【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、ネットやシートをハンドバック状に形成したゴミ散乱防止ネットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ゴミ収集場所に置かれたゴミ袋を、ネットやシートで覆って重りを置いたり、重り付きのシートで覆ったり、又、ゴミ袋を囲ったりしてカラスその他の動物がゴミを食い散らかすのを防ごうとした。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
基本的にゴミ袋を地面に置き、その上にシートやネットをかぶせる方法は、重りを置いてもカラスなどはネットの端をくちばしで引張って重りを動かし、容易に袋を引張り出すことができる。カラス等が容易に動かせない程の重りを利用すれは収集する人たちの負担も増し、収集された後重りが道路に転がって、お年よりや、自転車、車などが接触する危険性もある。又、ゴミを囲う方法は、カラスが上から入れるとわかった時点でその効果はなくなる。従って被せたり囲ったりではなく、袋状にしたものの中にスッポリ入れてしまうことにより、前述の欠点を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、最初から完成した形に出来れば最良だがそれが無理であれば、丈夫なネットやビニールシート等を長方形と襠の形の３つの部分に裁断し、本体となる長方形を２つに折り、折られた側を下に開口部を上にして左右の両端に襠を付ける。ハンドバッグ状になったネットの開口部が上、左右が襠の状態で、塀、フェンス、樹木等に取り付ける奥の面を裏面、手前の開閉する側を手前面とする。上部の開口している本体の裏面と手前面の端をそれぞれ中に棒を通すことが出来るように始末する。襠の上の部分の端は２個ぐらいタックを取る。棒を通せるように始末した端に本体の巾より長い園芸用の棒を通し、裏面の棒のみ本体からはみ出した左右両端にＳ字フックを一つづつ取り付ける。又、ロープも左右２本棒に結び、取り付ける個所の状態に合わせて長さを調節し、どこにでも取り付け可能にする。

【考案の実施の形態】
取り付けた後、手前面を開いてゴミ袋を入れたら、手前面の棒の端を裏面の棒に取り付けたフックにかける。この時襠の部分を内側に押し込むようにする。ゴミ収集の人は手前面をフックからはずして地面に置き、ゴミ袋を全部取りだし、空になったら手前面の棒をフックにかけるだけで良い。

【実施例】
以下、添付図面に従って実施例を説明する。
本体となる１は長方形に裁断し、短い方の２辺に棒やロープを通すために、輪になるように折りたたみ縫い止める。２，３は、長方形の長いほうの２辺に付ける襠で、１の中心線のところに２，３の中心が来るようにする。曲線ｂｃは直線ａｂより短く、３分の２ぐらいが適当と思われる。

上図の襠２，３の形の作り方で、広がりは６０度が適当である。下の部分を円くカットする。左矢印のようにカットは必ずしも円くしなくても良い。ｄ，ｅはタックを取る個所である。右矢印のようにたたんだらしっかり止める。

本体に襠２枚をつけ、輪にした端にそれぞれ棒あるいはロープを通し、ネットを付けるためのロープ、フックを図の位置に取り付ける。ｆ，ｇ，ｈは使用していない時、上にたくし上げたい時にフックにかけるための輪にしたロープである。

ゴミ袋を入れて手前の棒を奥の裏面のフックにかける。

収集員がゴミ袋を取り出すために、手前面の棒をフックからはずし地面に置く。

【考案の効果】
上述の様に、本考案のゴミ散乱防止ネットは、ゴミ袋を出すときの手間が格段に省ける上、収集する人もゴミ袋を容易に取り出すことが出来、その上カラス等の動物に荒らされる事もなく、従って道路上にゴミが散乱することを防ぐことが出来る。
