Description
【0001】
【0024】
前記セレクトレバーによるセレクト位置は、P(駐車), R(後進), N(ニュートラル), D(前進三段自動変速又は前進四段自動変速), 2(前進二段自動変速), 1(1速固定)となっている。

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission capable of performing a smooth start operation while suppressing a shift shock.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission, when the vehicle is started by selecting a driving range such as a D range or an R range from a state in which the vehicle is stopped with the select position of the select lever held in a neutral range, it is generally used. Since the rotation speed of the engine is low, the rise of the supply oil pressure to the friction engagement element which is newly engaged tends to be delayed, and the time required for shifting tends to be long.
[0003]
For this reason, for example, as proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 3-28571, the pressure oil supply ratio is temporarily increased suddenly at the time of switching from the neutral range to the travel range, After the shelf pressure for precharging is reduced and the supply ratio of the pressure oil is gradually increased again, the frictional engagement element to be newly engaged can be reduced without shock within a relatively short time. It is made to engage.
[0004]
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5-332441, when the select lever is continuously operated between the travel range and the neutral range in the control mode described above, the shift pressure is increased due to the shelf pressure becoming higher than necessary. Therefore, a technique has been proposed in which the supply amount of pressure oil to the friction engagement element is obtained, and the time and magnitude of the above-described shelf pressure are controlled in accordance with the supply amount of pressure oil.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional hydraulic control apparatus for an automatic transmission disclosed in JP-A-3-28571 and JP-A-5-332441, a change in the discharge capacity of an oil pump corresponding to the rotation speed of the engine, the outside air temperature and the engine No consideration is given to changes in the viscosity of the automatic transmission oil due to the operating conditions of the power train, or changes in the magnitude of play in the power train due to the continuous selection operation between the two driving ranges through the neutral range. The duration for forming the shelf pressure and the supply ratio of the pressure oil are preset to be constant.
[0006]
For this reason, when the select operation is performed in the low rotation region of the engine, the precharge of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engagement element tends to be insufficient, and the time lag until the shift is completed increases. Conversely, when the select operation is performed in the high rotation region of the engine, the precharge of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engagement element becomes excessive, and a shift shock occurs.
[0007]
Further, when the select operation is performed in a state where the automatic transmission oil is in the low temperature range, the precharge of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engagement element tends to be insufficient, and the time lag until the shift is completed increases. Conversely, when the select operation is performed in a state where the automatic transmission oil is in the high temperature range, the precharge of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engagement element becomes excessive and a shift shock occurs.
[0008]
Similarly, when the vehicle shifts from the forward range to the neutral range and returns to the forward range, or when the vehicle shifts from the reverse range to the neutral range and returns to the reverse range, the play of the power train becomes small, so frictional engagement is performed. The pre-charge of the hydraulic pressure for the element tends to be insufficient, and the time lag until the shift is completed increases. Conversely, when shifting from the forward range to the reverse range via the neutral range, or when shifting from the reverse range to the forward range via the neutral range, the play of the power train increases, so that the hydraulic pressure for the friction engagement element is reduced. There is a tendency for shift charging to occur due to excessive charging.
[0009]
[Object of the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic transmission that can maintain a short shift time and prevent the occurrence of a shift shock regardless of a driving state of a vehicle when a select lever is operated from a neutral range to a travel range. It is to provide a hydraulic control device.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Book A hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission according to the present invention includes a plurality of friction engagement elements capable of achieving a plurality of shift speeds through selective engagement, and selectively supplies pressure oil to the plurality of friction engagement elements. A hydraulic pressure supply / discharge circuit for discharging, and a hydraulic control means for controlling a hydraulic pressure supplied to the friction engagement element. The hydraulic control means moves a select position of a select lever selected by a driver from a neutral range. When the range is switched to the range, after the supply ratio of the pressure oil supplied to the friction engagement element that is newly switched to the engagement state is temporarily maintained in the increased state, the predetermined supply ratio is smaller than this. A hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission in which a pressure adjusting unit that increases the amount by a predetermined rate is incorporated, comprising a storage unit that stores a travel range selected before the neutral range, Based on the output from the storage means, if the selected position before and after the neutral range is the same, the hydraulic pressure control means supplies the supply ratio of the pressure oil temporarily held in the increased state by the pressure adjusting unit. And a setting unit for setting at least one of the continuation time, the predetermined supply ratio, and the increase ratio to a value larger than the case where the select position is different, is further incorporated. .
[0013]
[Action]
According to the present invention, the hydraulic control means selectively supplies and discharges the hydraulic pressure to and from the plurality of friction engagement elements via the hydraulic supply and discharge circuit in accordance with the operation state of the vehicle, and achieves a predetermined shift speed. Here, when the select position of the select lever selected by the driver is switched from the neutral range to the travel range, the pressure adjusting unit of the hydraulic control unit supplies the frictional engagement element that is newly switched to the engaged state to the supply position. After temporarily holding the supply ratio of the pressurized oil in the increased state, the frictional engagement element that is switched to the newly engaged state by gradually increasing the supply ratio from a predetermined supply ratio smaller than this is smoothly engaged. Switch to state.
[0016]
here, At least one of the supply ratio and the duration of the pressurized oil temporarily maintained in the increased state by the pressure adjusting unit and the predetermined supply ratio and the increase ratio memorize the traveling range selected before the neutral range. The setting is performed by the setting unit of the hydraulic control unit based on the output from the storage unit. Basically, when the travel range selected before the neutral range is the same as the travel range selected after the neutral range, these ratios are set to a larger value than when the selected positions are different.

