Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a picture and a picture written on a white board.
A white plate that can erase characters and the like instantaneously due to the adhesion of water, can easily and cleanly erase and correct the characters, and can also reproduce the erased characters and the like.
About the use writing instruments. Conventionally, as writing instruments, pencils, fountain pens, ballpoint pens, water-based and oil-based felt pens, and the like have been widely known. For example, in the case of a pencil, an eraser or the like utilizing a rubber adsorption action must be used, and in the case of a fountain pen, an ink eraser or the like utilizing a bleaching action must be used. Further, in the case of a felt pen, etc., when writing on a non-permeable surface such as glass or plastic, it can be erased by wiping with paper, cloth or the like containing a solvent that dissolves ink, but paper, When writing on a permeable surface such as a cloth, the ink penetrates into the surface, making it difficult to erase even with the use of a solvent. In such a case, the writing marks are concealed from above, for example, self-correction liquid, white correction Requires the use of tape. [0003] As described above, the conventional writing implement has the inconvenience that a dedicated member containing a solvent or the like must be used in erasing and correcting the writing marks. In recent years, there has been a strong demand for a writing instrument that can more easily perform erasing, correction, and the like. [0004] In particular , a so-called white plate marker used for a white plate uses ink obtained by suspending and stirring a powder pigment in alcohol, so that the writing mark becomes adhered only to the powder pigment after drying, and a white plate eraser, etc. Can be easily wiped off with a cloth. However, erasing by such wiping is limited to a white plate or the like having a non-permeable surface. In addition, the powder pigment scatters during wiping and contaminates the surroundings. There is also a problem that writing cannot be followed quickly, and uneven writing such as blurring occurs. Therefore, in view of such circumstances, the present inventors have accumulated research on various dyes and pigments. As a result, among the electron-donating coloring compounds known as dyes, certain compounds react with a specific developing compound, i.e., zinc salicylate to form a color from colorless to colored while adhering to water. As a result, it was possible to return from the color-developed state to a colorless state by losing the effect of the color-developing compound, and it was possible to determine that this colorless / color-developed change could be repeated .
Then, the specific coloring compound and the developing compound are converted into ethanol.
The above-mentioned problem, that is, a blurring or unevenness on a white plate, is caused by using a colored ink mixed in an anhydrous solvent containing
Etc. can be written clearly without generating
Erasing and correcting the written marks using the eraser, etc.
Clean up your business conveniently and without scattering powder
I was able to find out. That is, the present invention relates to a method of mixing a specific coloring compound and a developing compound in an anhydrous solvent containing ethanol.
As basic the use of the color ink agent, there is no occurrence of the powder during the
erase writing marks, safety, hygiene, or
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a writing instrument for white boards that is excellent in health and can be used for white boards . [0007] In order to achieve the above object, a writing instrument for a white plate of the present invention comprises 2- (4-dodecyloxy-3-methoxystyryl) quinoline, 3-cyclohexylamino-6-chloro. -Fluoran, 3-diethylaminobenzo [a] -fluoran, 3- (4-dimethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl) -3- (1-ethyl-2-
Methylindol-3-yl) -4-azaphthalide,
And 3,3-bis [4-diethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl] -4-Azafutari de, or Ranaru one or more electron-donating is selected from the group A coloration compound, an electron accepting developing a zinc salicylate A liquid colored ink prepared by mixing a color compound in an anhydrous solvent containing ethanol is contained in a container, and the colored ink is prepared by mixing the electron donating color compound and the electron accepting color. Not containing a non-volatile desensitizer that desensitizes the color reaction with the compound,
It is characterized in that writing on a white plate is enabled, and that the colored ink agent is decolorized with the application of water by a wiping operation using a water-containing white plate eraser, thereby enabling writing on the white plate again. The electron donating color compound selected from the group A develops from colorless to a color unique to each color forming compound by molecular contact with an electron accepting color developing compound which is zinc salicylate. . Therefore, a colored ink agent can be formed by mixing these. This ink agent loses the effect of the color developing compound due to the adhesion of water, and can change from a colored state to a colorless state. That is, the color of the ink agent is erased only by the adhesion of water, and the handwriting can be erased. In addition, since the effect of the color developing compound is lost by water, the decolored state is maintained even after drying, so that new writing can be performed on the decolored portion with the writing instrument, and correction and correction of characters etc. Can be conveniently performed. [0009] In addition, it is also possible to easily erase and clean the drip of clothes, walls, furniture, and the like, adhesion due to erroneous operations, dirt, and the like by adhering water . It should be noted that the writing trace in the erased state can be re-colored by, for example, application of the color-developing compound. Therefore, new use such as recording and storing important secrets in a colorless state by using the erased color is also performed. sell. Also, since the powder pigment is not scattered and is clean, and the sucking up to the pen tip is smooth, it is possible to prevent the handwriting from being blurred or uneven. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Whiteboard for writing instrument 1 in the figure, the container body 2, to name a Ferutopen like containing a color ink agent 3 of liquid. The container body 2 includes a pen-shaped cylindrical body 6 whose rear end is sealed by a bottom lid 5, a pen tip fitting 7 fitted to the front end thereof, and a cap for covering the pen tip fitting 7. Piece 9
And In the body 6, a cotton-like impregnated body 10 impregnated with the liquid colored ink agent 3 is covered and accommodated in a middle cylinder 11. The pen tip fitting 7 includes a pen tip core material 10 for taking out the color ink 3 and a pen tip holding piece 11 for holding the core material. A partition wall 11A that closes the opening at the front end, a flange 11B extending rearward from the periphery thereof and fitted to the body 6, and a cone-shaped core member 1 extending forward from the partition wall 11A.
