(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 台船甲板の一周縁に沿って垂直ドレーン
材打込機を横行自在に装置し且つ長尺の通水性ある帯状
水平ドレーン材と垂直ドレーン材とを搭載したドレーン
材打込作業船を浚渫土・軟弱地盤の泥面に浮べ、同ドレ
ーン材打込作業船を船外の遠方位置に固定した複数のア
ンカーに係留ワイヤでもって係留し、同係留ワイヤをウ
インチ操作で引張・繰り出してドレーン材打込作業船を
移動できるようにし、まず同ドレーン材打込作業船を所
定打込位置まで動かして停船させ、垂直ドレーン材打込
機をその設置された甲板周縁に沿って打込位置の始端ま
で横行させて静止させ、その後垂直ドレーン材打込機を
作動させて下端にアンカー板を取付けた垂直ドレーン材
を浚渫土又は軟弱地盤中に深く打ち込み、垂直ドレーン
材を打ち込んだ後泥面上から突出した位置で垂直ドレー
ン材を切断し、その切断された未打込み側の垂直ドレー
ン材の下端にアンカー板を取付け、前記の垂直ドレーン
材の打込み作業から切断した未打込側垂直ドレーン材の
下端にアンカー板を取付ける作業までを作業に並行して
前に打込んで切断された打込み側の垂直ドレーン材の上
端部に水平ドレーン材を通水性があるように接続し、そ
の後に垂直ドレーン材打込機を甲板周縁に沿って水平ド
レーン材を引き出しながら次の左右の打ち込み位置まで
横行して静止させ、その後前記同様に垂直ドレーン材の
打込み・切断・アンカー板取付作業及び前の垂直ドレー
ン材の上端と水平ドレーン材との接続の作業を並行して
行い、その後同様に垂直ドレーン材打込機の横行・静止
作業の後の垂直ドレーン材の打込み・切断・アンカー板
取付作業及び水平ドレーン材との接続作業の平行作業を
行うことを繰り返すことで、甲板周縁に沿って水平ドレ
ーン材と接続された多数の垂直ドレーン材を一列に打ち
込んだ状態とし、その後に接続された水平ドレーン材を
切離して又は切離さないでドレーン材打込作業船をウイ
ンチ操作で次の打込列位置まで前進させて停船させ、そ
の後前記同様に垂直ドレーン材の打込み・切断・アンカ
ー板取付作業及びこの作業と並行しての水平ドレーン材
との接続作業を行った後に左右方向の次の打込み位置ま
での垂直ドレーン材打込み機の横行・静止を甲板周縁に
沿って繰り返し、この列の垂直ドレーン材打込みとこれ
と接続した水平ドレーン材の敷設を行ない、前記同様ド
レーン材打込作業船を次の打込み列位置まで前進させて
前記同様にドレーン材の打込と敷設を行うことを繰り返
して広い範囲の浚渫土・軟弱地盤に多数の垂直ドレーン
材とこれと接続された水平ドレーン材とを敷設していく
ことを特徴とする浚渫土・軟弱地盤のドレーン材打設施
工法。
1.
