attachment pieces 81 are welded and fixed to the L-shaped joint steel material 80 at predetermined intervals, and each of the plurality of attachment pieces 81 is a PC sleeper 1 using a flat steel plate. A mounting piece 81 is fitted from above into the end of each of a series of PC sleepers 1 manufactured and arranged in a substantially U-shape that surrounds the upper half of the cross-sectional shape of the end. A rubber pad (elastic pad) 82 is interposed between the end of the PC sleeper 1 and the outer surface.
[0017]
On the other hand, an embedding plug 83 is embedded in the PC sleeper 1, an insertion hole is formed in the mounting piece 81, and a fastening bolt 84 is inserted through the insertion hole with a coil spring 85 interposed therebetween. 84 is screwed into the embedding plug 83, and the mounting piece 81 is fastened to the floor plate 2, so that the sleeper joint 8 prevents movement between the PC sleepers 1.
[0018]
When installing the sleeper joint 8, a plurality of PC sleepers 1 are arranged at a predetermined interval, and the joint steel 80 and the mounting piece 81 are welded, or the joint steel 80 and the mounting piece 81 before welding are laid. Transport to the site. When using the one after welding, the plurality of mounting pieces 81 are aligned with the ends of the corresponding PC sleepers 1 and fitted around the ends of the sleepers 1 together with the elastic pads 82 from above, and the coil spring 85 is mounted. The fastening bolt 84 and the embedding plug 83 may be screwed together. On the other hand, in the case of using the one before welding, the plurality of mounting pieces 81 are fitted into the end of the PC sleeper 1 together with the elastic pad 82 from above and fastened with the fastening bolt 84, and then the joining steel material 80 is attached thereto. What is necessary is just to bridge and weld mutually.
[0019]
When the impact of moving the PC sleeper 1 in the width direction due to running of a train or the like is applied, the mounting piece 81 is in surface contact with the upper half portion of the outer peripheral surface of the end of the PC sleeper 1. Since it is distributed and received on the entire surface of the mounting piece 81 and transmitted from the mounting piece 81 to the joint steel material 80 and absorbed, no excessive impact acts on the embedded portion of the PC sleeper 1 and the PC sleeper 1 The sleeper life can be assured by eliminating the possibility of cracks occurring in the car.
[0020]
Further, since the elastic pad 82 is interposed between the inner surface of the mounting piece 81 and the outer surface of the end of the PC sleeper 1, rattling between the mounting piece 81 and the end of the PC sleeper 1 can be prevented, and the train can be run. And the like can be absorbed by the elastic pad 82, and as a result, generation of noise and the like can be reduced.
[0021]
4 and 5 show a reference example . In this reference example , the mounting piece 86 is formed in a headband ring shape surrounding four sides of the cross section of the end of the PC sleeper 1, and is fitted to the outer periphery of the end of the PC sleeper 1 from the side.
[0022]
When providing an embedding plug near the end of the PC sleeper, it is necessary to secure a sufficient length (see a in FIG. 6) between the embedding plug embedding portion and the outer end of the sleeper to secure the strength of the embedding plug embedding portion. And the overall length of the sleeper is longer.
[0023]
In the sleeper joint material of this reference example , it is not necessary to provide an embedding plug which is a weak point in strength at the end of the PC sleeper 1, and it is possible to guarantee the sleeper life by eliminating the possibility of occurrence of cracks and the like. As a result, the strength of one end of the PC sleeper can be ensured, and as a result, the PC sleeper 1 can be shortened as compared with the case where a conventional sleeper joint is used.
[0024]
In the case of conventional sleeper joints, it is necessary to bridge joint steel over a series of PC sleepers at the rail laying site and manually screw in fastening bolts for each sleeper, which makes installation very difficult. In addition, since the sleeper joint is bolted, the fastening may be loosened by running vibration of the train or the like, and periodic maintenance and inspection is required.
[0025]
On the other hand, in the case of the sleeper joint material of the reference example , the mounting piece 86 may be fitted into the outer end portion of the series of PC sleepers 1 from the side, and there is no troublesome work as in the case of bolt fastening. The installation work can be simplified. Particularly, if the mounting piece 86 and the joint steel material 80 are fixed by welding in advance at the factory, the installation work at the installation site can be greatly simplified.
[0026]
Furthermore, since no fastening bolts are used to attach the sleeper joint 8 and the PC sleeper 1, there is no threaded nail fastening, and there is no risk of loosening of the fastening as in the case of the conventional sleeper joint, Maintenance inspection work can be reduced.
