Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suspension member mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The suspension mechanism of an automobile includes various suspension members (for example, subframes). Such a suspension member is attached to a vehicle body constituting member (a mounting structure as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-132410). (For example, a cross member).
[0003]
As an example of this type of mounting structure of a suspension member, a bolt having a flange portion is inserted from above into a mounting hole formed in a mounting surface portion of a vehicle body component, and the suspension is mounted on a bolt protruding below the mounting surface portion. There is one in which a member is attached. Then, a serration portion is formed below the flange portion of the bolt, and the serration portion is fitted to a thick bolt plate welded to the mounting surface portion, and the flange portion is brought into contact with the upper surface of the bolt plate, thereby forming a bolt. It is trying to maintain the rigidity and obtain the mounting strength of the suspension member.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional technique, the mounting strength of the suspension member depends on the fitting between the serration portion of the bolt and the bolt plate, so that it is necessary to improve the mounting strength. However, the bolt plate itself must be thickened or enlarged.
[0005]
Increasing the thickness of a bolt plate having a complicated shape is not only disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing cost, but also because the welding method for the mounting surface is limited to arc welding (since spot welding cannot be performed). But it is disadvantageous.
[0006]
In addition, since the flange formed on the bolt is in contact with the upper surface of the bolt plate, the structure is strong against the downward pulling force on the bolt but weak against the upward pushing force. Has become. As a countermeasure for this, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the bolt plate.
[0007]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to such a conventional technique, and is to provide a mounting structure of a suspension member which is high in manufacturing cost and manufacturing workability and has high strength against thrusting force.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a bolt having a flange portion is inserted into a mounting hole formed in a mounting surface portion of a bottom surface portion of a vehicle body component from above, so that the flange comes into contact with the mounting surface portion. In the structure where the suspension member is mounted on the mounting surface portion and a bolt protruding below the mounting surface portion is provided, a reinforce having an end joined to the mounting surface portion is provided at an upper portion of the mounting surface portion, The brim portion of the bolt is sandwiched between the reinforcement and the mounting surface portion, thereby increasing the strength against the pushing force.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the flange of the bolt is held between the reinforcement and the mounting surface, the mounting strength of the bolt is increased, and as a result, the mounting strength of the suspension member is improved. Particularly, since the collar portion is sandwiched in the up-down direction, the strength against the pushing force is high. Further, since a thick bolt plate having a complicated shape is not required, it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing cost.
[0010]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the reinforcement is connected to the mounting surface by spot welding.
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the reinforce is connected to the mounting surface by spot welding, which is easier to perform than arc welding, it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing workability.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the collar portion and the reinforcement are connected.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the collar portion and the reinforcement are connected, the mounting strength of the bolt is further improved.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the collar portion and the reinforcement are connected by welding means.
[0015]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the collar and the reinforcement are connected by the welding means, the connection operation is easy.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the collar and the reinforcement are connected by caulking means.
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the collar and the reinforcement are connected by the caulking means, the connection is reliable.
[0018]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a head is formed at an upper portion of a flange portion of a bolt, a through-hole for projecting the head is formed in the reinforce, and the head is crushed to form a caulked portion. The periphery of the through hole of the reinforcement is sandwiched between the portion and the brim portion.
[0019]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 6, since the peripheral portion of the through hole of the reinforce is sandwiched between the caulked portion and the brim portion, the mounting strength of the bolt is more reliably improved.
[0020]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the head and the through hole each have a non-circular shape that cannot be relatively rotated.
[0021]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, since the head of the bolt and the through-hole have a non-circular shape that cannot be rotated relative to each other, the bolt can withstand a rotation resistance.
[0022]
In the invention according to claim 8, the mounting surface of the vehicle body component is a part of the bottom surface of the cross member.
[0023]
According to the invention of claim 8, since the mounting surface of the vehicle body component is a part of the bottom surface of the high-rigidity cross member, sufficient mounting strength of the suspension member can be obtained.
[0024]
In a ninth aspect of the present invention, the vehicle width direction inner end of the reinforcement is connected to the bottom surface of the cross member, and the vehicle width direction outer end is connected to the side surface of the extension member.
[0025]
According to the ninth aspect, since both ends of the reinforcement are connected to the high-rigidity cross member and the extension member, the mounting strength of the suspension member is further improved.
[0026]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, the mounting surface portion of the vehicle body component is a floor panel of the vehicle body.
[0027]
As in the tenth aspect of the present invention, a bolt can be attached to the floor panel of the vehicle body by using a reinforcement, and the suspension member can be securely attached to the bolt.
[0028]
In the eleventh aspect, the suspension member is a subframe.
[0029]
As in the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the subframe as the suspension member can be securely attached to the vehicle body component.
[0030]
