間隔的に立ち上げ、該各突片を上記チャンネル底部に溶
接すると共に、該突片中の一片を上記各チャンネル巻端
の端面付近の底部に溶接したことを特徴とする回転ロー
ルブラシ形成用コイルブラシ。

の底部に溶接すると共に、該突片中の一片の一側縁を上
記各チャンネルの巻端の端面と一致させ、他方上記チャ
ンネルの各巻端の端面をコイルブラシの同一母線上に配
置し、上記キー溝の中心線上に上記突片中の一片の一側
縁が存置するように構成したことを特徴とする回転ロー
ルブラシ形成用コイルブラシ。
