Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a two-color molded simultaneous painting product used for front panels and buttons of AV equipment and home electric appliances, instrument panels and buttons of automobiles, and the like. It relates to the manufacturing method. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a two-color molded article in which two different types of molded resin parts are joined by sequentially injection-molding two types of molten molding resins having different colors and materials is manufactured. There is a color molding method. In addition, there is a so-called simultaneous molding painting method in which a painting sheet having a printed pattern or the like formed on a base sheet is closed and sandwiched, and a molten molding resin is injection-molded and the painting sheet is bonded to an injection-molded product at the same time. . Further, as a method for manufacturing a product in which a painting sheet is adhered to the two-color molded product, there is a method combining the above two methods (FIGS. 18 to 19). That is, the painting layer and the adhesive layer are laminated on the base sheet by the painting sheet feeding device attached to the upper portion of the first cavity mold and the painting sheet take-up device attached to the lower portion of the first cavity mold. The painted sheet is placed at a predetermined position between the first cavity mold and the core mold. Next, the first cavity mold having a small concave portion and the core mold are closed to form a primary molding space, and the primary molding resin is injected into the primary molding space from the primary molding resin injection nozzle. The molded resin part is molded, and a painting sheet is adhered to the primary molded resin part (FIG. 18). Next, the painting sheet 1
The first cavity mold and the core mold are opened so that the next molding resin remains on the core mold side, and the first cavity mold and the second cavity mold are exchanged by rotating the turntable. Next, the second cavity mold having a large concave portion and the core mold in which the primary molding resin remains are closed to form a secondary molding space,
This is a method of injecting a secondary molding resin from a secondary molding resin injection nozzle into a secondary molding space to mold a secondary molding resin portion (FIG. 19). According to this method, a two-color molded simultaneous painting product in which the secondary molding resin portion is joined to the primary molding resin portion covered by the painting sheet via the painting sheet is obtained (FIG. 20). The painting sheet feeding device and the winding device are fixed to a turntable, but at least two rolls obtained by winding a resin sheet having a length of several hundred meters into a roll, and a roll Since a metal motor drive to rotate and a plurality of metal turn rolls etc. for smoothing the feeding operation of the painting sheet are required at a minimum, the painting sheet feeding device and the winding device are large. And heavy weight. [0004] However, conventionally, the first
It takes time to exchange the cavity mold and the second cavity mold by rotating the turntable. In addition, since a heavy device such as a painting sheet feeding device and a winding device is fixed to the rotating disk, the rotating operation of the rotating disk is slow.
Therefore, the production efficiency of the two-color simultaneous painting product was poor. [0005] Conventionally, during the secondary molding, a second cavity mold to which no painting sheet is supplied is used.
For this reason, a painting sheet can be adhered to the surface of the primary molding resin portion of the two-color molded product, but the painting sheet cannot be adhered to the surface of the secondary molding resin portion. The only way to form a pattern on the surface of the secondary molding resin part is to perform screen printing or the like on the surface of the secondary molding resin part of the two-color molding simultaneous painting product in a separate step after the two-color molding step. . The pattern printed by screen printing is much inferior in the number of colors and the precision of the pattern as compared to the pattern on the painting sheet. Further, it is extremely difficult to accurately align and screen-print the pattern of the coloring sheet already adhered to the surface of the molding resin portion. Therefore, since a separate process is required in addition to the two-color molding process,
Production efficiency was poor. Furthermore, the pattern of the painting sheet and the pattern by screen printing will coexist on the surface of the two-color molding simultaneous painting product, and the two-color simultaneous molding with poor appearance with unevenness in the number of colors and precision of the pattern. Only paint products can be produced. In addition, it is possible to produce only a two-color molded simultaneous painting with poor appearance in which the alignment between the pattern on the surface of the primary molding resin and the pattern on the surface of the secondary molding resin is not accurate. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a two-color molded simultaneous painted article capable of efficiently producing a two-color molded simultaneous painted article having a good-looking pattern, and to provide a good-looking pattern. It is an object of the present invention to provide a two-color molded simultaneous painting product. And injection molded. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. For convenience of explanation, a painting sheet 1 used in the method of manufacturing a two-color molded simultaneous painting product of the present invention;
The cavity mold 2 and the core mold 3, which are two-color molding dies, will be described first. The painting sheet 1 will be described (FIG. 17). The painting sheet 1 is basically formed by laminating at least a picture layer 12 and an adhesive layer 13 on a base sheet 11.
