て貼着固定すると共に該補強材のテープ部を該柱状構造
体に捲回してその周面に貼着固定することにより、上記
の目的を達成するようにした。該補強材は、引張強度が
コンクリートよりも大きい芳香族ポリアミド繊維等の補
強繊維をテープ状に編織し且つその長さ方向の中間部を
テープ幅よりも幅狭く編織してロッド状に樹脂により固
めたものが好ましい。
