Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a handle operation mechanism that accommodates a handle in a recess formed in an attachment portion, and that pulls out the handle to rotate the handle.
[0002]
Further, the present invention relates to a window opening / closing operation device provided with the above-mentioned handle operation mechanism, in particular, a wire is connected to a window urged in an opening direction, and the wire is wound by rotating the handle to close the window. The present invention relates to a window opening / closing operation device that opens a window immediately by releasing a holding state of a wire while holding the wire.
[0003]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a device for opening and closing a smoke exhaust window and the like disposed at a high place in a building, a wire having one end connected to the window is wound up and held to be closed, and the holding of the wire is released. There is known a window opening / closing operation device that is sometimes immediately opened by a dead weight of a window and / or an urging force of an opening mechanism. This type of window opening / closing operation device is provided with a winding means for winding a wire having one end connected to the window, and a holding / releasing means for holding the wound state and releasing the window when opening the window. I have. In general, a mechanism in which a winding mechanism and a handle operation mechanism are connected via a clutch mechanism is used as the winding means, and a mechanism in which a ratchet mechanism and a push-button release mechanism are combined is used as the holding / releasing means. ing. Further, JP-A-7-113370 discloses that one planetary gear mechanism provides a function of reducing the speed of the winding drum when the window is closed and a function of disconnecting the drive connection between the winding drum and the input shaft when the window is opened. An opening / closing operation device for a high window is disclosed.
[0004]
Regarding the handle operation mechanism, for example, according to the mechanism disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-350280, the movable handle holder is moved to the holding release position by the flange of the open button, and the handle is held in the storage recess. The knob is released from being held in the storage chamber, and the handle is projected from the storage recess toward the front side of the box body by the bias acting on the rotation shaft. To a position further protruding from. As a result, the handle can be turned. Thus, when the window is closed from the open state, when the knob is turned in the winding direction by gripping the knob of the handle, first, the holding of the open button by the operating member for holding the open button in the pushed position is released. As a result, the open button moves to the return position in accordance with the bias. Accordingly, the blocking of the connection of the rotating shaft to the driving body by the stopper of the open button is released, and the rotating shaft moves to a position where it is connected to the driving body in accordance with the bias. In this way, not only the handle but also the knob thereof can be stored so as not to protrude from the front of the box body, and the operation of projecting the handle and the knob to an operable state is performed by pressing the open button to operate the fenestration. It can be performed in conjunction with.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the handle operation mechanism described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-350280, as shown in the embodiment, the handle (30) is biased by a compression coil spring (29) in a direction to protrude from the front cover (3). Have been. However, according to this mechanism, when the handle (30) is rotated in the winding direction, if a force is applied in the direction of the rotation axis, the handle (30) faces the urging force of the compression coil spring (29) against the front. It may be pressed in the direction of the cover (3) and come into contact therewith, damaging the surface.
[0006]
In view of the above, the present invention provides a handle operation mechanism capable of storing a handle in a concave portion formed in a mounting portion, in which the handle can be smoothly stored with a simple structure, and can be smoothly and without contacting the surface of the mounting portion. It is an object of the present invention to be able to reliably perform a rotation operation.
