Abstract

【課題】 本考案は、楽しく遊びながらバランス感覚を養い、足腰を鍛え、且つ健康の増進にも役立てることを目的とする。
【解決手段】 人が半開脚して乗れる適当な大きさの板（以後、乗り板と称する）の下面の重心部に、円錐状又は半球状の頂点を下向きにした、ゴム又は軟質プラスチックを素材とする支点を一つ設け、全方向不安定な状態にし、乗り板の下面の縁が床（地面）に着かないようにバランスを取りながら乗る。

乗り板の平面形状は、円形・多角形・不定形等自由であり、素材も人が乗って壊れない程度の強度を有するものであれば、木材・プラスチック・金属等自由である。
