手洗い器具の配管を目隠しでき、美観を向上させるトイ
レ室の構造に関する。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】従来、図７に略示する如く、トイレ室の
壁体に設ける手洗い器具ａの下方に、収納キャビネット
ｂを設け、この収納キャビネットｂ内に吸水管ｃ１及び
排水管ｃ２などの配管ｃを通すことによって、該配管ｃ
を目隠しした構造のものが知られている。 【０００３】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このよ
うな収納キャビネットｂは、通常、その前面が、両開き
状等の開き戸ｄによって開閉されるため、物品の出し入
れの際、前記配管ｃが看守されてしまい、美観を充分に
向上させることができないという問題がある。 【０００４】そこで本発明は、物品の出し入れの際にも
配管が看守されることなく目隠しでき、美観を充分に向
上させるトイレ室の構造の提供を目的としている。 【０００５】 【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的を達成するため
に、本願の請求項１の発明は、トイレ室の壁体に、蛇口
を有する手洗い器具を取付け、かつこの手洗い器具の下
方に、該手洗い器具の下部を隠すとともに床面から立ち
上がりしかも引き戸により開閉される収納キャビネット
を設けるとともに、前記収納キャビネットに、前記引き
戸の最大開き状態においてこの引き戸が隠す該引き戸の
背方領域を設け、手洗い器具から床面下方にのびる配管
を前記背方領域に配したことを特徴としている。 【０００６】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を、図
示例とともに説明する。図１は本発明に係わるトイレ室
１の斜視図、図２はその側方からの断面図である。 【０００７】図１、２において、トイレ室１は、本例で
は、換気用窓を有し便器２の後方側に位置する外壁であ
る後の壁体３Ａと、この後の壁体３Ａに直交し便器２の
両側を通る室内壁である側の壁体３Ｂ、３Ｂと、ドア
（図示しない）とで周囲が囲まれるとともに、前記後の
壁体３Ａには、便器２に注水する例えばロータンク式の
水タンク４が取り付けられる。なお本例では、この水タ
ンク４は、前記側の壁体３Ｂ、３Ｂ間をのびる腰高さの
前板５Ａ、及びこの前板５Ａと後の壁体３Ａとの間を継
ぐ上板５Ｂを有するキャビネット５によって目隠しされ
る。 【０００８】そして、本発明では、一方の前記側の壁体
３Ｂに、蛇口６を有する手洗い器具７を取付けるととも
に、この手洗い器具７の下方には、該手洗い器具７の下
部７Ａを隠すとともに床面から立ち上がりしかも引き戸
９により開閉される収納キャビネット１０を設けてい
る。なお本例では、前記手洗い器具７と収納キャビネッ
ト１０とは、夫々その一部が壁体３Ｂ内に埋め込まれて
装着され、壁体３Ｂからの突出高さを減じている。 【０００９】ここで、本例では、前記壁体３Ｂが、図３
に示すように、矩形状の周囲枠１２の表裏に、例えば石
膏ボード等の壁面材１３を添設した間仕切りパネルＰか
らなり、かつ表側の前記壁面材１３が、化粧用の腰壁板
１１を含んで形成される場合を例示している。またこの
壁体３Ｂには、前記手洗い器具７と収納キャビネット１
０とを埋設するための凹所１４が形成される。 【００１０】該凹所１４は、図４、５に示すように、前
記壁体３Ｂの表側壁面材１３を切欠くことによって形成
されるとともに、その切欠き縁に沿ってのびる下地枠１
５によって補強される。なお前記凹所１４は、手洗い器
具埋設用の上の凹所部１４Ｕと、収納キャビネット埋設
用の下の凹所部１４Ｌとから構成される。 【００１１】前記手洗い器具７は、上の横枠材１５Ｕに
設ける例えばフック状の固定金具１６によって上端側が
係止されるとともに、下端側は、本例では、収納キャビ
ネット１０内に設ける取付け枠１８にネジ金具１７を用
いて固着される。なお手洗い器具７としては、特に規制
されることがなく、市販される所謂埋込みタイプの種々
のものが採用できる。 【００１２】次に、前記収納キャビネット１０は、前面
に開口部１９を有する基箱２０と、その開口部１９を開
閉する引き戸９とから構成される。 【００１３】前記基箱２０は、側板２１、２１の下端間
及び後端間を夫々底板２２及び背板２３で継いだ矩形状
基体２０Ａを有する。なお背板２３には、その上端側に
前記取付け枠１８が略水平に突設される。そして、該基
箱２０は、前記下の凹所部１４Ｌ内に挿入される前記基
体２０Ａの後方側部分を、前記下地枠１５にネジ止めす
ることによって、前記凹所部１４Ｌ内に埋設固定され
る。 【００１４】また前記基体２０Ａには、前記側板２１の
前縁間を継ぐ上の前板２４が取り付き、この前板２４の
下縁と前記底板２２との間の間隙により前記開口部１９
を形成している。またこの前板２４は、その上縁に設け
る例えばコ字状の切欠き部２５が、前記手洗い器具７の
ボウル部２６の外面輪郭形状に沿うことにより、この前
板２４が、手洗い器具７の下部７Ａ（図５に示す）を被
覆している。 【００１５】なお前板２４及び側板２１の各上縁Ｅは、
本例では、前記ボウル部２６の上面２６Ｓと略同高さで
整一するとともに、この上縁Ｅ上で、本例では、棚板状
のサイドカウンター２７の一端を支持している。また基
箱２０には、前記前板２４の前面、及び底板２２の前端
面に設けるレール手段２９によって、引き戸９が横移動
自在に支持される。 【００１６】また前記レール手段２９には、前記引き戸
９と当接してその引き代を規制するストッパ（図示しな
い）が付設され、これによって、前記収納キャビネット
１０の内部に、図６に略示する如く、前記引き戸９の最
大開き状態Ｑにおいて、この引き戸９によって被覆され
る引き戸９の背方領域Ｙを形成している。なおレール手
段２９としては、特に制限されることがなく、直線軸受
けとして知られる種々の構造のものが好適に使用でき
る。またストッパとしても、周知の種々の構造が使用で
きる。 【００１７】そして、前記収納キャビネット１０は、手
洗い器具７から床面下方にのびる配管３０を前記背方領
域Ｙに配し、物品の出し入れの際にも、前記配管３０が
看守されることなく目隠している。 【００１８】なお配管３０は、吸水管３０Ａと排水管３
０Ｂとを含み、本例では、吸水管３０Ａは、手洗い器具
７の後方側から、前記取り付け枠１８と側板２１との間
の間隙３１（図４に示す）を通って下方にのびるととも
に、底板２２の挿通孔３２を経て床面Ｓ下方へと配管さ
れる。なお前記間隙３１及び挿通孔３２は背方領域Ｙ内
に形成される。 【００１９】また排水管３０Ｂは、前記ボウル部２６下
端から前板２４の後方側を通って前記背方領域Ｙまで横
にのびる折れ曲がり管部３０Ｂ１と、トラップＫを有し
前記折れ曲がり部３０Ｂ１から背方領域Ｙを通って下方
にのびるとともに前記底板２２の挿通孔３２を経て床面
Ｓ下方へと配管される主管部３０Ｂ２とを具えている。 【００２０】このように、本願のトイレ室１の構造で
は、収納キャビネット１０の開口部１９を、引き戸９に
よって開閉させるとともに、この引き戸９の引き代を、
ストッパーによって規制している。従って、キャビネッ
