Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for seismically reinforcing an existing reinforced concrete frame in a structure, and a mounting device for mounting a brace used in the method.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Existing reinforced concrete structures can be categorized into two types: (1) arranging shear walls in columns and beams, and (2) arranging braces.
[0003]
In the method (1), the steel frame for connecting the ends of the steel braces is connected along the inner circumference of the column / beam frame in the method (2) in order to ensure the integrity of the existing frame and the earthquake-resistant wall. It is necessary to drive an anchor such as a chemical anchor into the concrete of the columns and beams from the inner peripheral side of the frame in order to fix it, and a hole larger than the diameter of the anchor itself will be drilled. There is a possibility of damaging the skeleton and damaging the existing rebar.
[0004]
In addition, according to the method (1), the reaction load from the additional shear wall that bears the horizontal force in the event of an earthquake, etc., acts on the existing column / beam frame, thereby partially increasing the stress load on the frame. In some cases, it may be necessary to reinforce the frame, for example, by increasing the cross section of the frame, and the load on the existing frame is not necessarily reduced while adding an earthquake-resistant wall for the purpose of seismic reinforcement. In addition, if the reinforcement of foundations and piles is necessary to increase the weight of the superstructure due to the addition of the earthquake-resistant wall, construction will not be possible.
[0005]
In the method of (2), if an adhesive such as epoxy resin filled between the two is used for fixing the steel frame to the column / beam frame, the problem of damage to the skeleton when using the anchor can be avoided. However, since the steel members are circulated along the inner circumference of the frame, the steel members are also laid on the slab, so the installation of the brace is partial, but the door is provided in the frame after the seismic reinforcement while the brace is partially installed There is an inconvenience that can not be done.
[0006]
In addition, when the height of the existing structure is greatly restricted and the distance from the top of the lower floor slab to the lower end of the beam on the upper floor is not sufficient, the steel frame is placed inside the frame. Due to the reduced height of the inner law, the brace may not be able to be installed at an appropriate angle.
[0007]
In view of the above background, the present invention proposes a method for solving the problem of the conventional seismic reinforcement method in a structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the existing reinforced concrete frame is seismically reinforced by braces, and the braces are connected to the legs and the heads of the columns from which the beam ends have been removed, thereby avoiding damage to the frame of the existing frame and providing extraordinary reinforcement. The seismic performance of the existing frame is secured without requiring
[0009]
At the beam end, it is easy to form a yield hinge due to the excessive load due to the horizontal force, so when connecting the end of the brace to the beam end, reinforcement around the beam end is indispensable. By connecting braces to the legs and head, or both, of the tall and durable columns, no special reinforcement is needed for the existing skeleton, including around the columns. Since the braces do not need to be connected to the beams, the braces can also accommodate flat slab frames without beams.
[0010]
Braces are connected each A gusset plate protrudes from the surface of the leg of the pillar, and a leg plate with a diaphragm joined to the lower surface is fixed, each At the head of the pillar, a gusset plate protrudes from the surface and a head plate with a diaphragm joined to the upper surface is fixed, and each diaphragm and slab penetrates between the leg plate and the head plate diaphragm. And a tension member for connecting the two diaphragms to each other. Braces One of the pillars that make up the frame Leg plate and Of the other pillar It is installed between head plates, and both ends are connected to each gusset plate.
[0011]
Since the leg plate and the head plate only need to be fixed to at least the erection side of the brace of the column, the plate is fixed independently by itself, for example, 3 It is fixed to the column by using an anchor body fixed in the column as described in
[0012]
If braces are installed on both sides in one direction with the column interposed, 4 The leg plate and the head plate are disposed so as to face each other in at least one direction with the pillar interposed therebetween, and a tension member penetrating the pillar between the opposing leg plate and the head plate is provided. It is fixed to the pillar by being inserted, and when a brace is erected in two directions on a plane, it is arranged to face in two directions.
[0013]
If the leg plate and the head plate are arranged to face each other in two directions, 5 As described in
[0014]
The leg plate and the head plate constitute a mounting device for mounting the brace by forming a pair by vertically sandwiching the joint of the pillar with the beam.
[0015]
The lower surface of the leg plate fixed to the leg and the upper part of the head plate fixed to the head
Diaphragms that contact the slab top end surface and the beam bottom end surface are respectively joined to the surfaces, and the leg plate and the head plate are connected to each other by a tensile member that penetrates each diaphragm and the slab to be integrated.
[0016]
At the column / beam joint where the mounting device is installed, the vertical component of the tensile force from the brace is opposed to the leg plate with its gusset plate protruding or the diaphragm joined to the head plate through the tensile material. Is transmitted from the diaphragm of the head plate or leg plate to the beam or slab.
[0017]
The horizontal component of the pulling force is transmitted directly to the column by a leg plate or head plate fixed to the column. Claim 4 In the case where the leg plate and the head plate are arranged to face each other with the column as described in
[0018]
The vertical component of the compressive force from the brace is transmitted directly to the slab or beam from the leg plate or head plate diaphragm on which the gusset plate is projected, and the horizontal component is the leg plate or head plate. Is transmitted directly to the pillar.
[0019]
Even when the horizontal component of the pulling force from the brace is large and the leg plate or the head plate is subjected to a force that tries to separate from the column, a claim is made. 3 In the case of
[0020]
[0021]
Since the leg plate and head plate mainly transmit the horizontal component to the column for the tensile and compressive forces from the brace, it is sufficient if they are in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the column, but the vertical component When there is a possibility of slipping with respect to the column when 作用 acts, the inner peripheral surfaces of the leg plate and the head plate are formed with uneven surfaces as described in
[0022]
Claims when the brace is to be installed between one of the leg and head of the pillar and the middle part of the beam, such as when installing a door in the pillar / beam frame to be reinforced. 2 The gusset plate for the beam is fixed to at least one of the top end surface of the slab connected to the beam on the lower floor and the lower end surface of the beam on the upper floor constituting the frame to be subjected to the seismic reinforcement as described in the above. The brace is erected between one of the beam gusset plates and the leg plate or the head plate, and both ends are connected to each gusset plate.
[0023]
The gusset plate for a beam is provided, for example, by providing a steel member on both sides of the beam and projecting by using the steel member. The gusset plate for the beam on the top end of the slab is protruded from the upper flange of the steel member and the plate connected via bolts penetrating the slab, and the gusset plate for the beam on the lower end of the beam is mounted on the lower flange of the steel member. It protrudes from the plate that is connected across.
[0024]
The intermediate portion of the steel member is supported by the slab by connecting a bolt penetrating the slab to its upper flange, and the end portion has the diaphragm of the leg plate and the diaphragm of the head plate as described in
[0025]
The leg plate and the head plate surround the
[0026]
When using a brace-type damper, the effect of avoiding the action of an excessive load on the skeleton is also exhibited when one end of the brace-type damper is connected to a beam gusset plate connected to a beam or a slab.

According to the eighth aspect, a brace-type damper that incorporates a damper in the brace body is used, which generates a damping force when the frame is deformed and resists a horizontal force. Therefore, the effect of an excessive load on the column can be avoided, and at the same time, the energy at the time of the earthquake can be absorbed, and the sway of the frame can be suppressed at an early stage.