[0007]
In addition, the present invention includes a handle operation mechanism that enables the handle to be smoothly housed in a recess formed in the housing, and a window opening / closing operation that can smoothly and reliably operate the handle without contacting the surface of the housing. It is intended to provide a device.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a handle operation mechanism according to the present invention is configured such that the handle is housed in a recess formed in an attachment portion, and the handle is pulled out and rotated. A rotating member rotatably supported by the mounting portion about a first axis perpendicular to the surface of the mounting portion, and a translation member moving parallel to the rotating member outwardly along the first axis; And at the same time, at a position parallel-moved outward by a predetermined distance from the mounting portion, relative to the rotating member about the first axis. A movable member supporting the movable member at a predetermined angle, and a base end portion centered on a second axis supported by the movable member and perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the surface of the mounting portion. A handle for rotatably supporting the rotating member; Rotation resistance means for imparting resistance to rotation about an axis, and when the movable member is rotated in the one direction by the predetermined angle, while restricting movement of the movable member in the direction of the mounting portion, There is provided a regulating means which engages with the rotating member and regulates relative rotation with respect to the rotating member.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned handle operation mechanism, as described in claim 2, the rotation resistance means comprises a friction member interposed between the mounting portion for supporting the rotation member and the rotation member, and the regulating means. A wall portion extending at least partially along the outer periphery of the rotating member, and a wall portion extending parallel to the first axis, and protruding from at least a portion of the outer periphery of the movable member and sliding along the wall portion. A movable flange, wherein the movable member is allowed to rotate at a predetermined angle in one direction about the first axis with respect to the flange at a position where the movable member has moved outward by a predetermined distance from the mounting portion. In addition, it is preferable that the wall is provided with a guide portion that restricts movement in the direction of the attachment portion and that engages with the flange portion when rotated by the predetermined angle.
[0010]
Further, as described in claim 3, it is preferable to include an urging means for urging the movable member in a direction in which the movable member is moved in parallel outward from the mounting portion.
[0011]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a window opening / closing operation device, comprising: a housing fixed to a wall surface having a window frame; a winding mechanism supporting the housing and winding a wire; A ratchet mechanism that engages and holds the winding state of the wire or releases the engagement with the winding mechanism; and a release mechanism that releases the engagement state of the ratchet mechanism with the winding mechanism. One end of the wire is connected to a window rotatably supported on the window frame and biased in an opening direction, and the other end of the wire is wound and held by the winding mechanism to close the window. When the release mechanism is operated to release the holding of the wire, in a window opening / closing operation device that opens the window, a handle operation for forming a recess in the housing and housing a handle in the recess. A mechanism, wherein the housing A rotating member rotatably supported by the housing about a first axis perpendicular to the surface of the housing, and a rotating member that translates outwardly along the first axis with respect to the rotating member; At a position which is supported so as to rotate about a first axis and is translated outward by a predetermined distance from the surface of the housing, a predetermined angle relative to the rotating member about the first axis is provided. A movable member rotatably supported, and a base end rotatable about a second axis supported by the movable member and perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to a surface of the housing. And a rotation resistance means for imparting resistance to rotation of the rotating member about the first axis, and when the movable member is rotated in the one direction by the predetermined angle, While restricting movement in the housing direction, the rotation A handle operating mechanism having a restricting means for engaging the member and restricting relative rotation with respect to the rotating member, wherein the rotation of the rotating member is independent of the first axial translation of the movable member. The rotating member is connected to the winding mechanism via a connecting member for transmitting a force, and the winding mechanism can be driven in accordance with a turning operation of the handle. The connecting member can be constituted by, for example, a connecting shaft having a polygonal cross section and a connecting hole having the same cross section for fitting the connecting shaft.
[0012]
Thus, in the handle operation mechanism, the handle is pulled out from the concave portion of the mounting portion and is rotated about the second axis. At this time, the movable member moves outward parallel to the rotating member along the first axis. When the handle is rotated around the first axis, the movable member rotates while the rotating member is stopped, and after the movable member rotates by a predetermined angle, the rotating member rotates together with the movable member. That is, when the handle is rotated in one direction about the first axis, for example, clockwise, the movable member rotates in the same direction about the first axis, but the rotation member is rotated by the resistance of the rotation resistance means. Will be blocked. Therefore, the movable member rotates relatively to the rotating member. When the movable member is further rotated by a predetermined angle, the regulating member engages the movable member with the rotating member to regulate relative rotation with respect to the rotating member, and the two rotate integrally in the same direction. At this time, even if a load is applied to the handle in the direction of the mounting portion, the movable member is prevented from moving in the direction of the mounting portion by the restricting means, so that a constant gap is maintained between the handle and the mounting portion. . Therefore, the handle rotates smoothly without contacting the surface of the mounting portion. When the handle is rotated counterclockwise by a predetermined angle and pressed in the direction of the mounting portion, the movable member moves in the direction of the mounting portion, and the handle is stored in the recess of the mounting portion.
