[0002] With respect to skin cleansing agents, especially facial cleansers, it is necessary to not only wash off sebum and the like but also to wash away various cosmetics and the like. For this reason, those who have applied makeup cosmetics containing oils such as lipstick, foundation, mascara, eyeshadow, etc., have a cleansing cream that contains a large amount of oil that is easily compatible with the makeup cosmetics as the first step during face washing. , Cleansing oil,
Cleansing milk, cleansing gel, etc. After removing most makeup components using a facial cleanser for makeup removal, as a second step, soap and cleansing foam etc. are foamed and the skin is washed, and in the first step By washing off the residual oil of the makeup remover used together with sebum and dirt on the skin, a satisfactory feeling such as a refreshing feeling or a refreshing feeling was obtained. [0003] Two-stage washing is necessary because, when a makeup remover or the like containing a large amount of oil is used, the oil remaining on the skin even after rinsing with water or lukewarm water immediately after use. Is not sufficiently removed, and a refreshing feeling of washing cannot be obtained.Furthermore, a pigment covered with oil of a makeup cosmetic is used only with a skin cleanser used for foaming such as soap or cleansing foam. This is because colorants and the like cannot be sufficiently removed from the skin. On the other hand, in recent years, quickness and simplicity of the cosmetic action are being demanded, and a skin cleanser having both the effect of removing makeup with a single operation and the effect of washing the skin with a clear and refreshing feeling is desired. ing. As such a one-stage skin cleanser, for example, JP-A-63-1226
There is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. [0005] However, the conventionally known one-step makeup remover for washing only reduces the amount of oil remaining on the skin after rinsing, and is therefore less than soap. It was not possible to obtain the refreshing feeling and the satisfaction after washing the face, which can be obtained by washing the bare skin with foaming or cleansing foam. [0006] That is, it is desired to develop a cleaning agent that can remove makeup and foam at the same time as that, and can provide a refreshing feeling of bare skin washing. It must contain a large amount of oil and oily components. On the other hand, soaps that give bubbling and refreshing feelings such as soap and cleansing foam are basically ionic surfactants with high hydrophilicity. Because it is the main component, simply trying to obtain both effects by combining these components actually cancels each other's effects, almost not only making bubbles disappear, but also impairing the effect of removing makeup. At present, it was impossible to obtain satisfactory products. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a skin cleansing agent which is excellent in usability and feel and has a high cleansing effect. Means for Solving the Problems The inventors of the present invention have made intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, have found that a combination of polyoxyethylene monoester and a specific anionic surfactant can be used. The present inventors have found that a cleaning composition having a foaming function in addition to a make-up removing function and a refreshing feeling of bare skin washing can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed. That is, the aqueous method according to claim 1 of the present application.
Microphone cleanser includes a polyoxyethylene monoester represented by the general formalized 2, hydrophilic groups -COO - containing anion <br/> emissions surfactant is, the anionic surfactant is
Fatty acid soap, N-long chain acyl amino acid salt, alkyl ether
Tercarboxylates and alkyl hydroxyethers
It is at least one selected from borate . Embedded image RCOO— (C 2 H 4 O) n —H ( where R is an isostearyl group or an oleyl group , and n is 3)
It is an integer of ~ 14. In the present invention, the polyoxyethylene monoester is preferably polyoxyethylene monoisostearate and / or polyoxyethylene monooleate. Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the hydrophilic group of the anionic surfactant is —COO 2 — . Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail. The average degree of polymerization of ethylene oxide of the polyoxyethylene monoester having the basic structure shown in Chemical Formula 2 used in the present invention is 3 to 14, preferably 3 to 12. When the average degree of polymerization is lower than 3, foaming is insufficient, and when it is higher than 14, the effect of removing makeup is insufficient. In the above chemical formula 2, R is preferably an isostearyl group or an oleyl group in view of the fact that it is incorporated into an aqueous detergent composition and from the viewpoint of the makeup cleaning effect. . As the anionic surfactant used in conjunction with a polyoxyethylene monoester, can be generally employed anionic surfactant used as a cosmetic base, specifically, fat
Fatty acid soap, N-long chain acyl amino acid salt, alkyl ether
Carboxylate and alkyl hydroxy ether carboxylate
And counter ions such as alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, alkanolamines and ammonium. In particular , an anionic surfactant having a hydrophilic group of —COO 2 — is more effective from the viewpoint of a refreshing feeling. In the present invention, one or more of these anionic surfactants can be arbitrarily used. In the present invention, the mixing ratio of the polyoxyethylene monoester to the anionic surfactant is in the range of 2: 1 to 1: 8, preferably 1: 1 to 1: 8 by weight. The total blending amount of both is 1 to 8 in the total amount of the cleaning agent.
