In the state where the insertion of the terminal 3 is completed, as shown in FIG. 8, the resilience of the spring plate 12 to return to the original shape is caused by the lower surface of the distal end of the spring plate 12 and the bottom surface 6b of the concave groove 6. 8 abuts on the bottom surface of the fitting portion 8 and the bottom surface of the concave hole 5 and the point a shown in FIG. 8 where the protruding portion 12b and the upper surface 6c of the concave groove 6 abut. Acts on the point C shown in FIG.
The terminal 3 is firmly inserted and supported in the concave hole 5 at the three points of point A, point B and point C.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the spring plate protruding forward from the fitting portion of the terminal to the recess of the housing is formed on the side wall of the recess. By inserting the spring plate inside, the lower end position of the terminal is regulated by contacting the lower end of the spring plate, the bottom surface of the concave groove, and the projecting portion of the upper surface of the spring plate with the upper surface of the concave groove, and the downward position of the terminal is regulated. The terminal is pressed downward by bending, and the upward position of the terminal is regulated, so that the vertical dimension of the leg, that is, the exposed dimension is stabilized.

1. A plurality of plug insertion holes arranged in a plurality of rows at regular intervals in a front width direction and a plurality of terminal fitting recesses arranged in a plurality of rows at regular intervals in a rear width direction. Are formed in communication with each other, a pair of two contact portions protruding forward from the center fitting portion and disposed opposite to each other, and a connecting leg portion projecting rearward from the fitting portion. A connector having a fitting portion and a contact portion of the terminal fitted in a concave hole of the housing, the legs of which are soldered to a printed circuit board fixed to the housing. The terminal has an inclined surface that is slightly curved downward from one side of the central fitting portion and protrudes forward, and that has an inclined surface that inclines upward from the tip to the base and a protruding portion at the inclined surface rising end. A spring plate provided with spring properties in the direction The terminal is pushed into the concave groove formed in the side wall of the housing concave hole against the spring property, and the terminal is inserted into the concave hole, the lower end of the spring plate, the projecting portion, the lower end of the fitting portion. A connector configured to be fitted and fixed by three-point support.