[0013]
In the window opening / closing operation device, the window is closed when the wire is wound around the winding mechanism and the winding mechanism is engaged with the ratchet mechanism. At this time, the window is restrained while being urged in the opening direction by at least one of the weight of the window and the urging force of the opening mechanism that urges the window in the opening direction. In addition, the handle of the handle operation mechanism is in a state of being housed in a concave portion of the housing which is an attachment portion thereof. When it becomes necessary to open the window, operating the release mechanism releases the engagement state of the ratchet mechanism with the winding mechanism. The window is instantly opened by the power. Then, when closing the window, the handle is pulled out from the recess of the housing and rotated about the second axis. At this time, the movable member moves outward in parallel along the first axis, but the connected state between the rotating member and the winding mechanism is maintained via the connecting member. Thus, similarly to the above-described handle operation mechanism, when the handle is rotated, only the movable member is rotated. However, after the movable member rotates by a predetermined angle, the movable member and the rotary member are integrated via the regulating means. Rotate. Thereby, the winding mechanism connected to the rotating member is driven to rotate, and the wire is wound, so that the window is closed. Thereafter, if the handle is rotated in the opposite direction by a predetermined angle and pressed toward the housing, the movable member moves in the direction of the housing, and the handle is stored in the recess until it becomes flush with the surface of the housing.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 23 show an example of the embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 1 to 17 mainly relate to a handle operation mechanism, and FIGS. 18 to 23 relate to a window opening / closing operation device having the handle operation mechanism. . FIG. 1 shows a main part of a handle operation mechanism in which the handle 70 is pulled out from the lid 9 as an attachment portion and is in an operating state. FIG. 23 is a window opening / closing operation device in a state where the handle 70 is stored in the lid 9. The whole is shown. When the handle 70 is housed in the concave portion 11 of the lid 9, it is substantially flush with the surface of the lid 9, as is apparent from FIG. 23.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the components are assembled to the lid 9. When the components related to the support structure of the handle 70 assembled to the lid 9 are taken out, the state shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. When these are assembled, the movable member 60 is fitted to the rotating member 50, and the handle 70 is rotatably supported by the movable member 60, resulting in the structure shown in FIG. An O-ring 45 (not shown in FIG. 1) is fitted on the back surface of the rotating member 50. A coil spring 46 (omitted in FIGS. 1 and 3) as an urging means according to the present invention is interposed between the rotating member 50 and the movable member 60, and the two members are bearings 41 and 42 (FIG. 1 and omitted in FIG. 3), which will be described later.
[0016]
First, the rotating member 50 is a member formed in the shape shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, for example, and is fitted in a bearing 42 shown in FIG. 2, and this bearing 42 is fixed to the back side of the lid 9 by a plate 43. Is done. Thus, the rotating member 50 is supported rotatably about a first axis perpendicular to the surface of the lid 9. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the main body 51 of the rotating member 50 is a cylindrical body having a connection hole 52 having a hexagonal cross section, and three wall portions 53 to 55 are formed around the axis of the connection hole 52 on the outer periphery thereof. 1 axis). These walls 53 to 55 are arranged at equal intervals as shown in FIG. 3 and are formed so as to constitute a part of a cylinder. Therefore, from the perspective of the walls 53 to 55, it can be said that the cutouts are formed between each other.
