Description

The present invention relates to a stock for mounting articles used for transporting or storing heavy objects such as sheet metal stacks and metal sheet coils, and more particularly to a lightweight, durable, sanitary, and cleanable object capable of loading heavy objects. Rootstock with excellent properties.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, wooden rootstocks are generally used as rootstocks for loading heavy objects such as thin metal sheets such as iron and aluminum and metal sheet coils. Conventionally, cardboard paper or carton paper has been used as a protection plate for protecting an article placed on an article loaded on a stock. Wooden rootstocks are easily worn and wood chips may adhere to the load. For example, when the loaded article is a stacked body such as an aluminum sheet or a steel sheet for manufacturing a food can, if wood chips adhere to the article, it may be mixed into a production line, and this must be avoided. In addition, wooden materials may be absorbed by rain or moisture to generate mold and unpleasant odor, and they are not suitable for loading goods that lack cleanability and require hygiene, and have a short service life. It generates waste and is unsatisfactory in terms of protecting the environment and wood resources. Also, in order to impart corrosion resistance to natural wood, preservation and termite treatment are required, but this is not applicable depending on the loaded articles. Further, during long-term storage, expansion and contraction occurs due to moisture absorption and drying, and a dimension correction operation is required, and maintenance is troublesome. In addition, since pine tar is generated from knots of wood, knots must be avoided in the manufacture of rootstocks.

To solve these problems, metal rootstocks may be used instead of wooden rootstocks, but metal rootstocks themselves are heavy and inconvenient to handle, and are loaded against impact. There is a problem that the article is easily scratched and expensive. Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, a combination of a metal structural material and a synthetic resin structural material, or a composite rootstock constituted by coating a metal structural material with a synthetic resin has been conventionally proposed. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). Furthermore, a pallet made of long fiber reinforced plastic formed by injection molding using long fiber reinforced resin pellets using a thermoplastic resin containing a polystyrene resin as a matrix resin is provided (Patent Document 3).
Japanese Patent Publication No. 3340854 JP-A-48-97250 JP-A-8-282664

The proposed composite rootstock is less likely to generate garbage and dust and is less likely to generate mold, so it is excellent in hygiene and is advantageous for loading and transporting heavy goods in the food field where hygiene is required. However, since it is a composite with a synthetic resin, there are drawbacks that the manufacturing process is complicated and cost is high, and the durability is generally lacking as compared with the case of using a metal and a simple substance. Further, in the conventional stock, when an article is placed and tightened together with the stock using a tightening band, the tightening band is easily displaced and it is difficult to accurately tighten at a fixed position. The material disclosed in Patent Document 3 is a material that satisfies the above requirements in terms of hygiene and the like, but is not practical for a stock for small-quantity multi-product production because it is integrally molded by injection molding.

Therefore, the present invention is durable, is less liable to generate dust and mold, is excellent in hygiene, and is also friendly to loaded articles, in place of conventional wooden rootstocks or composite rootstocks of metal and synthetic resin. In addition, the object is to provide a stock that can be produced inexpensively even in a small quantity and variety by processing and assembling it in the same way as wood, not using integral molding, even though it is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. And

The stock according to the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problem is a stock made of a combination of a leg material serving as a ground contact surface and a top plate serving as an article mounting surface, wherein both the leg material and the top plate are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The top plate is fixed to the leg material, and a tightening band through hole is formed in a surface of the leg material facing the top plate.

As the glass fiber reinforced plastic foam, a glass long fiber reinforced urethane resin foam is suitable.

According to the rootstock of the present invention, it is hard to generate garbage and mold, has excellent hygiene, has no hygroscopicity, does not expand and contract due to moisture absorption and drying, has excellent dimensional stability, and can be easily washed and durable when dirty. It is easy to tighten the load with the tightening band, and the tightening band can be accurately and stably tightened without shifting. Further, it has a strength equal to or higher than that of natural wood, hardly changes in strength, is excellent in processability, and can be manufactured at low cost. Further, according to the invention of claim 2, the glass fiber reinforced plastic foam of the invention is light, strong, does not corrode, can be cut and nailed like wood, and has excellent workability. In addition, since the long plate constituting the leg material and the top plate can be separately formed and assembled together, large and small rootstocks having the above characteristics can be obtained relatively inexpensively.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a stock according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof.
The stock 1 according to the present embodiment is composed of a combination of a leg material 2 and a top plate 3, and in the embodiment shown in the figure, is composed of two leg materials and three long plate-like top plates. The dimensions and the number of the leg members and the top plate are not limited thereto, and differ depending on the size and weight of the loaded articles. Both the leg member 2 and the top plate 3 are formed of a glass fiber reinforced plastic foam. Although any plastic material can be used as the plastic foam, a urethane resin foam is preferable because it is lightweight and has excellent workability. The specific gravity of the glass fiber reinforced urethane resin foam used in the present embodiment is 0.4 to 0.7, and the specific gravity of ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) is 1.7 to 2.1 or hard. Compared with the specific gravity of vinyl chloride of 1.47, it is particularly lightweight and easy to handle.

As shown in FIG. 4, the leg member 2 is formed of a rectangular cross-section material, and a tightening band through hole 5 having a predetermined width is formed on the top surface thereof across the width direction, and is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material as described above. It is integrally molded. Thereby, when the article is placed on the stock and tightened by the tightening band 10 as shown in FIG. 5B, the article can be tightened through the tightening band 10 between the top plate 3 and the bottom surface. ing. The end recesses 6 formed on the upper surfaces of both ends of the leg member 2 are formed to secure a space for inserting a contact plate or the like between the leg member 2 and the top plate.

The top plate 3 is formed of a flat plate having an appropriate width, and is integrally formed of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material of the same quality as the leg material 2. In the present embodiment, the top plate is continuously arranged so as to cover the entire top surface as shown in FIG. 1, but it is not always necessary to provide the top plate continuously, and there is a gap between the top plates 3. May be arranged. When assembling the leg member 2 and the top plate 3 separately formed as described above, they may be fixed only by nailing like wood, but it is desirable to fix both together with an adhesive.

A large stock with a horizontal and vertical plane area of 770 mm x 850 mm is molded from glass long fiber reinforced hard urethane resin foam, two legs with a length of 770 mm, a width of 60 mm, and a thickness of 60 mm, a length of 850 mm, a width of 385 mm, and a thickness. It was manufactured using two 20 mm top plates. The joining of each material was performed by using a nail and an adhesive together. The stock thus produced weighed 9.1 kg. A stack of metal plates weighing 1,000 kg was loaded on the stock, covered with a protective plate, and stacked in a state of being tightened by a tightening band, and subjected to a load resistance test. As a result, it was confirmed that it could be used.

The stock according to the present invention can be used not only as a stock for transporting heavy goods or for stacking and storage, but also as a stock for transporting lightweight goods or as a stock for stacking and storing. Used as a stock for transporting low-temperature articles or high-temperature articles, or for stacking and storing.
