Description
The present invention relates to a silicon structure, and more particularly to a silicon alignment sheet that is attached to an object.
Due to the disadvantages of using plasticized members, plans to prohibit logos or display words made of plasticized members on clothing in the Eurozone or other developed countries are being considered.
Silicon has a high stability and heat-setting property, and is not deformed or burned unless it is at an extremely high temperature. Therefore, forming a trademark or a display word with a silicon member is an alternative method. .
The method of forming a trademark or display word on a silicon member uses liquid silicon of various colors, uses micro injection technology, molds the required trademark or design on a high temperature resistant member, and cuts it through a heating baking process And it is made to fix to the surface of clothing by the method of sewing or sewing to cloth.
The biggest drawback of this type of method is that it cannot be produced in large quantities using a mold. Furthermore, since the production speed is slow, the production volume, cost and required man-hours are affected.
On the other hand, a method of directly bonding a silicon member to clothing can be considered, but the biggest problem at this time is that the silicon member is not solidified unless it is at a high temperature, but the high temperature adversely affects the fabric. Since the fabric is damaged by the high temperature process, it is not possible to form a trademark or various designs directly on the garment.
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the known art.
According to the present invention, a silicon alignment sheet that is attached to an object is provided. A heat-melting glue layer is attached below silicon, and the heat-melting glue layer has a two-layer structure including a high-temperature heat-melting glue layer and a low-temperature heat-melting glue layer. By using the high-temperature hot-melt glue layer, the hot-melt glue layer can be bonded to silicon, and by using the low-temperature hot-melt glue layer, the hot-melt glue layer can be bonded to an object such as a dough. This solves the technical problem that silicon cannot be bonded directly to the fabric.
In the present invention, silicon is used as a member, and various kinds of desired designs are formed on a mold, and then transferred to a fabric by a thermal transfer method. As a result, the entire production process is performed at high speed and the cost is low. Furthermore, the stability of the silicon member is extremely high. It will not deform unless it exceeds 250 degrees Celsius.
Furthermore, since it is not a thermoplastic material, its environmental impact is much less than that of conventional plasticized members. This is the main reason that the governments of various countries have accepted the silicon member as a member to replace the plasticizing member.
