Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to hard-to-crush masses such as motors and compressors contained in wastes of household electrical appliances and the like discharged as incombustible bulky garbage from homes (hereinafter referred to as “unsuitable for crushing” in the present specification). ) Is crushed (including “crushed” in the present specification) by crushing only other frame materials and the like (hereinafter referred to as “objects to be crushed”) without being deformed by the crushing action. The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for crushing waste containing unsuitable crushing material, which can be separated and taken out.
BACKGROUND ART Hammer-type crushers, twin-screw crushers, three-screw crushers, and the like are conventionally used for crushing waste such as home electric appliances.
By the way, when crushing waste such as home electric appliances, for example, a refrigerator (in this case, chlorofluorocarbon gas has been removed in advance by appropriate means), the frame material of the refrigerator can be crushed as it is, but a lump of a motor or a compressor can be used. Since it is difficult to crush the material, means for manually removing the material in advance and then crushing the frame material and the like by the crushing device is adopted.
However, this method has a problem that it takes a lot of trouble to manually remove the lump of the motor and the compressor.
On the other hand, if the refrigerator is directly put into the crushing device without removing the motor and the compressor, the motor and the compressor are deformed by the crushing action, and the subsequent disassembly becomes difficult, resulting in a problem that the recovery rate of valuable resources is significantly reduced.
Further, the hammer-type crusher has a problem that an explosion is likely to occur due to a substance mixed in the waste, which is dangerous.
In view of the problems with the crushing treatment of waste containing crushed unsuitable materials, the inventors of the present invention may first crush the waste without removing crushed unsuitable materials such as motors and compressors. A method for crushing waste containing crushable unsuitable materials, which can separate and discharge unsuitable crushable materials without deformation, crush crushable objects such as frame materials, and increase the recovery rate of valuable resources, and The device was proposed (PCT / JP98 / 04791).
The outline is shown in FIG. 7 to FIG.
This crushing device 50 has a first crushing roller 10 on one side of a lower portion of the hopper 2 of the housing 3 having an open lower portion, and a second crushing roller 11 located behind the hopper 2. And a third crushing roller 12 opposed to the second crushing roller 11.
In this case, a pushing mechanism 13 is provided on the other side of the lower portion of the hopper 2 so as to face the first crushing roller 10, and the bottom plate 2 a of the hopper 2 at a position directly below the first crushing roller 10 is supported. The projection 14 is provided.
As a result, when the waste W containing the unsuitable crushing material M such as a motor, a compressor, etc., of the home electric appliances and the like put into the hopper 2 is pushed out toward the first crushing roller 10 by the pushing mechanism 13, the waste W The tip is supported by the support projections 14 to prevent free movement, and the first crushing roller 10 engages the first crushing roller 10 so as to be surely crushed and transferred.
As shown in FIG. 8, the first crushing roller 10 has a structure in which a large number of crushing blades 21 are protruded and attached to the rotating shaft 20 at a coarse interval a.
The biting crushing blade 21 allows the unsuitable crushing material M contained in the waste W to enter the gap between the biting crushing blades 21 and pass through the first crushing roller 10 without being crushed. The cutting edge is formed at a height b at which biting into W is easy, and preferably, the cutting edge is formed at an acute angle so that the cutting edge can easily bite into the waste material W.
Further, a fixed blade 22 inserted into a gap between the crushing blades 21 for biting the first crushing roller 10 is provided in the housing 3 immediately above the first crushing roller 10. The crushed material that adheres and migrates is scraped off.
As shown in FIG. 9, the second crushing roller 11 has a screw blade 25 attached to a rotating shaft 24. The screw blade 25 is crushed when the unsuitable crushing material M enters the gap between the screw blades 25. It has a coarse pitch and a height that can pass through without being crushed, and crushes an object to be crushed such as a frame material in cooperation with the third crushing roller 12.
In this case, the screw blade 25 is constituted by screw blades 25a and 25b, which are formed by bisecting the screw blade and twisting in the left and right opposite directions in order to prevent the object to be crushed from moving laterally during crushing. ing.
As shown in FIG. 10, the third crushing roller 12 has a main screw blade 27 on the rotating shaft 26 and a twist in a direction opposite to the main screw blade 27 so that the main screw blade 27 forms a mesh g. A main screw blade 27 and a sub screw blade 28 having a coarser pitch than the main screw blade 27 are attached, and the main screw blade 27 and the sub screw blade 28 are crushed by the crushing unsuitable material M entering these gaps, that is, the cells g.
