2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of packing, a one-touch type packing has been known as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-5833. This one-touch packing has a substantially cylindrical shape, and is used in a connection configuration in which one pipe is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the other pipe and connected. That is, for example, as shown in FIG. 11, when the drainage stack 21 is inserted into the connection port 22 of the drainage stack fitting to be connected, between the inner peripheral side of the connection port 22 and the outer peripheral side of the drainage stack 21. With this one-touch packing 20 interposed,
The one-touch packing 20 ensures the watertightness between the pipes 1 and 22, and the pipe can be connected in a reliable watertight state by a simple construction. Could be greatly improved.

However, the conventional one-touch packing 20 has the following problems. In other words, the positioning of the one-touch packing 20 in the related art is only such that the flange portion 20a integrally formed on the rear end side of the mounting is brought into contact with the end face of the connection port 22, and the flange portion 20a is the same as the packing body. Since the packing 20 is made of relatively soft rubber, the packing 20 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the connection port 22 in advance.
At the stage of inserting the tube 21 on the inner peripheral side of the tube, as a result of the deformation of the flange portion 20a along with the insertion operation of the tube 21, the packing 20 is easily detached from the end face of the receptacle and the packing 20 is easily pushed into the back together, For this reason, the worker has to insert the pipe 21 while preventing the displacement (push-in) of the packing 20, and the connection work of the pipe 21 is very troublesome.

[0004] In particular, when the pipe connection direction is a horizontal direction, for example, when connecting a horizontal branch pipe to a vertical pipe joint, one pipe (horizontal branch pipe) is usually initially inclined while the other pipe is inclined. The pipe is made to face the pipe (connecting port of the pipe joint), and then is inserted into the other pipe while gradually returning to the horizontal state. In this case, the weight of one pipe acts, so that the other pipe is used in advance. The displacement of the packing attached to the inner surface is particularly large. vice versa,
Once the pipe 21 has been connected, if the pipe 21 is to be pulled out of the connection port 22 for maintenance or the like, the packing 20 is also removed from the connection port 22 together, which makes the reconnection work troublesome. There was such a problem. The present invention, such conventional made in view of the problems, and an object thereof is to provide a tube connecting packings which can be firmly attached so as not to positional deviation from a predetermined position.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the above.
A packing for pipe connection having the configuration described in each claim was used.
According to the pipe connection packing according to the first aspect, since the deformation of the conventionally provided flange portion is suppressed by the reinforcing member, the packing is prevented from being displaced due to the insertion operation of one of the pipes. Pipe connection work is simplified. In addition, since the deformation of the flange portion is suppressed and the displacement of the packing is prevented, higher watertightness than before can be obtained. Further, since the reinforcing member also functions as a non-combustible annular cover, the positional displacement of the packing can be more reliably prevented as described above, and aging of the packing can be suppressed (improved durability). In addition, it is possible to prevent burning of the packing at the time of fire or the like, thereby preventing generation of harmful gas (improvement of nonflammability). Also, if the reinforcing member is
Since it is pre- attached by sheet molding , installation work of reinforcing members at the construction site (for example, curling bending work)
Need to perform is not name. This enhances the commercial value of the packing and thus the pipe to which the packing is attached, simplifies the pipe connection work, and eliminates the risk of losing the reinforcing member, facilitating parts management.

According to the pipe connecting packing of the second aspect, the other end of the pipe is mounted on the inner peripheral side of the pipe while the receiving end of the other pipe is sandwiched by the folded portion. For this reason,
At the stage of inserting one tube into its inner peripheral side after mounting, the packing is held more firmly with respect to the other tube than before by the folded portion sandwiching the receiving end of the other tube. Therefore, there is no displacement due to the insertion operation of one of the tubes, so that the operation of connecting the tubes is simplified. Further, since the displacement of the packing at the time of pipe connection is prevented, higher watertightness can be obtained as compared with the related art as described above. Further, since the deformation of the folded portion is prevented by the reinforcing member, the folded portion is more firmly inserted into the receiving end of the other tube, whereby the displacement of the packing with respect to the other tube is more reliably prevented. You.