[0017]
Each of the wall portions 53 to 55 has locking portions 53c to 55c on one rotation direction side, and has step portions 53d to 55d on the other rotation direction side. Therefore, steps 53d to 55d and locking portions 53c to 55c are formed alternately along the outer periphery of the rotating member 50, and the step 53d and the locking portion 53c, and the step 54d and the locking portion are formed on the end surface of each wall. 54c, a step portion 55d, and a locking portion 55c are respectively provided side by side, and these constitute a guide portion according to the present invention. The corners of the steps 53d to 55d are cut off, and cutouts 53e to 55e are formed so that the movable member 60 described later can be easily guided when engaging with the steps 53d to 55d. .
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 5, an annular groove 56 centering on the axis of the connection hole 52 is formed on the bottom surface of the main body 51 of the rotating member 50. The ring 45 is fitted. The O-ring 45 is a friction member according to the present invention. When the O-ring 45 is pressed against the inner surface of the bearing 42, the O-ring 45 has a rotation resistance with respect to the rotation member 50.
[0019]
A movable member 60 is slidably housed on the inner surfaces of the walls 53 to 55 of the rotating member 50 and supported so as to be able to move in parallel in the axial direction of the connection hole 52. The movable member 60 is fitted in a bearing 41 shown in FIG. 2, and the bearing 41 is configured to be fixed to the lid 9. Accordingly, the movable member 60 is also rotatably supported on the lid 9 about the first axis, similarly to the rotating member 50. The movable member 60 is formed in a shape shown in FIGS. That is, it is composed of a cylindrical main body 61 and a prism-shaped support portion 62, constitutes a part of a fan shape in plan view, and is formed so as to fit in a gap between mutually adjacent wall portions 53 to 55 of the rotating member 50. The formed flanges 63 to 65 are integrally formed on the bottom of the main body 61. Each of the flanges 63 to 65 is cut off at one of the corners on the rotation direction side to form cutouts 63e to 65e.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, the movable member 60 has its main body 61 fitted into the inner surfaces of the walls 53 to 55 of the rotating member 50 and its flanges 63 to 65 fitted into the gaps between the adjacent walls 53 to 55. And are slidable in the axial direction with respect to the rotating member 50. When the coil spring 46 is interposed between the movable member 60 and the rotating member 50 as described later, the movable member 60 is urged in a direction away from the rotating member 50, but the rotating member 50 Since the movable member 60 is supported by the body 9, the movable member 60 is eventually urged to move outward from the lid 9. Thus, the movable member 60 can slide relative to the rotating member 50 and relatively rotate. However, relative rotation exceeding a predetermined rotation angle is restricted as described later, and the axis of the connection hole 52 ( It rotates integrally with the rotation member 50 about the first axis). The support portion 62 has a communication hole 66 formed perpendicularly to the central axis of the main body 61 (that is, the axis of the connection hole 52 as the first axis), and a shaft 75 described later is inserted through the communication hole 66.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the handle 70 is provided with a cutout 72 at the base end of the lever 71, and is assembled so that the support 62 of the movable member 60 is accommodated in the cutout 72. The shaft 75 is inserted through the communication hole 72a of the handle 70 and the communication hole of the movable member 60, and the two are rotatably connected around the shaft 75. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the handle 70 is supported by the support portion 62 of the movable member 60 so as to be able to rotate about 180 ° about the shaft 75. The shaft 75 constitutes a second axis perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the surface of the lid 9. A knob 74 is rotatably supported at the tip of the lever 71 by a shaft 73 that is parallel to the first shaft during the rotation operation.
[0022]
The rotating member 50, the movable member 60, and the handle 70 having the above-described configuration are assembled together with the other components shown in FIG. 2, and the front of the lid 9 is configured as shown in FIG. It is configured as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the bearing 41 is fitted in a mounting hole 9 a formed in the lid 9. At this time, three protrusions (represented by 41b) formed on the outer periphery of the bearing 41 are fitted into three grooves (represented by 9b) of the mounting hole 9a, and the bearing 41 is prevented from rotating. Is configured. The movable member 60 is fitted to the bearing 41, and the rotating member 50 is fitted to the movable member 60 via the coil spring 46 as described above. Then, after the O-ring 45 is fitted into the annular groove 56 of the rotating member 50, the bearing 42 is mounted, and three ridges (represented by 42b) formed on the outer periphery thereof are formed in the groove of the mounting hole 9a. 9b.