The types of the painting sheet are those that do not peel the base sheet 11 after the molding resin adheres to the painting sheet 1 (hereinafter, referred to as “insert sheet”) (FIG. 17A) and those that peel the base sheet 11 ( Hereinafter, it is referred to as a “transfer sheet”) (FIG. 17B). When used as a transfer sheet, the release layer 1 is placed between the base sheet 11 and the picture layer.
4 is formed. The material of the base sheet 11 includes various resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, acrylic, and thermoplastic elastomer. The material of the release layer 14 is a polyacrylic resin or the like. If the release layer 14 requires hardness, a light-curable resin such as an ultraviolet-curable resin may be mixed. The picture layer 12 uses a resin binder and a pigment or a dye. The picture layer 12 may use a resin binder and a metal pigment or an inorganic pigment having a masking property. For the adhesive layer 13, a heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive resin suitable for the material of the primary molding resin 7 and the secondary molding resin 8 is appropriately used. For example, when the primary molding resin 7 is an acrylic resin and the secondary molding resin 8 is a urethane resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin may be used as the adhesive layer 13. The release layer 14, the picture layer 12, and the adhesive layer 13 are formed by various printing methods. The cavity mold 2 and the core mold 3, which are two-color molding dies, will be described (FIGS. 1, 5, and 9). The cavity mold 2 has a cavity 20 on a surface of the core mold 3 facing the slide core 4. The cavity part 20 is the core mold 3
May be a portion that is recessed from the other surface, or may be a flat surface having no step with the other surface of the core mold 3. When it is a concave portion, it may be a square concave or a spherical concave portion. A painting sheet feeding device 5 may be integrally fixed to an upper portion of the cavity mold 2, and a painting sheet take-up device 6 may be integrally fixed to a lower portion of the cavity mold 2. Core type 3 is
A slide core 4 is provided at a position facing the cavity mold 2. The slide core 4 has a secondary molding resin injection port 41 and moves back and forth with respect to the cavity mold 2. The back and forth movement of the slide core 4 is performed by a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, or the like. The leading end portion 40 of the slide core 4 is fitted into the cavity portion 20 so as to prevent a gap into which molding resin enters when the cavity portion 20 comes into close contact with the cavity portion 20 via the painting sheet 1. It has a shape that makes surface contact. The core mold 3 is provided with the primary molding resin 7 when the mold is closed with the cavity mold 2.
Has a concave portion 30 serving as a primary molding space into which the resin is injected. A primary molding resin injection port 31 is provided on a wall surface forming the recess 30. A two-color injection molding machine equipped with such a core mold 3 is:
It is said to be a so-called core back type dissimilar material / two-color molding machine. When an injection unit is installed on the cavity mold 2 side, a side gate connecting the primary molding resin injection port 31 and the secondary molding resin injection port 41 to an injection cylinder extended from the injection unit is used as a core mold. 3 and the cavity mold 2. Hereinafter, each step of the method for manufacturing a two-color molded simultaneous painted product of the present invention using the above-described painting sheet 1, cavity mold 2 and core mold 3 will be described. First, the painting sheet 1 is brought into close contact with the cavity mold 2. Specifically, a painting sheet 1 of a fixed length is sent out from the painting sheet feeding device located above the cavity mold 2 to the front of the cavity mold 2, and the painting sheet roll located below the cavity mold 2 is wound. The painting sheet 1 is taken up by a take-up device. When the predetermined position of the painting sheet 1 reaches the predetermined position of the cavity mold 2, the painting sheet 1 is heated, vacuum-sucked, and brought into close contact with the surface of the cavity mold 2 such as the cavity portion 20. Next, the core mold 3 having the slide core 4 and the cavity mold 2 are closed, and the front end 40 of the slide core 4 is brought into close contact with the cavity 20 of the cavity mold 2 via the painting sheet 1 ( 1, 5, and 9). The molding resin does not enter the contacted portion. In the case of the core mold 3 shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a primary molding space surrounded by the painting sheet 1, the core mold 3, and the slide core 4 is formed by the close contact. In the case of the core mold 3 shown in FIG. 9, a primary molding space surrounded by the decorating sheet 1 and the core mold 3 is formed. Next, the primary molding resin 7 is placed in the primary molding space.