Further, the reinforcing member is first formed by insert molding.
Since it is attached, it is not necessary to perform reinforcement member installation work (for example, curling bending work) at the construction site.
No. This enhances the commercial value of the packing and thus the pipe to which the packing is attached, simplifies the pipe connection work, and eliminates the risk of losing the reinforcing member, facilitating parts management. According to the packing of the third aspect , the reinforcing member is more firmly attached to the packing. It is conceivable to provide a small-diameter engagement hole, an engagement recess, an engagement claw, or the like as the engagement portion. According to these engagement portions, the packing
In the step of insert molding of the packing, the molding material (rubber) of the packing is insert-molded to these engaging portions, so that they are caught in the direction in which the packing comes off, whereby the reinforcing member comes off the packing. It is firmly fixed so that there is no.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packing 1 is made of rubber having a suitable elasticity, and is integrally formed into a substantially cylindrical shape having a gradually decreasing diameter at the mounting front end (the left end in the drawing). On the inner peripheral surface, two annular tongue-like pieces 1a, 1a are formed to protrude over the entire circumference. This packing 1
On the rear end side (the right end in the figure) of the mounting portion, a flange portion 2a projecting to the outer peripheral side is formed over the entire circumference. From the outer circumference of the flange portion 2a, a folded portion 2b extends over the entire circumference toward the mounting tip side. Is formed. The packing 1 thus formed is mounted along the inner surface of the receiving port 11a using, for example, a forceps-type jig. In the mounted state of the packing 1, the flange portion 2a is in contact with the end face of the receiving port 11a. In addition, the interval between the folded portion 2b and the packing body is slightly smaller than the wall thickness of the pipe 11 in consideration of the elasticity so that the folded portion 2b is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the receiving port 11a by its elasticity. Set to width.

For this reason, in the state of being attached to the pipe 11,
The flange portion 2a is brought into contact with the end face of the receiving port, and the folded portion 2b is elastically pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the receiving port 11a over the entire circumference.
a is elastically sandwiched. For this reason, after the packing 1 is mounted, when the pipe 12 is inserted into the inner peripheral side and connected to the pipe 11, the packing 1 is moved further deeper (to the left in the drawing) with the insertion operation of the pipe 12. The packing 1 is securely held at the initial mounting position without being pushed in, and as a result, the worker can insert the pipe 12 without worrying about the displacement of the packing 1, so that the piping work is easily performed. Will be able to do it. Further, the packing 1 is held at a predetermined mounting position without being displaced by the elastic sandwiching action of the folded portion 2b. Therefore, for example, when the pipe 12 is pulled out from the pipe 11 for maintenance, the packing 12 is removed together with the pulling-out operation of the pipe 12. The packing 1 does not come off the pipe 11. This saves time and effort for mounting the packing when connecting the pipe 12 again, and as a result, the maintainability is also improved.

Next, FIG. 2 shows an example in which the bent portion 2b is provided with engaging portions 2c to 2e for the outer peripheral surface of the tube 11. In the following description, the points that do not need to be changed are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The engaging portion 2c shown in FIG. 2 (A) is formed by forming a ridge having a rectangular cross section over the entire inner surface of the folded portion 2b, and the outer peripheral surface of the receptacle 11a corresponding to the engaging portion 2c. An engaging groove 11b having a rectangular cross section is formed over the entire circumference. By mounting the engagement portion 2c in a state of being fitted in the engagement groove 11b, the packing 1 is more firmly displaced in the pushing direction (mounting direction) and the pull-out direction in combination with the elastic sandwiching action of the folded portion 2b. Is prevented.
When a surface treatment such as painting is performed on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 11, it is desirable to perform a treatment such as masking so that the engaging groove 11b is not blocked by the paint.

FIG. 2B illustrates another form of the engaging portion 2d. The engagement portion 2d is formed in a saw blade shape inclined in a direction in which the packing 1 comes off (rightward in the figure).
According to the engaging portions 2d to 2d, the displacement in the disengagement direction due to an increase in the hooking resistance between the outer peripheral surface of the tube 11 and the disengaging direction is more reliably prevented in combination with the elastic pressing action of the folded portion 2b. The displacement of the packing 1 in the pushing direction and the removing direction is prevented. In this case, tube 1
No engagement means corresponding to the engagement groove 11b is provided on one side, but a plurality of linear engagement grooves are formed in the circumferential direction to prevent the engagement with the engagement portions 2d to 2d. May be further increased. FIG. 2C illustrates an example in which the engagement portions 2e to 2e having a semicircular cross section are formed instead of the engagement portions 2d to 2d. The position holding function of the packing 1 by the folded portion 2b is further ensured by the engagement portions 2e to 2e. In addition, in addition to each of the engaging portions 2c, 2d, and 2e shown in FIGS.
Engaging recesses 11e are formed on the inner surface of 1a, respectively. Even if the packing 1 is elastically fitted into the engaging recesses 11e, the displacement of the packing 1 in the removal direction is prevented. It has become.