[0023]
Thereby, the movable member 60, the coil spring 46, the rotating member 50, and the O-ring 45 are housed in a cylinder formed by the bearings 41 and 42. When the plate 43 is screwed to the lid 9 from the back side of the bearing 42, the state shown in FIGS. 17 and 19 is obtained. On the other hand, the handle 70 has a knob 74 attached to the shaft portion 73 of the lever 71, and a magnetic plate 78 attached to the back surface of the lever 71. The shaft 75 is supported by the support 62 of the movable member 60.
[0024]
A permanent magnet 77 is press-fitted and fixed to the lid 9 at a position facing the magnetic plate 78, and the magnetic plate 78 is attracted to the permanent magnet 77 by magnetic force, and the handle 70 is held in the state shown in FIGS. You. That is, a magnet catch is configured. Therefore, when the handle 70 is set to the operation state shown in FIGS. 1 and 22, it is performed by gripping both sides of the lever 71 with a finger and pulling it out against the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 77. It can be configured to be linked. The push button 90 is coupled to one end of a lever 91 for operating a release mechanism 80 described later, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 17, and the other end (FIGS. It is configured to swing about the lower end of FIG. 17). The lever 91 is provided with an adjusting screw 92 at an intermediate portion thereof, and the distal end thereof is arranged so as to be able to contact and release the release mechanism 80 as shown in FIG.
[0025]
In the handle operation mechanism having the above-described configuration, when the handle 70 is stored in the lid 9, the handle 70 is in the state shown in FIG. 14, and when the handle 70 is pulled out of this state, the coil spring 46 shown in FIG. The biasing force causes the movable member 60 to move outward in parallel along the first axis, that is, to be driven in a direction protruding from the rotating member 50. That is, the movable member 60 moves outward by a predetermined distance on an axis parallel to the first axis (the rotation axis of the rotation member 50 perpendicular to the surface of the lid 9). Further, when the lever 71 rotates about 180 ° about the shaft 75, the state shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.
[0026]
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the movable member 60 has moved to the outermost position. When the handle 70 is rotated clockwise from this state, the rotating member 50 is rotated by the O-ring 45 clamped between the bearing 42. Since the rotation is regulated by the frictional resistance, the flange portions 63 to 65 of the movable member 60 slide on the step portions 53d to 55d of the rotating member 50. When the movable member 60 rotates by a predetermined angle and the flange portions 63 to 65 abut against the locking portions 53c to 55c, a state shown in FIG. 16 is obtained, and the rotation operation of the handle 70 thereafter causes the rotation exceeding the frictional force of the O-ring 45. When a force is applied to the rotating member 50, the rotating member 50 rotates integrally with the movable member 60.
[0027]
Thus, in the state shown in FIG. 1, if the knob 74 of the handle 70 is pinched and rotated clockwise, the lever 71 rotates together with the movable member 60 and the rotating member 50 around the first axis. At this time, even if a load is applied to the lever 71 of the handle 70 in the direction of the lid 9, the movable member 60 has the flange portions 63 to 65 on the step portions 53 d to 55 d of the rotating member 50, Therefore, the gap between the lever 71 and the lid 9 is maintained at a constant gap. Accordingly, the lid 9 smoothly rotates without contacting the surface of the lid 9. When the handle 70 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction and the movable member 60 is rotated by the predetermined angle with respect to the rotating member 50, the flange portions 63 to 65 are fitted into the gaps between the adjacent step portions 53d to 55d of the rotating member 50. If the handle 70 is turned 180 degrees and pressed in the direction of the lid 9, the handle 70 moves in the direction of the lid 9 together with the movable member 60. As a result, the handle 70 is attracted to the permanent magnet 77, and the accommodation state shown in FIG. 19 can be obtained.
