Description
The present invention relates to a cutting apparatus for cutting a concrete layer below a tile surface formed by attaching a plurality of tiles to a tunnel wall surface for repair.
In general, in tunnels, piers, buildings, and other structures that have concrete walls, concrete walls deteriorate and peel, and even rebars, due to vibrations during vehicle travel, the effects of acid rain, and alkali-aggregate reactions. Damage such as corrosion may occur.
And when these concrete walls deteriorate or peel off, or damage such as corrosion of reinforcing bars occurs, in order to repair the damaged parts, conventionally, the damaged concrete wall surfaces are partially suspended, and Remedial measures, such as applying a paint of a system or filling a mortar, are taken (see Patent Document 1).
By the way, in the case of a tunnel, the concrete that makes the tunnel is alkaline, and reacts with carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas of the vehicle to neutralize the concrete, and the neutralization proceeds from the concrete surface to the inside. In order to prevent such neutralization of the concrete, tiles are usually affixed to the concrete at least in the lower part of the tunnel, and the tiles may exceed the service life or be damaged. In this case, it is necessary to perform repair work to prevent the lower concrete layer from becoming neutral.
Thus, in order to prevent the neutralization of the concrete that constitutes the tunnel, construction must be performed in a state where the lane is closed and traffic of the vehicle is stopped, and efficient repair work is required. In the conventional method described above, it is necessary to peel off the tile to be repaired, install the formwork for applying paint or mortar on the concrete wall of the lower layer, and then apply mortar etc. to the formwork Therefore, in addition to the work of peeling the tile, multiple work such as the work of installing the formwork and the work of applying mortar etc. to the inside of the formwork are required, especially using a drilling drill for cutting concrete Therefore, there is a problem that the work efficiency is poor, and therefore, it is desired to realize an efficient repair work of the concrete layer under the tile in the tunnel.
This invention is made in view of the said subject, and it aims at providing the cutting device which can perform the repair work of the concrete layer of the tile lower layer in a tunnel efficiently.
In order to achieve the above object, a cutting device of the present invention is a cutting device that cuts a concrete layer below a tile surface formed by affixing a plurality of tiles to a tunnel wall surface for repair. A pallet-shaped base having a base portion placed on a pair of vertically movable forks of a forklift, and a placement portion laminated on the base portion via a plurality of anti-vibration rubbers, A plurality of rails installed in parallel on the mounting portion of the base; a plate-like base provided movably along each rail; and a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the base on the base A support base movably installed, a cutting means for cutting the concrete layer installed on the support base, and disposed on the pedestal to control the pressing amount of the support base to the concrete layer. A pressing control means; It is characterized in that it comprises a dust collecting means for collecting the cutting chips of the concrete layer which is cut by means.
According to such a configuration, the tile to be repaired is peeled from the tunnel wall surface to expose the lower concrete layer, and the cutting means placed on the gantry is placed near the concrete layer exposed by the forklift together with the base. The cutting means is pressed against the concrete layer by moving the support table in the direction of the exposed concrete layer, and the pressing control means holds the pressing amount of the cutting means against the concrete layer, for example, manually. The surface of the concrete layer is cut to a predetermined depth by cutting the concrete layer by the cutting means while moving the gantry along the rail.
Therefore, by moving the cutting means, the concrete layer can be cut at a predetermined depth, and the cutting work can be performed efficiently. Further, since the cutting waste of the concrete layer cut by the dust collecting means is collected, it is possible to prevent the cutting waste from being dispersed, and the subsequent large-scale cleaning work is unnecessary, which contributes to work efficiency.
Further, a movement control means for controlling movement of the gantry along the rails may be further provided, and the movement control means may move the gantry by a preset movement amount.
In this way, if the amount of movement of the gantry by the movement control means is set in advance, the concrete layer can be cut by the cutting means while automatically moving the gantry.
