【産業上の利用分野】
家庭から排出される生ゴミは、定められた収集日に地域のゴミ集積場に出しますが、これをカラスや犬猫に食い散かされたり、又、強風によりゴミ袋が路上に転げ出してゴミが散乱し、その後始末に大変な思いをする事があります、その様な被害を防ぐために色々な取組がなされていますが、これと言った良い方法が無いのが実態です、本考案は集積されたゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、風で飛散するのを防止すると共に、集積されたゴミが道を占拠して歩行や自転車の走行に障害を来す事のないように、ゴミ袋を効率良く集積します、又、ゴミを持参する地域の人が使いやすく、さらに、ゴミを回収する業者の方々にも余計な苦労をさせないで、スムーズに作業を進めて行く事が出来る、ゴミ飛散防止用具を目的にしています。

【従来の方法】
従来では集積されたゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、風でゴミ袋が飛散するのを防ぐために、ゴミ集積ボックスの設置やネットを被せる等の対策が取られていました。
しかし、集積ボックスはゴミ袋の出し入れが大変で回収する業者の方が苦労します、最近ではゴミの分別が義務づけられゴミの出し方も複雑になっている事もあり、益々回収作業が大変なことから、ゴミ集積ボックスを撤去するように指導する町村が増えています、一方、集積したゴミ袋にネットを被せる方法では、その都度ネットを被せたり剥したりしなければならず、ゴミ回収後もネットを片付なければなりませんでした、又、ゴミ集積に要する場所の面積がゴミの量に比例して広くなり、歩行の妨げになったり放置されたネットが自転車に絡まり転倒した例もあります、

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
考案が解決しようとする課題を整理すると次の４項目にまとめることができる。

▲２▼従来ではゴミの量が増大すると共に、より大きなネットが必要となり、合わせて集積面積も広くなり歩道をふさいだり、交通の障害を来したので、少ない面積で効率良くゴミ袋を集積したい。

▲３▼従来のネットでは掛け損じると、ネットの裾からゴミ袋がは見出す事がありました、その部分から鳥獣がゴミ袋を引き出して食い散かすため、せっかくのネットがその用をはたさないことがあった。

▲４▼近年ゴミの分別が義務付けられ分別方法がより複雑になっている事から、回収する業者の負担が大きくなっています、従来のネットではゴミを回収した後、ネットの片付けをせねばならず、業者に余計な労力をかけさせていた、
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成する為に，本考案の鳥獣よけバスケットは、図１で示すように長方形に裁断したネット（１）を、二つに折り畳み、ネットの両端をつなぎ合せました。
つなぎ合せたネット上部の縁の部分には強いゴム紐（３）を通して、図２で示す女性のスカートの形状に似た、底のないバスケットを形成します、バスケットは、図３，で示すように支柱（６）に吊り下げられる形で固定され、鳥獣よけバスケットとして機能します、ゴミ袋を持参して来た人が、バスケットの中にゴミ袋を入れやすくするためには、バスケットの入り口が常に一定の幅で開いていることが望ましい事から、ゴム紐（３）の二箇所の部分に棟木（２）を設けて、常にバスケットの入り口が開くようにしました。さらにバスケットの底からゴミ袋がはみ出すことのないように、ネット（１）の下部に、重しの役目をする太めのロープ（５）を設けた。
【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の鳥獣よけバスケットは，図３で示すように街路樹等を支柱として利用しながら、ビニール紐（４）を強く張って、バスケットを吊り下げて固定します。
バスケットの入り口の部分には強いゴム紐（３）が設けられていますから、バスケットを固定するビニール紐（４）は常にピーンと張った状態を保ちます，ゴム紐（３）には棟木（２）を設けましたので、バスケットの入り口は棟木（２）の長さに合わせて、常に一定の幅で開いています、利用者は軽くゴム紐（３）を手前にひいて入り口を広げると、ゴミ袋はたやすくバスケットの中に入れる事ができるのです。
ゴミ袋が次々と入れられるとバスケットの側面は膨らみますが、ゴミ集積に要する面積は殆ど変わらず、効率良くゴミ袋を集積する事ができるのです。又、バスケットの底の部分は地面に触れる程度の高さに調整することにより、ネット（１）の裾の部分に設けられたロープ（５）が、ゴミ袋で押さえ付けられますから、ゴミ袋がバスケットの底から外にはみ出すことはありません、生ゴミが鳥獣に食い散かされたり、ゴミ袋が風で飛散することは完璧に防ぐ事ができるのです。バスケットに集積されたゴミ袋はやがて回収業者の手で取り出されます、この時、ネットの裾の部分を軽くまくり上げる事により、ゴミ袋を簡単にバスケット内から取り出すことができます、
