[0003] Driving wheels 7 and idle wheels 8 are arranged at the front and rear ends of the track frame 1, however, in order to facilitate the assembly of peripheral devices for these devices, these devices are included in the track frame 1. Various member receiving guides are joined. For example, an idler device 80 including an idle wheel 81, a tension yoke 82, an adjuster cylinder 83 and the like is arranged in the track frame 1 on the idler wheel 8 side as shown in FIG. For this purpose, a member receiving guide 3 as shown in FIG. 6 is joined to the inner surface of the track frame 1. Further, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the member receiving guide 3 are joined while being in contact with both the idler support plate 84 and the reinforcing plate 9 as shown in FIG.

By the way, it is needless to say that it is necessary to secure structural strength in the base frame of the traveling section 4, but for that purpose, the width and thickness dimensions of the track frame 1 and the car body 5 are required. And the choice of material is important. However, recently, the margin of the base frame itself has been reduced due to a demand for easy manufacturing.

On the other hand, the member receiving guide 3 in the track frame 1, such as the adjuster receiving guide, is used only when assembling the member, and is not considered at all as ensuring the structural strength of the base frame. Therefore, the plate thickness and width are also small. On the other hand, if there are a large number of such member receiving guides 3, the number of members to be joined in the frame of the traveling portion 4 will increase, and the number of manufacturing steps will increase, which does not fit the recent trend.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention relates to a joining structure of a member receiving guide joined to the inner surface of a track frame of a construction machine, wherein the joining position of the member receiving guide on the body side is changed. It is characterized in that the joint position of the car body leg portion joined to the outer surface on the body side is matched with the track frame interposed therebetween.

A conventional member receiving guide 3 as shown in FIG.
In the joint structure on the body side of the track frame 1, the joint position between the car body leg 2 and the member receiving guide 3 is far apart, so that the flow of force is not smooth, and the track frame 1 is critical due to stress concentration or the like. The stress in the portion a is increased, and the rigidity of the central portion therebetween is weakened.

On the other hand, in the structure of the present invention, the joining position of the member receiving guide 3 is matched with the joining position of the car body leg 2, so that the rigidity of the portion a is improved and the flow of force is smooth. As a result, the stress at that portion is reduced. That is, according to the structure of the present invention, the strength of the track frame can be secured only by improving the joining position,
In addition, the member receiving guide, which was not meaningful for securing the strength in the past, can be positively used as the reinforcing member. Of course, there is no need to change the plate thickness, width, etc. of the base frame itself of the running part, so that it follows the recent tendency to simplify the manufacturing process.

As described above, the conventional member receiving guide has a small thickness and width, so that a plate member having a thickness greater than that of the track frame plate is used as the member receiving guide in the present invention. If this is the case, the strength of the base frame of the traveling part, particularly the track frame, can be further secured. On the other hand, the weight is increased by that amount, but the member receiving guide is a member that is partially joined to a part of the track frame, and compared with the case where the size of the frame itself such as plate thickness and width is increased. If this is the case, the increase in weight can be greatly suppressed.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the receiving guide 3b is welded as a separate member to each of the inner surfaces of the track frame 1 on the body side and the outside of the body. The member receiving guide 3b of this example, which is welded to the inner surface of any of the truck frames 1, has both ends in the longitudinal direction at its both ends in the same manner as those shown in FIG. (Not shown). Also,
The receiving guide 3a of this embodiment also uses a steel plate having the same thickness as one track frame plate.

In the above embodiment, the receiving guides 3a, 3b
Is made to coincide with the welding position of the car body leg bottom plate 20, the rigidity of the corresponding track frame 1 is improved as compared with the conventional example in which the welding positions have a distance, and the Partial stress is reduced. That is, in these embodiments, the strength of the track frame 1 can be secured only by improving the welding position, and the receiving guide 3 which has not been meaningful for securing the strength in the past is actively used as a reinforcing member of the track frame 1. It can be used for. Moreover, as described above, the conventional receiving guide 3 has a small thickness and width, whereas the above-described embodiment uses a plate material having the same thickness as one track frame. Therefore, the strength of the track frame 1 is further improved in this respect. Although the weight increases as the thickness of the track becomes larger than before, the receiving guide 3 is a member that is partially joined to a part of the track frame 1, and the thickness of the frame itself is reduced. Compared to the case where the size such as the width is increased, the increase in weight can be greatly suppressed, and unnecessary increase in weight can be prevented.
