Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a water washing / drying apparatus for removing dirt adhering to the surface of a work by washing it with water. 2. Description of the Related Art The inventors of the present invention carry out water washing of a work in an inner tank of a double tank composed of an inner tank and an outer tank arranged coaxially with a vertical center line. Has previously proposed a water washing / drying device for drying a work after water washing between an outer tank and an inner tank (Japanese Patent Application No. 5-21314).
No. 8). In this water washing / drying apparatus, the work is sufficiently brought into contact with the washing water by transporting the work in an ascending direction on a washing path spirally formed in a washing tank, which is an inner tank, so that the work is brought into contact with the washing water. After washing, draining is performed so that sufficient washing can be continuously performed. Also, by transferring the work on a spirally formed drying path in a drying tank formed between the inner tank and the outer tank, the work is continuously transferred in a drying tank having a relatively small volume. The work is allowed to stay for a relatively long time while being conveyed, so that the work can be sufficiently dried. In particular, in the drying tank, a long drying path is formed by providing a drying path for descent on the outer surface of the inner tank, and a drying path for ascending on the inner surface of the outer tank. The residence time in the space between them is lengthened to ensure sufficient drying. [0003] In the above-mentioned water washing / drying apparatus, the water is drained in the washing tank, and drying paths for lowering and ascending are provided to increase the processing time of the drying step. In this way, it is intended to perform sufficient drying.However, in the cleaning tank, the work is only drained after cleaning with the cleaning water. A problem arises that it cannot be performed.
In order to solve such a problem, in the earlier application, the cleaning water is collected near the surface of the cleaning water, the cleaning water is collected, the cleaning water is circulated, and the cleaning water is circulated and sprayed onto the work before draining to finish the work. A configuration for performing cleaning is described. However, in the above configuration, since the cleaning water near the surface of the cleaning water is collected and cleaned, dirt and the like deposited on the lower portion of the cleaning water, such as gold dust attached to the work, cannot be removed. A problem has arisen. In addition, although drying paths for lowering and ascending are provided, the drying path needs to be sufficiently long. As a result, a long time is required for the drying process, and the drying tank is sufficiently miniaturized. Is not reached. [0004] The present invention is a further improvement of the above-mentioned invention, in which the cleaning water can be kept more clean, and the cleaning water recovered from the cleaning tank is cleaned and then cleaned. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water washing / drying apparatus which can reduce the amount of wastewater discharged to the outside by using it, thereby reducing the influence on the environment, and further shortening the drying process to increase the productivity. In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a cleaning tank formed into a cylindrical shape having a vertical center line, into which cleaning water is introduced, and a cleaning tank. A drying tank surrounding the outer periphery of the tank and coaxially arranged integrally with the washing tank;
A vibrator that applies vertical and circumferential vibrations to the cleaning tank and the drying tank, and a work that is spirally provided along the inner surface of the cleaning tank and is supplied to the bottom of the cleaning tank by the vibration from the vibrator. A washing path that is conveyed toward a communication port that opens in the upper side wall of the cleaning tank, and a work that is spirally provided along the outer surface of the cleaning tank and passes through the communication port of the cleaning tank, is dried by vibration from a vibrator. A preliminary drying path for conveying toward the bottom of the drying tank , and a work provided in a spiral shape along the inner surface of the drying tank and supplied to the bottom of the drying tank. In a water washing / drying device provided with a drying path for conveying toward an outlet provided at an upper part, a draining path in which the upper part of the cleaning path is extended above the liquid level of the washing water, and a draining path disposed above the draining path. Finish shower that sprays cleaning water onto workpieces for finish cleaning When the wash water recovered from the bottom of the cleaning tank and the washing water circulation unit to supply the shower finish and cleaned,
An air shower that is disposed above the lower part of the preliminary drying path and that blows out air so as to blow off cleaning water attached to the work. According to the structure of the present invention, the cleaning water collected from the bottom of the cleaning tank is used as final cleaning water after being cleaned by the cleaning water circulation device. The waste can be collected, and the clean water in the cleaning tank can always be kept clean. In addition, since the washing water in the washing tank is circulated and used by the washing water circulation device, the amount of drainage to the outside is reduced, and as a result, the influence on the environment can be reduced. Furthermore, by providing an air shower that blows air to blow off the washing water attached to the work above the lower part of the preliminary drying path that conveys the work washed in the washing tank to the bottom of the drying tank, Since the cleaning water adhered to the work thus made can be blown off by air, the time required for the subsequent drying can be reduced, and the time required for the drying step can be greatly reduced as compared with the conventional configuration. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a first embodiment of the present invention.
A double tank having a bottomed cylindrical washing tank 1 and a bottomed cylindrical drying tank 2 coaxially arranged on the outer periphery of the washing tank 1 is used, and an upper peripheral wall of the washing tank 1 is used. A communication port 11 for communicating between the inside and the outside of the cleaning tank 1 is opened, and a spirally formed cleaning path 12 from the bottom to the communication port 11 is fixed to the inner surface of the cleaning tank 1. The cleaning path 12 has an outer end fixed to the inner surface of the cleaning tank 1 and supported in a cantilever manner, and a guard piece projecting upward from the inner end to be conveyed over the cleaning path 12 as described later. Work is prevented from falling. Cleaning water such as water or hot water is introduced into the cleaning tank 1, and a number of drain holes (not shown) are formed in the cleaning path 12 above the level of the cleaning water. In other words, a portion of the washing path 12 extending above the level of the washing water functions as the draining path 13. In addition, a finishing shower 14 that discharges cleaning water for finishing is provided above the liquid level of the cleaning water and above the cleaning path 12. A recovery port 15 is opened at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, and the cleaning water recovered from the recovery port 15 is introduced into the cleaning water circulation device 3 through a drain 16. The washing water circulation device 3 includes a tank 31 for storing washing water.
