より中心方向に突設する縁取り部を有する円形嵌合穴
と、 該嵌合穴に前面に設けた取付フランジまで収納され、該
嵌合孔を介して送気ダクトと連結するアウタケースと、 該アウタケースに回転自在に収納されて実質的に空気吹
出口を区画するインナケースと、 前記アウタケース外周面の取付フランジ対面位置に突設
し、弾性力に抗して径方向内方に変位する係止爪と、 前記円形嵌合穴の内周側に、前記突設した縁取り部と周
方向に隣接して、前記係止爪より大なる幅を有する切欠
き部とを具え、 前記係止爪を前記縁取り部と対面させた状態で、アウタ
ケースを嵌合穴に押込む事により、前記係止爪が前記縁
取り部により径方向内方に変位しながら通過すると共
に、通過時に弾性復帰して前記係止爪と取付フランジ間
で前記縁取り部を挟持し、 一方、前記係止爪と取付フランジ間で前記縁取り部を挟
持した状態でアウタケースを嵌合穴に所定角度回動する
事により前記係止爪が前記縁取り部から抜け出して切欠
部と対面し、アウタケースの嵌合穴よりの抜け出しを許
容可能に構成したことを特徴とするインストゥルパネル
の空気吹出口構造。