[0032]
As shown in FIG. 9 showing the operation procedure of the above-described embodiment, first, in step S101, it is determined whether or not the selected position of the shift lever selected by the driver is in the N range. If it is determined in step S101 that the select position is in the N range, the process proceeds to step S102 to perform normal line pressure control, that is, to change the duty ratio at a predetermined ratio without forming a shelf pressure. And resets a flag F during timer count-up described later to 0, and returns to step S101 again. If it is determined in step S101 that the selected position is outside the N range, the process proceeds to step S103 to determine whether the timer count-up flag F is set to 1. If it is determined in step S103 that the timer count-up flag F has not been set to 1, the process proceeds to step S104 and the current engine speed N E And the engine speed N E Pressure forming duty ratio D based on P , And shelf pressure forming time t P , And the initial duty ratio D after forming the shelf pressure S , And the change amount ΔD per unit time thereof are read from FIGS. 5 to 7 in step S105, and the count value C of the timer is read in step S106. t Is set to 1 and the count-up flag F is set to 1.
[0033]
Then, in step S107, the count value C of the timer t Is longer than or equal to the shift completion time t. t Is shorter than the shift completion time t, the process proceeds to step S108, and this time, the count value C of the timer is set. t Is the shelf pressure forming time t P It is determined whether or not this is the case. In step S108, the count value C of the timer is initially set. t Is the shelf pressure forming time t P Therefore, in step S109, the shelf pressure forming duty ratio D P And returns to the step S101 again.

That is, when the select position of the select lever selected by the driver is switched from the N range to the travel range, the supply state of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engagement element that is newly switched to the engagement state is large due to the viscosity of the automatic transmission oil. Affected. For example, the oil temperature T of the automatic transmission oil E In the state of low viscosity and high viscosity, sufficient precharge cannot be performed, and there is a concern that the engagement of the friction engagement element that is newly switched to the engagement state may be delayed. Also, the oil temperature T of the automatic transmission oil E When the pressure is high and the viscosity is low, the internal leak of the
[0039]
Mentioned above As shown in FIG. 14 showing the operation procedure of the embodiment, first, in step S201, it is determined whether or not the selected position of the shift lever selected by the driver is in the N range. If it is determined in step S201 that the selected position is in the N range, the process proceeds to step S202 to perform normal line pressure control and reset a timer count-up flag F described later to 0, It returns to the step of S201 again.
[0040]
If it is determined in step S201 that the selected position is outside the N range, the process proceeds to step S203 to determine whether the timer count-up flag F is set to 1. If it is determined in step S203 that the timer count-up flag F has not been set to 1, the process proceeds to step S204 and the current automatic transmission oil temperature T E And the oil temperature T of this automatic transmission oil E Pressure forming time t based on P , Shelf pressure forming duty ratio D P , Initial duty ratio D S After setting the change amount ΔD per unit time in step S205, the count value C of the timer is set in step S206. t Is set to 1 and the count-up flag F is set to 1.

[0044]
As in the previous embodiment, the above-described timer count-up flag F and the timer count value C t Are reset to 0 at the time of initial setting of the entire apparatus.
[0045]
Incidentally, one of the causes of the shift shock when the select position of the select lever selected by the driver is switched from the N range to the travel range is due to play of the power transmission mechanism in the automatic transmission. This play increases when the select lever is operated from the R range to the D range via the N range, for example, when the select lever is returned to the R range from the R range to the N range, or when the select lever is returned to the R range via the N range. When it is returned to the D range again, it tends to be smaller.
[0046]
As described above, if the magnitude and time of the precharge are not changed according to the play size, the shift shock may be deteriorated. The driving range before switching to the range is stored in the

[0048]
If it is determined in step S301 that the selected position is outside the N range, the process proceeds to step S303 to determine whether the timer count-up flag F is set to 1. If it is determined in step S303 that the timer count-up flag F has not been set to 1, the flow proceeds to step S304 to read the select position stored in the
[0049]
Then, in step S307, the count value C of the timer is set. t Is longer than or equal to the shift completion time t. t Is shorter than the shift completion time t, the process proceeds to step S308, and this time, the count value C of the timer is set. t Is the shelf pressure forming time t P It is determined whether or not this is the case. Also in the step of S308, the count value C of the timer is initially set. t Is the shelf pressure forming time t P Therefore, in step S309, the shelf pressure forming duty ratio D P And returns to the step S301 again.

If it is determined in step S302 that the timer count-up flag F has been set to 1, the process proceeds to step S310 and the timer count value C t Is advanced by one, and the routine goes to the step of S307. Then, in step S307, the count value C of the timer is set. t Is longer than the shift completion time t, that is, if it is determined that the shift operation has already been completed, the process proceeds to step S311 and the count value C of the timer is set. t After resetting to 0, the process proceeds to step S302.

【The invention's effect】
Book According to the hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission of the present invention, the storage means for storing the travel range selected before the neutral range is provided, and the frictional engagement element which is newly switched to the engagement state is temporarily increased. Based on the output from the storage unit, at least one of the supply ratio of the pressurized oil held in the state and the duration thereof and the predetermined supply ratio and the increase ratio thereof is selected based on the output from the storage means. In the same case, since a setting portion for setting the select position to a larger value than when the select position is different is provided in the hydraulic control means, when the select lever is operated from the neutral range to the travel range, the select lever is selected before the neutral range. It is possible to set the hydraulic pre-charge to the friction engagement element properly regardless of the driving range Ri can be done without generating a rapid and shock shift operation.
