第1吸引支持具の間に適宜の昇降手段により昇降するよ
うに設けた第1突き上げバーと、上記搬送路の中途に表
面を無接触にして大割液晶パネルを平面上で90度旋回
させるように設けた旋回装置と、上記搬送路の下流側に
上記大割液晶パネルの上側を走行方向に対して直角に横
切ると共に、適宜の昇降手段により単独昇降するように
設けた前後二本の第2折割バーと、この両第2折割バー

ように設けた前後二列の第2吸引支持具と、この第2吸
