顔料などの有機顔料を多く含むことが特徴である。これ
らのメーキャップ化粧料は、皮脂や汗あるいはほかの化
粧料の油分などによって、よれたり流れたりの化粧くず
れを生じる。特に夏季の高温多湿条件下の化粧くずれ
は、女性共通の悩みとして改良が望まれていた。また、
近年ではメ―キャップ化粧料の使用範囲が広がり、従来
はあまりメークをすることの少なかったスポ―ツ時や、
夏の海辺にてもメ―クをすることが日常化してきてい
る。スポーツメ―クやサマーメークと呼ばれるこれらの
メーキャップ化粧料には、従来のもの以上に耐水性、耐
汗性および耐油性が要求される。これらの耐水性や耐汗
性等を向上させたメーキャップ化粧料として、高分子量
のジメチルポリシロキサンや高分子量のメチルフェニル
ポリシロキサンを配合する技術が知られている(特開昭
63−183516号公報)。しかしながら、この場合
にも化粧もちの点で十分に満足できるものではなかっ
た。一方、化粧下地はメーキャップ化粧料ののりをよく
したり、仕上がりをきれいにする目的で使用されるが、
メーキャップ化粧料の化粧もちを考慮しているものは少
ない。本発明者等は、このような事情に鑑み、化粧くず
れ防止効果に優れたメーキャップ化粧料を得ることを目
的に鋭意研究を行った結果、特定のアミノ変性またはア
ンモニア変性高分子シリコーンを配合したならば、のび
がよく、さっぱりとした使用感を有し、かつ化粧くずれ
防止効果の良好なメーキャップ化粧料が得られることを
見い出し、この知見に基づいて本発明を完成するに至っ
た。
