Claims (1)
- モータの放熱構造であって、
前記モータは、筒状のハウジングを含み、前記ハウジング前端に設けられた回転軸の一端には、冷却ファンが固定され、前記モータが作動すると前記冷却ファンにより空気流が発生し、前記ハウジングの周壁面上の前記冷却ファンに隣接する箇所には、少なくとも1つの通風口が完全に貫通されて形成され、前記ハウジングの内部及び外部に空気流が発生し、前記ハウジングの外周面には、全周辺が***した導風カバーが嵌合され、前記導風カバーは、首部及び頭部を有し、前記首部の外端には、第1の開口部が形成され、前記頭部の外端には、第2の開口部が形成され、前記首部と前記頭部とが接続される箇所には、遮断面部が形成され、前記遮断面部は、口径が漸増しながら前記第2の開口部に至り、前記第2の開口部の口径は、円径Xを有する円形状であり、前記遮断面部の口径は、円径Zを有する円形状であり、前記遮断面部は、口径が漸増しながら前記第2の開口部に至り、前記導風カバーが漏斗形状に成形され、前記第2の開口部の円径Xは、前記第1の開口部の円径Y及び前記遮断面部の円径Zより大きく(即ち、X>Y、X>Z)、前記遮断面部の円径Zは、前記第1の開口部の円径Yに等しく(即ち、Z=Y)、前記導風カバーは、前記第1の開口部を介して前記筒状のハウジングの外周面に嵌合され、前記導風カバーの前記首部は、前記ハウジング上に嵌着され、前記導風カバーの前記頭部は、前記ハウジングの円周面に直接接触せずに前記ハウジングの前記通風口の上方に位置し、前記導風カバーの前記頭部と前記モータの前記ハウジングの周面とにより導風槽が画成され、前記遮断面部と前記第2の開口部とにより画成された前記導風槽内に前記通風口が位置し、前記導風槽内に空気流が全て集められ、前記通風口を介して空気流が前記モータの前記ハウジング内に進入し、前記モータ内の放熱効果を高めることを特徴とするモータの放熱構造。