[0028]
The above-described handle operation mechanism is suitable for a window opening / closing operation device, and a lid 9 incorporating the above-described components is joined to a box 8 shown in FIG. 18 to form a window opening / closing operation device shown in FIGS. Is configured. FIG. 23 shows a window provided at a high place in a building and provided for a smoke exhaust window or the like, and an operation box 7 having the above-described handle operation mechanism is mounted below the window. The window in FIG. 23 has a well-known structure, and the window 2 is rotatably supported below the window frame 1, and is arranged such that when the window 2 is opened, the upper portion projects outward. The window 2 is supported by the window frame 1 via the opening mechanism 3 and is urged in a direction in which the window 2 opens. On the other hand, pulleys 4 and 5 are fixed to the upper portions of the window frame 1 and the window 2, respectively, and a wire 6 is stretched through the pulleys 4 and 5.
[0029]
One end of the wire 6 is fixed at one side end of the window frame 1 (right side in FIG. 23), and the other end is disposed below the other side end of the window frame 1 (left side in FIG. 23). Connected to box 7. Thus, by pulling out and rotating the handle 70 provided on the operation box 7, the wire 6 is wound into the operation box 7, and the window 2 is brought into a predetermined opening degree or a closed state. On the other hand, when the push button 90 is pressed while the window 2 is closed, the restraint of the wire 6 is released, and the window 2 is immediately opened by its own weight and the urging force of the opening mechanism 3. The details will be described later.
[0030]
As described above, the operation box 7 is configured as shown in FIG. 19, and the housing of the operation box 7 is composed of the box body 8 and the lid body 9, and the components are housed between the two as described above. After being embedded and fixed on a wall surface (not shown) as shown in 23, a wire 6 (omitted in FIG. 19) is routed. The handle 70 is disposed so as to be flush with the surface of the housing, that is, the surface of the lid 9 when stored. A take-up mechanism 20 is fixed to the box 8, and a planetary gear mechanism 30 is connected to the take-up mechanism 20. The take-up mechanism 20 is configured similarly to the mechanism disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-137070.
[0031]
In the winding mechanism 20, a drum 22 is rotatably supported around a rotation shaft 21, and the wire 6 is wound around the drum 22. A connection hole 23 is formed at one end of the rotation shaft 21, and a connection shaft 40 having a hexagonal cross section is fitted between the connection hole 23 and the connection hole 52 of the rotation member 50. Therefore, the rotating shaft 21 is connected to the rotating member 50 via the connecting shaft 40 so as to be integrally rotatable. On the other end side of the rotating shaft 21, a sun gear (not shown) constituting a part of the planetary gear mechanism 30 is formed.
[0032]
A ratchet wheel 31 is joined to the drum 22 so as to be integrally rotatable, and a ratchet wheel 32 is arranged in parallel with the drum 22 and is supported so as to be freely rotatable. An internal gear (not shown) is formed on the ratchet wheel 31, and three planetary gears (not shown) are supported on the ratchet wheel 32, and these are the sun gear of the rotating shaft 21 and the ratchet wheel 31. It is arranged so as to mesh with the internal gear. Although not shown in FIG. 19, a lock mechanism (not shown) including a lock lever and a lock claw is provided, and the lock claw is urged to engage with the ratchet wheels 31, 32. ing. Thus, the planetary gear mechanism 30, the ratchet wheels 31, 32, and the lock mechanism (not shown) constitute a ratchet mechanism according to the present invention, so that the drum 22 is regulated in one rotation direction (winding direction). It is configured.