In the case of the second related art , the reinforcing member 3 is made of metal and is formed in an annular shape having a substantially L-shaped cross section.
It is attached so as to straddle both outer surfaces of the flange portion 4a and the folded portion 4b and to cover the entire circumference. Attachment is performed after the packing 5 is attached to the inner surface side of the receiving port 11a, and the receiving port 11a is sandwiched by the folded portion 4b, and then the outer peripheral end 3a and the inner peripheral end 3b are attached.
Are fixed by curling around the entire circumference. Reinforcing member 3 attached in this way
According to this, since the deformation of the flange portion 4a and the folded portion 4b is prevented, the receptacle 11a by the folded portion 4b is prevented.
Is more firmly held, thereby preventing the packing 5 from being pushed in due to the insertion operation of the tube 12,
In addition, the gasket 5 can be more reliably prevented from falling off when the pipe 12 is pulled out. Further, since the reinforcing member 3 is made of metal and is attached so as to cover the outer surfaces of the flange portion 4a and the folded portion 4b over the entire circumference, and there is no visible portion of the packing body when the pipe 12 is connected, It is possible to suppress the aging of the packing 5 and to prevent burning of the packing 5 at the time of fire, thereby exhibiting a function of preventing generation of harmful gas.

The same operation and effect can be obtained even if the reinforcing member 3 is not made of metal but made of another noncombustible material, for example, ceramics. If it is not necessary to consider the burning of the packing 5, the reinforcing member 3 may be made of a synthetic resin instead of a non-combustible material. In addition, a reinforcing function for preventing deformation of the flange portion 4a and the folded portion 4b can be provided. Therefore, the reinforcing member 3 may be formed in a ring shape as described above and attached to a plurality of locations at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction, instead of being attached to the entire circumference of the flange portion 4a and the folded portion 4b. Well, even in this case, substantially the same reinforcement can be performed. Further, in the second related art exemplified above, the reinforcing member 3 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 11 by the packing 5 and then the flange portion 4 is attached.
Although the procedure of attaching the packing 5 to the pipe 11 has been described as an example of the procedure of attaching the packing 5 to the pipe 11, the procedure for attaching the packing 5 to the pipe 11 has been described above.

Next, FIG. 7 shows a state where the drainage stack 14 on the upstream side is inserted and connected to the stack connection 13 of the drain stack fitting 10 (see FIG. 3). In this case, the standpipe connection port 13 corresponds to the other pipe on the connection receiving side, and corresponds to one pipe into which the drainage standpipe 14 is inserted and connected. In this case, similarly, a substantially cylindrical packing 7 is interposed between the stack connection port 13 and the drain stack 14. The packing 7 is different from the packings 1 and 5 in that it has annular tongues 7b and 7b on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 7a. However, a flange portion 7c projecting to the outer peripheral side and a folded portion 7e projecting from the outer periphery of the flange portion 7c to the mounting tip side are formed all around the rear end side (upper end portion in the figure) of the mounting portion. Similarly, the annular reinforcing member 8 is curled around the entire outer surface of the folded portion 7e. At the mounting-side tip (the lower end in the figure) of the cylindrical main body 7a, a buffer 7d having a substantially U-shaped cross section is integrally formed over the entire circumference. On the other hand, a stopper edge 13a is formed to protrude in the inner part of the riser connection port 13, and the drainage riser 14 is abutted against the stopper edge 13a with the buffer portion 7d interposed therebetween. By connecting the drain stack 14 to the vertical connection port 13 of the drain stack fitting 10 by using the packing 7 having the buffer portion 7d, the vertical pipe 14 does not directly contact the stopper edge 13a. Elongation due to the thermal expansion of the tube 14 is allowed, and abnormal noise (shock sound) generated by direct contact can be prevented.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. This embodiment is different from the above-mentioned various embodiments in that the folded portions 2b and 4b for sandwiching the receiving port 11a of the other tube are not provided. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, only the flange portions 19a and 19b are formed to protrude over the entire circumference of the packing body 19e and 19f on the rear end side of the mounting, and the reinforcing members 19c and 19d are attached to the outer surfaces of the flange portions 19a and 19b. With this configuration, the deformation of the flange portions 19a, 19b abutting on the end face of the receiving port 11a of the other pipe 11 is suppressed by the reinforcing members 19c, 19d, so that the same operation and effect as described above are obtained. be able to. FIG. 8A shows a packing 19A having an arc-shaped flange portion 19a on the outer surface.
FIG. 8 (B) shows a flange portion 1 having a flat outer surface.