The cleaning water that has been cleaned is discharged through the finish shower 14. Therefore, the washing water circulates in a closed system, and there is no drainage to the outside, so that there is almost no effect on the environment. In addition, since the cleaning water collected from the lower portion of the cleaning tank 1 is cleaned and circulated by the filter 33, impurities mixed in the cleaning water are recovered, the cleaning water is kept clean, and accumulated at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. Debris of the work A can be collected. On the other hand, the upper peripheral wall of the drying tank 2 has an outlet 21.
A drying path 22 formed in a spiral shape from the bottom to the outlet 21 is fixed to the inner surface of the drying tank 2. A spiral pre-drying path 23 extending from the communication port 11 to the bottom of the drying tank 2 is fixed to the outer surface of the cleaning tank 1 in a space between the cleaning tank 1 and the drying tank 2. Like the cleaning path 12, the drying path 22 and the preliminary drying path 23 have one end fixed to the drying tank 2 or the cleaning tank 1 and supported in a cantilever manner, and a guard piece protruding from the other side end. Has become. The drying tank 2 is formed to have a larger height dimension than the cleaning tank 1, and the drying path 22 is formed sufficiently long. A double tank composed of a washing tank 1 and a drying tank 2 is mounted on a vibrator 4, so that the vibrator 4 applies a combined vibration in a circumferential direction and a vertical direction. ing. However, the bottom surface of the cleaning tank 1 is formed in a shape in which the central portion bulges upward, and the work A dropped from the chute 5 and thrown into the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 is vibrated by the vibrator 4. It is collected in the peripheral portion at the bottom of the washing tank 1 and
While being moved in the ascending direction along with the cleaning water. After the work A cleaned up by the washing path 12 is drained by the draining path 13, it passes through the communication port 11 and is introduced into the space between the washing tank 1 and the drying tank 2. Here, the work 5 descends on the preliminary drying path 23 to the bottom of the drying tank 2, and when reaching the bottom of the drying tank 2, moves to the drying path 22 and is transported so as to rise on the drying path 22. In this way, it is finally discharged to the outside of the drying tank 2 through the outlet 21. Incidentally, the drying path 22 is formed in the shape of a rectangular tube, and the internal space is vertically divided by a partition wall 24, and the partition wall 24 has a large number of through holes 25 formed therein. Two introduction pipes 26 for introducing hot air into the upper and lower spaces of the drying path 22 are provided above the drying path 22.
a and 26b are connected. Further, an outlet 27 for discharging hot air from the drying path 22 is opened in a lower peripheral wall of the drying path 22. Since the work A moves in the ascending direction on the partition wall 24, hot air passes above and below the work A, so that the work A is uniformly dried. Here, an air shower 28 is disposed above the lower part of the preliminary drying path 23 so that the cleaning water adhering to the work A is blown off by the air discharged from the air shower 28. Therefore, the work A after being washed and drained in the washing tank 1 is shaken off during the transportation in the preliminary drying path 23, and the washing water is finally blown off by air. The cleaning water blown off by the air is discharged to the outside of the drying tank 2 through the drain 29.
After the cleaning water is blown off in this manner, the work A
Is dried while being exposed to hot air in the drying path 22, so that the amount of heat required for drying is reduced, the energy required for drying can be reduced, and the time required for the drying step can be shortened. A hot air generator 6 for introducing hot air into the drying path 22 and a controller 7 for controlling the vibrator 4.
Is mounted on the anti-vibration skid 8 together with the vibrator 4 and the tank 31. Since the entire device described above is mounted on one anti-vibration skid 8, it can be handled collectively. become. That is, if the anti-vibration skid 8 is lifted using a hand lift or the like, the entire apparatus can be moved collectively. Further, since the device is mounted on the vibration isolating skid 8, the vibration exciter 4
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the vibration caused by the above from affecting other peripheral devices. According to the present invention, as described above, the cleaning water recovered from the bottom of the cleaning tank is used as cleaning water for final cleaning after being cleaned by the cleaning water circulating device. Scraps of workpieces to be collected can be collected,
There is an advantage that the clean water in the cleaning tank can always be kept clean. Moreover, since the washing water in the washing tank is circulated and used by the washing water circulation device, the amount of drainage to the outside is reduced, and as a result, the effect on the environment can be reduced. Furthermore, an air shower is provided above the lower part of the preliminary drying path that conveys the work that has been washed in the washing tank to the bottom of the drying tank so as to blow off the washing water attached to the work, so that the water is drained. The cleaning water adhering to the work which has been blown off can be blown off by air, and the time required for subsequent drying can be shortened, which has the advantage that the time required for the drying step can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional configuration. .
