TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combustion apparatus for controlling a burner combustion amount by selecting a burner to be operated from two burners and adjusting a fuel supply amount and a combustion air supply amount to the selected burner. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a combustion device, for example, in a gas hot water supply device, a gas burner is used to heat a heat exchanger that raises the temperature of feed water. Then, the supply amounts of the fuel gas and the combustion air to the gas burner are adjusted according to the hot water supply set temperature, the supply water temperature, the supply water flow rate, and the like, and the combustion amount of the gas burner is changed.
[0003]
Some recent gas water heaters are provided with a plurality of gas burners in order to expand the range of changing the amount of combustion of the gas burners. In this case, when the combustion amount is large, all the gas burners are operated, and when the combustion amount is small, only a part of the gas burners is operated, so that the range of changing the combustion amount is expanded. Specifically, for example, in a gas water heater having two gas burners, a first burner and a second burner, only the first burner is operated when the combustion amount is small, and the second burner is operated when the combustion amount is large. Both the first burner and the second burner are operated.
[0004]
Here, the supply amount of the combustion air to the gas burner is adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the combustion fan. However, resonance noise may be generated depending on the rotation speed of the combustion fan. In the gas burner including the first burner and the second burner described above, when operating only the first burner or when operating both the first burner and the second burner, the rotation of the gas burner in a certain range is not limited. In some cases, resonance noise may occur.
[0005]
In particular, when only the first burner is operated, that is, when the combustion amount of the gas burner is small and the combustion noise of the gas burner is small, the resonance noise generated is annoying to the user and gives the user discomfort. There was an inconvenience.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a combustion apparatus that solves the above-mentioned inconveniences, prevents the generation of resonance noise by a combustion fan when the combustion noise of a burner is low, and adjusts the amount of combustion using two burners. And
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first burner and a second burner housed in a common combustion chamber, and fuel supply adjusting means for adjusting a fuel supply amount to the first burner and the second burner. A combustion fan for supplying combustion air to the combustion chamber , first setting data for setting a rotation speed of the combustion fan in accordance with a combustion amount of the first burner, and a first burner and a second burner. Second setting data for setting the number of revolutions of the combustion fan in accordance with the total combustion amount, and controlling the number of revolutions of the combustion fan based on the first setting data. A first combustion control for controlling an amount of fuel supplied to a first burner to operate only the first burner; and controlling a rotation speed of the combustion fan based on the second setting data, the fuel supply adjusting means. The first burner and the Combustion control means for controlling the amount of fuel supplied to the second burner to selectively execute the second combustion control for operating both the first burner and the second burner to perform combustion control; Within the amount range, the same combustion amount is obtained by both the operation of the first burner only by the first combustion control and the operation of both the first burner and the second burner by the second combustion control. In the combustion apparatus, the combustion control means may control the number of revolutions of the combustion fan during the first combustion control when performing the combustion control with the combustion amount within the predetermined combustion amount range. The second combustion control is performed when the engine speed falls within a predetermined rotation speed range where resonance noise may be generated.
[0008]
According to the combustion device of the present invention, the combustion amount can be obtained by the first combustion control and the second combustion control for the combustion amount within the predetermined combustion amount range. Therefore, when performing the combustion control with the combustion amount within the predetermined combustion range, the combustion control means may control the rotation speed of the combustion fan to be within the predetermined rotation speed range when performing the first combustion control. When the resonance noise is likely to occur, the second combustion control is performed instead of the first combustion control. Thereby, although the details will be described later, the number of rotations of the combustion fan required to obtain the same amount of combustion is more controlled by the second combustion control than when only the first burner is operated by the first combustion control. Since both when the first burner and the second burner are operated are lower, it is possible to prevent the rotation speed of the combustion fan from decreasing and falling out of the predetermined rotation speed range, thereby preventing generation of resonance noise. it can.
[0009]
Further, the combustion control means may be configured such that during the execution of the first combustion control, the combustion amount of the first burner is within the predetermined combustion amount range, and the rotation speed of the combustion fan is within the predetermined rotation speed range. Is maintained for a predetermined time or more, the first combustion control is performed so that the combustion amount of the first burner is equal to the total combustion amount of the first burner and the second burner. It is characterized by switching to two-combustion control.
[0010]
According to the present invention, the combustion control means determines that the state in which the combustion amount of the first burner is within the predetermined combustion range and the rotation speed of the combustion fan is within the predetermined rotation speed range is the predetermined time period. When the above is continued, the first combustion control is switched to the second combustion control. Therefore, during the execution of the first combustion control, the combustion amount of the first burner increases, and when the rotation speed of the combustion fan instantaneously passes within the predetermined rotation speed range, a resonance sound is generated. It is possible to prevent the switching to the second combustion control even though there is no fear.
[0011]