(FIGS. 2, 6, and 10). The primary molding resin 7 is cooled after being injected, and becomes the primary molding resin portion 9. The injection of the primary molding resin 7 may be performed by connecting an injection cylinder extended from an injection unit installed on the core mold 3 side to the primary resin injection port, or may be installed on the cavity mold 2 side. The injection cylinder extended from the injection unit may be connected to the primary resin injection port by a side gate method or the like. The primary molding resin 7 and a later-described secondary molding resin 8 may be molding resins having different colors or molding resins having different hardnesses. Specific examples of the case where molding resins of mutually different colors are used are a combination in which the primary molding resin 7 is black and the secondary molding resin 8 is transparent, or a combination in which the primary molding resin 7 is white and the secondary molding resin 8 is Some combinations are blue. In a specific example where molding resins having different hardnesses are used, the primary molding resin 7 is a thermoplastic resin having a high hardness of JIS A hardness 100 or more, and the secondary molding resin 8 is a JI resin.
Some combinations are thermoplastic elastomers with SA hardness of 30-100. Alternatively, there is a combination in which the primary molding resin 7 is a thermoplastic elastomer having a JIS A hardness of 30 to 100 and the secondary molding resin 8 is a high hardness resin having a JIS A hardness of 100 or more. Other resins having high hardness of JIS A hardness 100 or more include acrylic styrene resin, acrylic styrene butadiene resin, polycarbonate resin, acrylic resin, nylon resin, styrene resin, vinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, polypropylene resin, Polyethylene resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, or alloys of these resins (mixtures,
Also called a composite product. ). JIS A hardness 30-10
Examples of the thermoplastic elastomer of No. 0 include styrene-based elastomers such as styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymer and hydrogenated SBS block copolymer, polyester-based elastomer, polyurethane-based elastomer, and polyamide-based elastomer. Next, the tip portion 40 of the slide core 4 is separated from the cavity portion 20 to form a secondary molding space (FIGS. 3, 7, and 11). The separation of the leading end portion 40 releases the sandwiching of the painting sheet 1. As a result, in the case of the core mold 3 shown in FIG. 3, a secondary molding space surrounded by the painting sheet 1, the slide core 4, and the primary molding resin portion 9 is formed. In the case of the core mold 3 shown in FIG. 7, a secondary molding space surrounded by the painting sheet 1, the slide core 4, the primary molding resin portion 9, and the core mold 3 is formed. In the case of the core mold 3 shown in FIG. 11, a secondary molding space surrounded by the painting sheet 1, the slide core 4, and the core mold 3 is formed. Next, the secondary molding resin 8 is injected into the secondary molding space (FIGS. 4, 8, and 12). The secondary molding resin 8 is cooled after being injected, and becomes the secondary molding resin portion 10. The injection of the secondary molding resin 8 may be performed by connecting an injection cylinder extended from an injection unit installed on the core mold 3 side to the secondary resin injection port of the slide core 4 or by using the cavity mold 2.
The injection cylinder extended from the injection unit installed on the side may be connected to the secondary resin injection port by a side gate method or the like. In the case of FIGS. 4 and 8, the secondary molding resin 10 is joined to the primary molding resin 9 by injection of the secondary molding resin 8. The joining means that the secondary molding resin 8 in a molten state is cooled and solidified in contact with the primary molding resin portion 9 to form the secondary molding resin portion 10 and the secondary molding resin portion 10 and the primary molding resin portion 9 and stick together. The secondary molding resin 8 may be a molding resin having a different color from the primary molding resin 7 or a molding resin having a different hardness. Specific examples in which molding resins of different colors are used and specific examples in which molding resins of different hardness are used are as described above. Finally, the core mold 3 and the cavity mold 2 are opened to take out a two-color molded simultaneous painting product. When a transfer sheet is used as the painting sheet 1, when or after the two-color molded simultaneous painting article is taken out,
The base sheet 11 is peeled off. In the obtained two-color molded simultaneous painting product, at least the pattern layer and the adhesive layer of one painting sheet 1 were adhered to both the surfaces of the primary molding resin portion 9 and the secondary molding resin portion 10. (FIGS. 12 to 1)
5). When a transfer sheet is used as the painting sheet 1,
A transfer layer such as a release layer, a picture layer, and an adhesive layer is transferred over both surfaces of the primary molding resin portion 9 and the secondary molding resin portion 10. The two-color molded simultaneous painting product of the present invention will be described.
