In this case, PP is used as a packaging film.
A film made of a material having a heat-adhesive property such as (polypropylene) is used to wrap the article to be packaged, and heat is applied at a predetermined folded portion to melt and adhere the portion to seal the portion.

Conventionally, as a means for opening the packaging film thus packaged, a so-called cut tape is generally inserted into the packaging film, and when the packaging film is opened, the cut tape is guided to tear and peel the packaging film. Is.

However, the conventional means for opening a packaging film as described above uses the former cut tape, but if the cut tape is not properly guided, breakage easily occurs, and the remaining cut tape remains. There is a problem that it is difficult to remove the film, and the latter that cut tape is difficult to understand the opening trigger part, and there are many things that are difficult to open unless you rub it with your nails many times, so never handle it It wasn't easy.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a packaging body in which an article to be packaged is wrapped with a packaging film, and a predetermined portion is adhered and sealed. A cut portion that serves as a trigger is provided, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive portion is changed stepwise so that the vicinity of the cut portion is weakest and the portion away from the cut portion is strong. Further, in the present invention, the film is heat-shrinked by applying heat so that the portion of the adhesive portion having weak adhesive strength is intentionally rolled up from the cut portion.

According to the package of the present invention as described above, the adhesive strength in the vicinity of the cut portion can be weakened so that the package can be easily opened from the cut portion. In particular, a part of the cut portion is rolled up. By opening the rolled-up portion, the opening can be performed more easily.

The article to be packaged is wrapped with this packaging film 1 and folded along the side surfaces 2, 3 and 4, and the folded portions are used as adhesive portions. That is, by applying heat to the folded portion, the film in this portion is melted and adhered, whereby a sealed state is obtained.

In the present embodiment, the unsealing means is provided at the adhesive portion 5 on the side surface 4 among the adhesive portions on the respective side surfaces 2, 3 and 4. The opening means will be described in detail. First, a part of the adhesive portion 5 is provided with a concave cut portion 6 that serves as a trigger for opening.

In this example, the cut portion 6 is provided at a portion near one end (left end) of the adhesive portion 5, and the packaging film 1 is peeled from the cut portion 6 at the time of opening, as will be described later. In the vicinity of the cut portion 6, an arrow mark indicating the opening direction and the character "OPEN" are printed.

Further, in the adhesive portion 5, the adhesive strength is changed at portions a, b and c shown in the figure. That is,
The portion a closest to the cut portion 6 (range of about 5 mm)
Has almost no adhesive force, the portion b (in the range of about 35 mm) gradually becomes weaker as the distance from the cut portion 6 becomes stronger, and the portion c is subjected to normal strong adhesion.

In this example, printing is used as a means for partially changing the adhesive strength of the adhesive portion 5. That is, in this example, since the PP film is heated and adhered, if printing is performed on this adhered surface (when ink is placed)
It becomes difficult to adhere, and the higher the density of this printing, the weaker the adhesive strength. Therefore, by utilizing this, in this example, 100% solid printing is performed on the adhesive surface of the portion a, and a mesh having a gradation of 60% → 0% from the side near the cut portion 6 is applied to the adhesive surface of the portion b. Dot printing is done respectively,
No printing is performed on the adhesive surface of the portion c. It should be noted that the printing of the adhesive portion 5 is performed at the same time as the design printing on the transparent film.

Due to the printing as described above, when heat is applied to this portion, the portion a is hardly adhered, and the portion b is gradually strongly adhered as the distance from the cut portion 6 increases, and the portion c is increased. Then it is completely bonded.

Further, by passing through a shrink tunnel in this heat treatment step, the portion a near the cut portion 6, that is, the portion which is hardly adhered, is rolled up from the cut portion 6 due to the heat shrinkability of the film as shown in FIG. It goes up.

Since a part of the adhesive portion 5 is rolled up in this manner, the rolled-up portion 7 can be easily picked up when opening. Then, by gripping the rolled-up portion 7 and pulling it in the direction of the arrow, since the adhesive portion following the rolled-up portion 7 is gradually bonded due to weak adhesive strength, it can be easily peeled off, resulting in a packaging film. 1 can be torn big and boldly, and can be opened smoothly with almost nothing left.

3 and 4 show a second embodiment. In this example, the notch 6 is used as the opening trigger.
Is provided in the central portion of the adhesive portion 5 on the side surface 4.

The characters "PEN" are printed.

Also in this example, the adhesive strength of the adhesive portion 5 is partially changed. That is, in this example, the portions indicated by d on both the left and right sides of the cut portion 6 (range of about 10 to 20 mm)
In the same manner as in the portion b of the first embodiment, halftone dot printing with gradations of 60% → 0% is symmetrically applied to the adhesive surface of the above. No printing is done on the part. Therefore, when heat is applied, the adhesive strength is weak on both sides of the cut portion 6,
Bonding is performed so that the adhesive strength gradually increases as the distance from the cut portion 6 increases.

As described above, in this example, since the adhesive strength on the left and right sides of the cut portion 6 is weak, it can be easily opened from here (in this example, the portions on both sides of the cut portion 6 are adhered although they are slight. Therefore, unlike the first embodiment, it does not curl up due to heating, but it can be easily peeled off by rubbing it once with a nail or the like, and the opening can be easily used as a trigger.

In this example, since the notch 6 is located at the center and can be opened in either the left or right direction, the remaining film is extremely small and the opening property is excellent.

Further, in both the first and second embodiments described above, since no cut tape is used, the appearance is good,

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned two embodiments and that various embodiments can be adopted.

As described above, in the package of the present invention, the adhesive strength of the adhesive portion is changed stepwise so that the adhesive strength is weakest in the vicinity of the cut portion and stronger in the portion away from the cut portion. At the time of opening, the film can be easily peeled from the cut portion, and the film can be opened satisfactorily with almost no breakage. In particular, in the present invention, since a part of the adhesive portion is intentionally rolled up from the cut portion, the rolled-up portion can be easily pinched at the time of opening, so that the unsealing property is further improved.