[0033]
A centrifugal brake mechanism 24 is connected to the drum 22 via a gear (not shown). In the centrifugal brake mechanism 24, when the rotation of the drum 22 is accelerated, the weight 24a that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the drum 22 moves outward, and its outer peripheral surface contacts the inner peripheral surface of the brake shoe 24b. The frictional resistance serves as a braking force, so that the drum 22 is decelerated to an appropriate speed.
[0034]
Further, there is provided a release mechanism 80 for forcibly releasing an engagement state of a lock mechanism (not shown) with the ratchet wheels 31, 32. The release mechanism 80 is configured to release the engagement state of the lock mechanism with the ratchet wheels 31, 32 when the push button 90 is pressed, in conjunction therewith. Note that, as described above, the release mechanism 80 is disposed so as to abut on the adjusting screw 92 of the lever 91. When the push button 90 is pressed, the lever 91 swings around the other end, and the adjusting screw 92 The release mechanism 80 is configured to be pressed.
[0035]
As described above, the coil spring 46 as urging means for urging the lever 71 of the handle 70 outward is interposed between the movable member 60 and the rotating member 50. In this state, the lever 71 is held by the attraction force of the permanent magnet 77 so as to be positioned on the same plane as the surface of the lid 9. When the lever 71 is pulled out to the left side in FIG. 19, the lever 71 is held in a state where the lever 71 projects outward by the urging force of the coil spring 46. Therefore, when the operation box 7 is arranged as shown in FIG. 23, if the upper portion of the handle 70 is pulled toward the user, the handle 70 can be rotated by 180 ° and easily moved to the operation position shown in FIG.
[0036]
In the operation box 7 having the above configuration, when the wire 6 is wound around the drum 22, the window 2 is closed and the handle 70 is in the housed state. When smoke is generated and it is necessary to discharge the smoke, if the push button 90 is pressed, the engagement between the lock mechanism (not shown) and the ratchet wheels 31 and 32 is released, and the drum 22 can be freely rotated. . That is, the rotating force on the drum 22 at this time is not transmitted to the rotating shaft 21 via the planetary gear mechanism 30. Thus, the wire 6 wound around the winding drum 22 is fed out at once by the weight of the window 2 and the urging force of the opening mechanism 3, and the window 2 is instantaneously opened. The speed of the above-mentioned feeding operation is appropriately adjusted by the centrifugal brake mechanism 24 of the winding mechanism 20.
[0037]
When the window 2 is closed from the above state, the lever 71 of the handle 70 is pulled out toward the user to the state shown in FIG. 20, and the handle 70 is further rotated by 180 ° to the state shown in FIG. The state in which the rotating member 60, the rotating member 50, and the drum 22 can be integrally rotated via the planetary gear mechanism 30 is obtained. By rotating the handle 70 about the rotation shaft 21 (corresponding to the first rotation shaft), the drum 22 is rotated via the planetary gear mechanism 30, and the wire 6 is wound around the drum 22. , The window 2 is closed. Thereafter, even if the rotation of the handle 70 is stopped and the housing 70 is stored in the box 8, the ratchet wheels 31, 32 are locked by a lock mechanism (not shown), and the rotation of the drum 22 is prevented. Therefore, the wire 6 is not paid out. Then, if the lever 71 of the handle 70 is attracted to the permanent magnet 77, the surface becomes flush with the surface of the lid 9.
[0038]
In the above-described handle operation mechanism, the movable member 60 has the flange portions 63 to 65 and the rotating member 50 has the wall portions 53 to 55. The former has a wall portion and the latter has a flange portion. May be formed, and the flange portion and the wall portion may be formed at only one place instead of three places. Further, the rotation resistance means is not limited to the O-ring 45, and other means such as pressing a friction member against the outer peripheral surface may be used as long as the rotation resistance is given to the rotation member 50. Good. In the window opening / closing operation device, a magnet catch using a permanent magnet 77 is used as the locking means of the handle 70, but it may be a mechanical catch or may be linked with the push button 90.
[0039]