A plurality of cutting means; and a rotation control means for simultaneously rotating the cutting means to control the cutting means in the same direction, wherein the pressing control means includes the concrete layer of the cutting means. It may be controlled so that the pressing amount against is substantially uniform.
In this way, by providing a plurality of cutting means and controlling each cutting means in the same direction by the rotation control means, it becomes possible to cut a concrete layer over a large area at once, and the pressing amount of each cutting means is pressed. By uniformly controlling by the control means, a large-area concrete layer can be cut by a certain depth, and the efficiency of the cutting work can be further improved.
The cutting means may be provided so as to be separable from the gantry.
In this way, by attaching the separated cutting means to the attachment of a hydraulic excavator such as a backhoe, it is possible to cut a concrete layer having a curved surface at the upper part of the tunnel, for example.
According to this device, the concrete layer can be cut at a predetermined depth by the cutting means, and the repair work of the concrete layer under the tile in the tunnel can be efficiently performed. Moreover, since the scraps of the concrete layer cut by the dust collecting means are collected, it is possible to prevent the scraps from being dispersed and to eliminate the need for a large-scale cleaning operation later, and to further improve the work efficiency. it can.
An embodiment of a cutting device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the
A plurality (three in this embodiment) of H-

Further, the both
If the distance between the cutting teeth 10c in the front-rear direction is set to 500 mm and the amount of movement of the
Furthermore, two hydraulic pumps 12 and 12 are disposed at the right end portion on the
In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, a dust collection means (not shown) mounting hole 15 is formed in the dust-proof wall 10 d surrounding the cutting teeth 10 c of both
Next, a description will be given of the procedure for repairing a tile surface in which tiles are attached to a substantially vertical wall surface below the tunnel.
First, in place of the conventional excavation drill tile peeling and concrete cutting, for example, the arm tip of the
Then, the cutting teeth 10c of both cutting means 10 are rotated to start cutting the concrete layer C by a predetermined depth, and the
Next, when cutting by one horizontal movement is completed, the
At this time, if the distance between the cutting teeth 10c of both the cutting means 10 is 500 mm, if the predetermined horizontal stroke is set to 500 mm, cutting can be performed over a horizontal width of 1000 mm by one horizontal movement of the
Thereafter, in order to remove dust and dirt on the surface of the cut concrete layer C, the surface of the concrete layer C is cleaned by spraying high pressure water of 5 to 10 MPa, and water-based epoxy mortar is applied to the surface of the cleaned concrete layer C. Further, a tunnel interior coating agent such as a trade name Hypercerazex T is applied on the surface for finishing the surface, and the surface of the concrete layer C is protected in place of the tile.
Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, by moving both the cutting means 10 installed on the
In addition, scrapes with a width of several tiles are attached to the mini backhoe to scrape off the tiles to be repaired, so that the tiles can be removed more efficiently than when removing the tiles with a conventional drilling drill. Can be peeled off.
Furthermore, since the surface of the cut concrete layer C is finished by applying a water-based epoxy mortar and a tunnel interior coating agent such as the trade name Hypercerazex T to the surface of the concrete layer C, the concrete layer can be easily obtained without applying tiles as before. C neutralization can be prevented and work efficiency is good.
Moreover, since the cutting waste of the concrete layer C cut by the dust collecting means is collected, it is possible to prevent the cutting waste from being dispersed and to eliminate the need for a large-scale cleaning operation later, and to further improve the work efficiency. Can do.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications other than those described above can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case in which the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case of repairing the concrete layer C under the vertical tile surface formed by attaching the tile to the substantially vertical wall surface below the tunnel has been described, but as shown in FIG. When repairing the curved concrete layer at the upper part of the tunnel, the cutting means 10 is configured to be removable from the
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the surface of the cut concrete layer C is coated with a water-based epoxy mortar and a tunnel interior coating agent such as Hypercerazex T is described to finish the surface. Instead of applying the coating agent, the tile may be re-applied as before.