0 is formed integrally with a holding portion 11C that holds the front end of the “0” with its tip protruding. The core material 10 is, for example, a felt material in which filaments are bundled.
And penetrates into the impregnating body 10 to suck out the colored ink agent 3 by capillary action or the like and to pen tip portion 10A at the tip end
The colored ink agent 3 can be taken out from the printer and written. The colored ink agent 3 is a low-viscosity liquid in which an electron-donating coloring compound and an electron-accepting developing compound are mixed in a water-free solvent containing ethanol. The above-mentioned electron donating color compound includes:
2- (4-dodecyloxy-3-methoxystyryl) quinoline, 3-cyclohexylamino-6-chloro-fluoran, 3-diethylaminobenzo [a] -fluoran, 3- (4-dimethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl)- 3- (1-ethyl-2-methylindole-3-
Il) -4-azaphthalid, 3,3-bis [4-diethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl] -4-azaphthalide of Group A can be used, and as a colored ink 3, 1 selected from Group A Use more than one species. FIG. 2 shows the chemical structural formula of "2- (4-dodecyloxy-3-methoxystyryl) quinoline", and FIG. 2 shows the chemical structural formula of "3-cyclohexylamino-6-chloro-fluoran". FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a chemical structural formula of “3-diethylaminobenzo [a] -fluoran”. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing “3- (4-dimethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl) -3- (1-ethyl). FIG. 5 shows the chemical structural formula of “-2-methylindol-3-yl) -4-azaphthalide”, and FIG. 5 shows the chemical formula of “3,3-bis [4-diethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl] -4-azaphthalide”. a diagram showing the structural formula is shown, respectively Re FIG Niso. As the electron accepting color developing compound, zinc salicylate is used. The mixture of the electron-donating color compound of Group A and the electron-accepting color developing compound which is zinc salicylate develops a color unique to each color-forming compound due to mutual molecular contact. When water is attached to the mixture, the mixture functions as if the water loses the developing compound, instantaneously changes the color development to colorless, and maintains a colorless (decolored) state even after the water is dried. Is done. Therefore, it is possible to newly write on the trace of decoloring using the ink agent 3. In addition, since the decoloring is performed by a function such as loss of the color developing compound in the ink agent 3, by writing a new anhydrous color developing solution containing the color developing compound after drying, the writing before the color erasing is performed. The trace is reproduced in color. As described above, the writing instrument 1 for a white board using the ink agent 3 can be erased by the adhesion of water, so that the writing marks can be erased and corrected extremely easily, and at the same time, the clothes,
It is also possible to easily clean letters and dirt adhered to walls and the like due to erroneous operations, and the handling thereof is convenient. Further, since no powder or the like is generated or scattered when the color is erased, the surrounding environment can be maintained clean. Further, since these are completely dissolved in a solvent in a liquid state, the suction by the core material 10 is smooth. , Can be written evenly and evenly. (Specific Examples) Table 1 shows specific examples of ink compositions using the electron donating color compound of the present invention. [Table 1] The inks of Examples 1 to 7 can be obtained by stirring the compounds shown in Table 1 with, for example, a stirrer for about 20 minutes. Further, it was confirmed that when water was attached to the character written with the colored ink, the color was quickly erased, and the cycle of (writing)-(decoloring with water)-(drying)-(writing) could be repeated. An anhydrous color developing solution was obtained by stirring 3 parts by weight of zinc salicylate in 68 parts by weight of dimethyl phthalate and 29 parts by weight of ethanol for about 20 minutes. When this was applied to the writing marks of the colored ink agent 3 decolored with the water, the color recurred immediately, and the writing marks ((decoloring with water)-(drying)-(recoloring with the developing solution)) It was confirmed that the cycle could be repeated. As described above, since the writing instrument for a white plate of the present invention is constituted , blurring, unevenness, and the like are generated on the white plate.
Together we can clearly written without, the writing trace, including
Water was because-out
in decoloration by adhesion of water made by whiteboard erasing tool, readily and powder correcting operation or the like of the characters and the like scattered
It can be performed cleanly without inviting . Also, only by decoloring with water
If applicable, apply anhydrous color developer containing zinc salicylate
Thus, it is possible to reproduce characters and the like that have been erased, and the range of use can be greatly expanded.
