本発明は、例えばユニット構造の浴室において、その出入口を構成する浴室用片引戸に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の浴室用片引戸として、例えば特開平１１−１４１２３４号公報に記載のものが知られている。この浴室用片引戸は、片引戸本体とこれをを開閉自在に支持する枠体とで構成されており、枠体は、上枠と、下枠と、戸先側縦枠と、戸尻側縦枠と、縦骨と、を枠組みして構成されている。この場合、両縦枠の中間に位置する縦骨は、上端を上枠の見込み方向の浴室側半部に突き当てられ、下端を下枠の見込み方向の浴室側半部に突き当てられており、補強金具を介して、これらに支持されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の浴室用片引戸では、縦骨の下端が、上側から下枠の端部上面に突き当てられるため、縦骨の下端を下枠の断面形状に合致させる必要があり、縦骨の加工が煩雑になると同時にこの部分の構造が複雑になる問題があった。また、突当て部分の形状が複雑になるため、介在させたシール部材が一様に押圧されるず、シール性が悪化する問題があった。

本発明は、縦骨の形状および縦骨廻りの構造を単純化することができる浴室用片引戸を提供することをその目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の浴室用片引戸は、片引戸本体を開閉自在に支持する枠体が、上枠と下枠と戸先側縦枠と戸尻側縦枠と両縦枠の中間に位置する縦骨とを備えた浴室用片引戸において、下枠は、見込み方向において、戸先側縦枠および縦骨間に配設した浴室側下枠部と、戸先側縦枠および戸尻側縦枠間に配設され片引戸本体の開閉を案内する脱衣室側下枠部とを有し、縦骨は、浴室側下枠部および脱衣室側下枠部に対し縦通しで設けられ、且つ浴室側下枠部および脱衣室側下枠部を支持していることを特徴とする。

この構成によれば、縦骨の下端部には、その見付け方向の側面に浴室側下枠部が突き当てられ、その見込み方向の正面に脱衣室側下枠部が当接される。したがって、縦骨の下端部を、浴室側下枠部および脱衣室側下枠部の形状に合わせて加工する必要がほとんどない。また、ねじ等を用いて、浴室側下枠部および脱衣室側下枠部を縦骨の下端部に単純な形態で、支持することができる。

この構成によれば、縦骨と下枠との間に介設するシール部材を、縦骨の見付け方向の側面および見込み方向の正面、すなわち平坦な部分に添設するだけでよく、且つ１つのシール部材に一方向から圧縮力が加わるため、シール部材をその機能を適切に発揮させるべく設置することができる。また、取付ねじにより、縦骨に下枠を強固に支持させ得ると同時に、介設したシール部材を強く挟持することができるため、縦骨と下枠との間を確実にシールすることができる。なお、縦骨の側面に設けるシール部材と、正面に設けるシール部材とを単一のもので構成することも可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係る浴室用片引戸について説明する。この浴室用片引戸が設けられた浴室は、脱衣室との間に段差を無くしたバリアフリー設計のユニットバスで構成されており、図１は浴室用片引戸の縦断面図であり、図２はその横断面図である。両図に示すように、浴室用片引戸１は、引戸本体２とこれを開閉自在に支持する枠体３とから構成されている。また、引戸本体２の引込み壁部分には、枠付きの嵌殺しパネル４が配設されている。さらに、浴室Ａの防水パン５と脱衣室Ｂの床６との間には、枠体３の下枠１２の下側に位置して、排水溝７が配設されている。そして、浴室Ａの防水パン５と、枠体３の下枠１２と、脱衣室Ｂの床６とはほぼ面一に、すなわち段差が生じないように配設されている。

図１および図３に示すように、上枠１１は、引戸本体２を開閉自在に支持する上枠本体３１と、上枠本体３１にスナップイン形式で掛け止めされ浴室Ａ側の上枠アタッチメント３２とで構成されている。上枠本体３１には、引戸本体２の開閉を案内する上レール部３３が形成されると共に、引戸本体２の浴室Ａ側に摺接する上シール部材３４が取り付けられている。この場合、上枠本体３１は、戸先側縦枠１３と戸尻側縦枠１４との間に配設され、上枠アタッチメント３２は、戸先側縦枠１３と縦骨１５との間に配設されている。