As shown in the figure, the packing 51 is fitted into a retaining recess 52 formed on the inner surface of the receptacle 11a on the body side of the packing 51 so as to prevent the packing 51 from coming off after being mounted. Retaining projection 51
d is formed. For this reason, at the stage of pushing the receiving port 11a, the retaining projection 51d is inserted into the receiving port 11a.
, The packing body is pushed toward the inner diameter side. If this is prevented by the shaft portion 50a, a large pushing resistance is generated, and smooth mounting cannot be performed. In this regard, the shaft 50a of the mounting jig 50 is formed with a concave portion 50c having an arc-shaped cross section over the entire circumference thereof, and the concave portion 50c allows partial deformation of the packing body toward the inner diameter side. Packing 5
1 can be mounted smoothly with a light pushing force. Moreover, when the mounting jig 50 is pulled out, as shown in FIG. 10 (C), the concave portion 50c is disengaged from the retaining projection 51d, so that the retaining projection 51d is pushed by the shaft portion 50a to form the receiving port 11a. The gasket 50 fits into the retaining concave portion 52, whereby the gasket 50 is securely retained. The reinforcing member 51b is formed with engaging holes 51e to 51e for preventing disengagement, similarly to the above-described reinforcing member 30. For this reason, the reinforcing member 51b is firmly attached to the packing body by the molding material (a part of the packing body) flowing into each of the engagement holes 51e to 51e during insert molding.

Next, although not shown, the procedure for mounting the screw-type packing 40 in the receiving port 11a and the mounting jig will be described. In this case, the flange of the mounting jig includes a flange 41 Guide pins are provided corresponding to the holes 42 to 42 and the holes 43a to 43a of the reinforcing member 43. The length of the guide pin is set to a length protruding through the holes 42 and 43a. Other than that, the same as the jig 50 is sufficient. The packing 40 is set on the mounting jig configured as described above. in this case,
Each guide pin is inserted through each of the holes 43 a to 43 a of the reinforcing member 43 and each of the holes 42 to 42 of the flange portion 41. Others are the same as the packing 51. After setting in this manner, the packing 40 and the jig portion of the mounting jig are pushed into the receiving port 11a in the same manner as described above. In this pushing step, each guide pin is aligned with the screw holes 44 to 44 arranged on the end face of the receiving port 11a, and if inserted as it is, each of the holes 43a to 43a of the reinforcing member 43 and each of the holes 42 to 43 of the flange 41 are formed. The flange portion 41 can be brought into contact with the end face of the receptacle 11a in a state where the 42 is aligned with the screw holes 44 to 44. After the pushing is completed, the mounting jig is pulled out, and then the screws 45 to 45 are inserted into the holes 43a and 42 and tightened into the screw holes 44, so that the packing 40 is brought into contact with the end face of the receiving port 11a. And, it is attached so that the reinforcing member 43 is covered on the outer surface of the flange portion 41.

In the illustrated procedure, the reinforcing member 43 is mounted at the same time as the packing. However, only the packing is first mounted on the receiving port 11a using a jig. ~ 45 may be tightened. Also, the two types of mounting jigs exemplified above are:
Even if it is a packing (packing 19A, 19B) of a type that does not have a folded portion and is not screwed, a packing that does not have a reinforcing member (packing 1) can be similarly applied, and further, there is no retaining projection 51d. A packing or a packing having a reinforcing member without the engaging hole 51e (engaging portion) can be used for the mounting work.