The range is 0% by weight. When the amount of the polyoxyethylene monoester is too large, the foaming is not sufficient, and when the amount of the anionic surfactant is too large, the makeup is not easily blended in, and a satisfactory result is obtained in any case. I can't. In the skin cleanser according to the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned essential components, if necessary, components generally used in cleansers, cosmetics and the like can be blended. These components include polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, 1,3-butanediol and propylene glycol, oils such as liquid paraffin and higher alcohols, cationic surfactants, thickeners, humectants, preservatives, and sterilizers. Agents, ultraviolet absorbers, chelating agents, antioxidants, fragrances and the like. As described above, the skin cleansing composition of the present invention comprises a lipstick, a foundation, and a polyoxyethylene monoester in the presence of an anionic surfactant.
Makeup cosmetics such as mascara and eyeshadow can be satisfactorily removed and foamed by adding water. EXAMPLES The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to only these examples. Prior to the examples, the evaluation method used in each example will be described. Makeup Removal Effect Test Method 2-Ethylhexyl paramethoxycinnamic acid was added to oily foundation as a marker. 1% included 0.
1 g was evenly applied to a 4 × 10 cm area on the inner side of the forearm, dried for 30 minutes, and then 0.5 g of the test sample was applied to the entire application area for about 20 seconds using a finger in the same manner as a normal makeup removing action. Then, it was rinsed without rubbing with tap water at 35 ° C. After drying, the foundation remaining in the coated part is eluted with 2 ml of ethanol using a glass cup having a diameter of 2 cm, and the amount of 2-ethylhexyl paramethoxycinnamic acid in the ethanol is measured from ultraviolet absorption (310 nm). By doing so, a makeup removing effect was obtained. The washing efficiency (%) = (A 2 -A O) / (A 1 -

400 ml of artificial hard water (70 ppm calcium carbonate), 40 g of a test sample and an oily foundation O. After adding 1 g, the volume of foam after stirring at 4500 rpm for 1 minute was measured. Evaluation ◎: foaming very good foam volume 1500m1 or more ○: foaming good foam volume 1200m1 or more △: foaming usually foam volume 800m1 or more ×: less than lathering bad foam volume 800m1 [0019] The functional expression test (of refreshing feeling after use evaluation) each A practical use test was performed by 20 specialized panelists on the presence or absence of refreshing feeling of the skin after face washing using the sample.
In addition, the evaluation method followed the following criteria. :: 15 or more of 20 specialized panelists recognized that there was a refreshing feeling. B: Eight or more of the 20 panelists recognized that there was a refreshing feeling. ×: 7 or less out of 20 panelists recognized that there was a refreshing feeling. [Table 1] As described above, polyoxyethylene monoester (polyoxyethylene monoisostearate) alone has a relatively good makeup removing effect, but tends to lack foaming properties and a refreshing feeling. Meanwhile, Ani
The on-active surfactant alone is excellent in foaming property and refreshing feeling, but lacks a makeup removing effect. And
In the coexistence system of polyoxyethylene monoester and anionic surfactant, the blending ratio is 2: 1 to 1 by weight.
1: 8, preferably 1: 1 to 1: 8, can exhibit both excellent makeup removing effect and usability.