レールアタッチメント３９は、見込み方向の中間位置に立設した下レール部３９ａを有し、脱衣室側下枠３７のアタッチメント受け部４５に上側から着脱自在に装着されている。足着きプレート３８は、排水溝７の直上部に位置しており、一方の端部を浴室側下枠３６の本体中空部４１に、他端を脱衣室側下枠３７のプレート支持片部４７に載置するようにして、浴室側下枠３６および脱衣室側下枠３７間に掛け渡されている。足着きプレート３８の上面には、脱衣室Ｂ側寄りに位置して長手方向に延びる浅溝５０が形成されており、浅溝５０には、排水溝７に連通した多数の水抜き孔５１が形成されている。すなわち、足着きプレート３８は、排水溝７の上側にあってグレーチングの機能を有している。また、水抜き孔５１の下側には、脱衣室Ｂ側に向かって斜め下方に延びる区画片部５２ａにより、副排水溝５２が形成されており、水抜き孔５１から流下した排水は、この副排水溝５２に貯留されてから排水溝７に流入する。なお、排水溝７は樹脂などで構成され、防水パン５に支持されている。また、図示では省略したが、排水溝７には排水枝管が接続されている。

図２および図３に示すように、戸先側縦枠１３は、浴室Ａ側に中空部５３を有すると共に、脱衣室Ｂ側に引戸本体２の戸先を受ける戸先受け部５４を有している。戸先受け部５４には、浴室Ａ側から引戸本体２の戸先に密接する戸先シール部材５５が取り付けられている。また、戸尻側縦枠１４は、その浴室Ａ側に前記嵌殺しパネル４の保持枠を構成するパネル取付部５６を有している。

次に、図３および図４を参照して、縦骨１５と下枠１２の接合構造について詳細に説明する。この実施形態では、下枠１２に対し縦骨１５が縦通しで設けられ、下枠１２の一方の端部は縦骨１５に支持されている。すなわち、縦骨１５の下端部には、その見込み方向の側面１５ａに浴室側下枠３６が突き当てられ、見付け方向の正面１５ｂに脱衣室側下枠３７が添設されている。この場合、浴室側下枠３６はその小口が、側面側シールプレート（シール部材）６３を介在した状態で、縦骨１５の側面１５ａに突き当てられ、且つ縦骨１５側から螺合する２本の取付ねじ６４，６４により、縦骨１５にねじ止めされている。同様に、脱衣室側下枠３７はその中間部側面が、正面側シールプレート６５を介在した状態で、縦骨１５の正面１５ｂに当接され、且つ縦骨１５側から螺合する２本の取付ねじ６６，６６により、縦骨１５にねじ止めされている。なお、足着きプレート３８は、浴室側下枠３６と脱衣室側下枠３７との間に掛け渡された状態で、縦骨１５に当接している。

図４に示すように、浴室側下枠３６は、その本体中空部４１と浴室見切り片部４２の立上げ部分が、縦骨１５の側面１５ａに当接するようになっており、これに対応して、側面側シールプレート６３は、本体中空部４１に対応する方形部分と、立上げ部分に対応する細長方形部分とで、一体に形成されている。一方、脱衣室側下枠３７は、その長手方向の中間部において、プレート支持片部４７の上下の浴室側突起部分が切り欠かれ、プレート支持片部４７の浴室Ａ側の側面が縦骨１５の正面１５ｂに当接するようになっている。このため、プレート支持片部４７の平坦面が当接する縦骨１５の下端部は、そのシール取付部６０が切り欠かれており、この切り欠かれた部分に、方形の正面側シールプレート６５が縦骨１５の厚みいっぱいに取り付けられている。

以上のように本実施形態によれば、下枠１２に対し縦骨１５を縦通しとし、縦骨１５に、浴室側下枠３６を突き当て且つ脱衣室側下枠３７を当接するようにして、支持しているため、下枠１２の上面に載置する従来の縦骨のように、縦骨１５の下端を下枠１２の断面形状に合わせて加工する必要がない。このため、縦骨１５の下端部を単純な形状にすることができると共に、下枠１２を縦骨１５で適切に支持することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の浴室用片引戸によれば、縦骨を下枠に対し縦通しとし、下枠を縦骨の下端部に支持するようにしているため、縦骨の下端部を、浴室側下枠部および脱衣室側下枠部の形状に合わせて加工する必要がほとんどない。したがって、縦骨の形状および縦骨廻りの構造を単純化することができる。
