減らすことができ、短時間で簡単に取付作業を完了する
ことができる。また軸筒に掛止片を設けて駆動傘歯車軸
の環状凹溝に弾性係止させるようにしたから、駆動傘歯
車のハウジングへの組付が極めて容易となる。第2の発
明では駆動傘歯車の外周面に形成した係止歯によりハウ
ジングから立設される撓み打音板が弾かれるようにして
クリック音を発生させるため、係止歯の1歯分の移動を
クリック音で確認でき精度の高い光軸調整を容易に行う
ことができる。また第3の発明では、駆動傘歯車は光軸
調整ねじにインサート成形されるため、駆動傘歯車の中
心ねじ孔と光軸調整ねじは隙間のない締緊状態となり、
ヘッドライトをガタなく緊密に固定でき、走行時の震動
によって光軸調整ねじが緩んで光軸がズレたり、フィラ
メント断線を生じることを的確に防止できる。また駆動
傘歯車はインサート成形したから、駆動傘歯車の中心ね
じ孔をタップ立てやねじ抜き成形によって形成する必要
がなく、工数を大幅に省略することができるので、コス
トダウンを図ることができる等種々の利点を有するもの
である。従って、本発明は従来の問題点を解決したヘッ
ドライトの光軸調整装置として業界の発展に寄与すると
ころ極めて大なものである。
