Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a stencil printing method and a stencil printing apparatus, and more particularly to a stencil printing method and a stencil printing apparatus for performing overprinting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In multi-color printing such as full-color printing, a plurality of masters for printing in each of the separated colors, such as cyan, magenta, and yellow, are manufactured, and printing is performed on the same printing material using each of the masters. It is performed by repeating, that is, by overprinting.
[0003]
When performing multicolor printing in a stencil printing apparatus in an overprinting manner, stencils for printing in each color are made on each stencil sheet, and the stencil sheets are attached one by one to the stencil printing apparatus, and stencil printing is performed using each stencil sheet. Each time is completed, the stencil sheet attached to the stencil printing apparatus is replaced.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the overprinting as described above, it is necessary that stencil printing by each stencil sheet be performed in the same area of each printing material such as printing paper, otherwise, a shift occurs in a printed image, and a proper printed material is obtained. Absent.
[0005]
In order for stencil printing with each stencil sheet to be performed on the same area of each printing material such as printing paper, the positioning accuracy of the printing material with respect to the stencil of each stencil sheet during stencil printing, that is, setting of the printing material with respect to the stencil printing apparatus. In addition to the accuracy, it is necessary that the stencils be made at predetermined positions on each stencil sheet, and that each stencil sheet be strictly positioned and attached to the stencil mounting portion of the stencil printing apparatus.
[0006]
However, these positioning operations are considerably difficult in a stencil printing apparatus of a simple type such as a press type used in a general home, an office or the like, and the overprinting accuracy is limited by the positioning errors as described above. It is difficult to perform proper overprinting with the conventional stencil printing apparatus because the stencil printing device lowers the image.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems in the overprinting using the conventional stencil printing apparatus, and can easily perform high-accuracy overprinting without requiring a difficult positioning operation or the like. Can do Plate making and printing equipment It is intended to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, there is provided a stencil stencil supporting and feeding means for feeding a stencil stencil in one direction in a stretched state, and a relative positional relationship defined in advance in accordance with a stencil / substrate relative feeding direction. A stencil making device for making a plurality of stencils on the stencil paper;
The stencil sheet and the printing material are positioned such that the printing material is located at a position corresponding to each of the plurality of stencils sent from the stencil making apparatus to the stencil printing position by the stencil sheet stretching support feeding means. And the relative A moving device for displacing the stencil sheet, and a stencil printing device for performing stencil printing in an overprinting manner on the same region of the printing material by each stencil of the stencil sheet. Plate making and printing equipment Achieved by
[0010]
The stencil printing method and stencil printing machine according to the present invention are applied to both stencil printing using a liquid printing ink and stencil printing using a powder ink, that is, a toner. The formation of a printed image may be performed by either a pressure transfer method or an electrostatic transfer method, and stencil printing by the electrostatic transfer method is generally called an electrostatic stencil printing method.
[0011]
[Action]
According to the above-described configuration, stencils are made with a predetermined relative positional relationship at each of a plurality of locations on one stencil sheet, whereby the stencil sheet itself becomes a carrier of each stencil sheet and forms one stencil sheet. The mutual positional relationship of the stencils is absolutely determined, and even if the stencil paper moves from the stencil making position to the stencil printing position, the relative positional relationship between the stencils of the stencil paper does not change. Therefore, once the position of one stencil on the stencil sheet is determined at the stencil printing position, the positions of the other stencils are definitely determined without any errors based on this, and the overprinting accuracy of each stencil is It is determined only by the positioning accuracy of the printing object with respect to the stencil.

In the above-described embodiment, the stencils A, B, and C are arranged in the main scanning direction of the stencil sheet S, and the printing paper P is moved in the width direction (main scanning direction) of the stencil sheet S. The stencils A, B, and C may be overprinted by moving the printing paper P in the sub-scanning direction of the stencil sheet S.
[0057]
When making a stencil such that the stencils A, B, and C are arranged in the sub-scanning direction of the stencil sheet S, the printing paper P may be fixedly arranged. , The overprinting by each of the stencils A, B, and C is performed. In this case, the printing paper P is immovable during stencil printing and may be fixedly arranged, so that overprinting on cut sheet paper can be easily performed.

In this embodiment, the stencils A, B, and C are similarly made on the stencil sheet S in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, and the printing paper P is printed every time one stencil printing is completed. [0081]
In this case, the stencil sheet S may be an ordinary stencil sheet that does not use a conductive porous support sheet made of a polymer of a porous support sheet and a thermoplastic resin film.
[0082]
Since the stencil printing by the electrostatic stencil printing method is performed in a non-contact and non-pressure state where the printing paper P and the stencil sheet S do not come into contact with each other, the stencil printing is repeatedly performed on the same portion of the printing paper P as in the method of the present invention. In the overprint printing in which the stencil printing is performed, there is an advantage that the print image formed first on the printing paper P is not destroyed at the time of forming the next image.
[0083]
To the stencil printing method and the stencil printing machine according to the present invention, in addition to the above-described electrostatic stencil printing method, an electrostatic stencil printing method as disclosed in JP-B-48-18342 is applied.
[0084]
In each of the above-described embodiments, full-color printing was performed using three colors of cyan, magenta, and yellow. However, this full-color printing was performed using four colors including black (black) in addition to the above three colors. In this case, four stencils may be formed on one stencil sheet by the
[0085]
In addition, the overprinting using a plurality of stencils as described above is not limited to color printing, and is used, for example, for monochromatic printing by combining the same color image of a photograph mode image and a character image, or multicolor printing. You may.

【The invention's effect】
As can be understood from the above description, according to the stencil printing method or the stencil printing apparatus according to the present invention, stencils are stenciled in one stencil sheet with a predetermined relative positional relationship at each of a plurality of locations. Even if the stencil sheet itself is the carrier of each stencil sheet, the mutual positional relationship of each stencil sheet in one stencil sheet is absolutely determined, and the stencil sheet is moved from the stencil position to the stencil printing position, The relative positional relationship of each stencil does not fluctuate, so that if the position of one stencil in the stencil printing paper is determined at the stencil printing position, the position of the other stencils naturally includes an error based on this. The overprinting accuracy of each stencil is determined solely by the positioning accuracy of the printing material with respect to each stencil, so high-precision overprinting without the need for difficult positioning work etc. So it is conveniently carried out.
