Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an electric heating mat used for forming a branch pipe joint in which a branch pipe integrally projects from an upper surface of a saddle curved in a substantially semicircular arc shape and a heating wire is buried on the back surface of the saddle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-110297, a heating wire is attached along a spiral groove provided on one surface of a synthetic resin sheet, and an end of the heating wire drawn from an inner peripheral end of the spiral groove is provided on the synthetic resin sheet. There has been proposed an electric heating mat which is supported by insulating projections and guided to the outer peripheral side of the spiral groove.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of this electric heating mat, the heating wire is easily detached from the insulating protrusions. When the electric heating mat is set in a mold and the molten resin is injected, the heating wire detached from the insulating projections is discharged from the spiral groove. There was a risk of contact with the protruding heating wire.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electric heating mat in which there is no possibility that electric heating wires come into contact with each other when injection molding a branch pipe joint.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the electric heating mat of the present invention, a spiral groove is provided on one surface of a synthetic resin sheet, a heating wire is mounted along the spiral groove, and an end of the heating wire drawn from an inner peripheral end of the spiral groove is formed on an upper surface of the spiral groove. To guide it to the outer peripheral side, the legs of the insulating member are inserted into the small holes provided between the spiral grooves, and the insulating member is fixed to one surface of the synthetic resin sheet. The end of the heating wire is inserted.
[0006]
[Action]
Since the heating wire crossing the upper surface of the spiral groove is inserted into the through hole of the insulating member fixed to one surface of the synthetic resin sheet, even if the heating wire protrudes from the spiral groove, it does not come into contact with the heating wire.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a plan view of an electric heating mat showing one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a main part of the electric heating mat, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a branch pipe joint injection-molded using the electric heating mat of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a synthetic resin sheet, 2 is a heating wire such as a nichrome wire, 3 is a branch pipe joint, and 4 is an insulating member made of the same or different synthetic resin as the synthetic resin sheet 1.
[0008]
The synthetic resin sheet 1 is a thin sheet made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polybutene. The synthetic resin sheet 1 is provided with a through hole 11 at a substantially central portion of the sheet 1 and a spiral groove 12 around the through hole 11. The heating wire 2 is mounted along the spiral groove 12. At this time, if the spiral groove 12 is partially closed with resin melted by applying a heater to the spiral groove 12, the heating wire 2 can be prevented from protruding from the spiral groove 12.
[0009]
Therefore, the end of the heating wire 2 drawn from the inner peripheral end of the spiral groove 12 is guided to the outer peripheral side across the upper surface of the spiral groove 12. At this time, the leg 41 of the insulating member 4 is fitted into the small hole 13 provided between the spiral grooves 12, 12 to fix the insulating member 4 on one surface of the synthetic resin sheet 1 and provided on the insulating member 4. The heating wire 2 is inserted into the through hole 42. The supporting height h of the insulating member 4 is preferably set to 3 to 8 mm.
The pitch P of the spiral groove 12 can be appropriately set according to the diameter of the heating wire 2 or the like. For example, when the heating wire 2 having a wire diameter of 0.3 to 1.5 mm is used, the pitch P of the spiral groove 12 can be appropriately set in a range of 0.6 to 5.0 mm. Further, the width of the spiral groove 12 is preferably formed to be substantially the same as the wire diameter of the heating wire 2, and the depth thereof may be formed slightly larger than the wire diameter of the heating wire 2.
[0011]
Since the electric heating mat of the present invention has the above-described configuration, when the electric heating mat is set in a mold and then a molten resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polybutene is injected, a substantially semi-arc shape as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. A branch pipe joint is obtained in which the branch pipe 32 projects integrally on the upper surface of the curved saddle 31 and the heating wire 2 is embedded on the back surface of the saddle 31.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, in the electric heating mat of the present invention, the heating wire crossing the upper surface of the spiral groove was inserted into the through hole of the insulating member fixed to one surface of the synthetic resin sheet and led to the outer peripheral side. When the branch pipe joint is set in the mold and injection molded, the heating wire crossing the upper surface of the spiral groove does not contact the heating wire protruding from the spiral groove.
