Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. The cleaning tank 2 is formed by a bottomed cylindrical body having an open upper surface, and a work discharge passage 3 formed by a plate provided with a number of small holes for draining liquid such as punching metal on the inner peripheral surface thereof. It is provided overhanging. The work unloading passage 3 is provided spirally from the bottom to the upper end of the cleaning tank 2, and the upper end of the work unloading passage 3 is connected to the work unloading unit 4.
And a carry-out port 10 is provided. A work input shooter 11 is provided at the center of the cleaning tank 2 surrounded by the work carry-out passage 3, and a tray 24 at the upper end thereof is provided.
Are arranged above the washing tank 2 and the lower end thereof is arranged at the bottom of the washing tank 2. An overflow pipe 12 is attached to the bottom of the washing tank 2 so as to penetrate the inside and outside of the washing tank 2, and the overflow pipe 12 is connected to a reserve tank 16. A discharge tray 13 is provided at the center of the washing tank 2 above the overflow pipe 12, and a discharge port 14 of the discharge tray 13 is inserted into an upper portion of the overflow pipe 12. Is provided with a heat exchange pipe 15 for cooling. Cleaning tank 2
An outlet 17 formed at the bottom of the pump has a pump 18 and a filter 19
Is connected to the inflow pipe 21 disposed such that the tip is located at the bottom of the washing tank 2. The cleaning tank 2 formed as described above is installed on the vibrator 5 so that vibration is given by the vibrator 5. The vibrator 5 is formed by providing a movable base 23 vibrated by the vibration source on an upper part of a main body 22 having a built-in vibration source formed by an electromagnetic coil or the like. Is installed to vibrate the washing tank 2. In the cleaning apparatus formed as described above, the workpieces to be cleaned such as spring parts are sequentially and continuously fed by a feeder 25 formed by a conveyor or the like.
The workpieces are supplied to the receiving tray 24 of the cleaning tank 2 and the workpieces are sequentially and sequentially loaded into the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 by the workpiece loading shooter 11. On the other hand, an organic solvent such as chlorofluorocarbon, trichloroethylene, and trichloroethane is supplied as a cleaning liquid 1 into the cleaning tank 2. It is preferable to use trichloroethane because chlorofluorocarbon has become a social problem on a worldwide scale and trichloroethylene has a toxicity problem. You can wash it. Then, when the cleaning tank 2 is vibrated by the vibrator 5, the work jumps up, and the work can be satisfactorily brought into contact with the cleaning liquid 1, and the work can be effectively degreased and cleaned by the same principle as that of ultrasonic cleaning. Also, when the cleaning tank 2 is vibrated and the work is flipped up in this manner, the work is gradually pushed up from the lower end of the spiral work carrying corridor 3 from the lower end thereof and rises on the same principle as the parts feeder. Eventually, it automatically reaches the work unloading section 4 and unloads
Unloaded from 10. By vibrating the cleaning tank 2 in this manner, the cleaned work can be continuously raised from the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 along the work unloading corridor 3 and automatically unloaded from the work unloading section 4. As a result, the work can be efficiently cleaned by continuous work instead of batch work, and the cleaning can be automated without manual labor. Further, when the work gradually rises above the work carrying passage 3, the work is subjected to the cleaning action in a state where the work is immersed in the cleaning liquid 1. However, when the work moves upward from the liquid level of the cleaning liquid, the work is carried out. Since the drying operation is performed on the passage 3, the drying is performed for a long time on the work carrying-out passage 3, so that the cleaning liquid 1 is prevented from being taken out together with the work. In the above-described cleaning apparatus, the cleaning liquid 1 in the cleaning tank 2 is constantly circulated by a pump 18 through a circulation pipe 20, and in this circulation, a foreign substance is removed by filtering through a filter 19. The cleaning liquid 1 overflowing the upper end of the overflow pipe 12 flows to the reserve tank 16. Further, the cleaning liquid 1 evaporated in the cleaning tank 2 is cooled by the heat exchange pipe 15, liquefied, received by the discharge tray 13, passed through the discharge port 14, and transferred from the oher flow pipe 12 to the reserve tank 16. It is so. The inside of the reserve tank 16 is divided into two chambers by a partition weir 26, and a heat exchange pipe 30 for cooling is provided in one chamber 16a. Then, of the washing liquid 1 that has flowed into the reserve tank 16, the supernatant liquid that has passed through the partition weir 26 from one chamber 16a to the other chamber 16b is distilled by a pump 27.
Is transferred to A heater 29 is provided in the lower part of the still 28, and a heat exchange pipe for cooling is provided in the upper part of the still 28.
31 are provided. Under the heat exchange pipe 31 is a collection dish
A liquid collecting tray 32 is connected to a reserve tank 34 by an advection pipe 33. The cleaning liquid 1 transferred to the distillation device 28 as described above is subjected to a distillation action of being vaporized by heating by the heater 29 and liquefied by cooling by the heat exchange pipe 31 to distill oils and fats dissolved in the cleaning liquid 1. Container 28
Is transferred from the liquid collecting tray 32 to the reserve tank 34 while remaining in the bottom of the tank. The inside of the reserve tank 34 is partitioned into two chambers by a partition weir 35, and one chamber 34a has a heat exchange pipe 3 for cooling.
6 are provided. When the cleaning liquid 1 distilled and purified by the distillation apparatus 28 is transferred to the reserve tank 34, the cleaning liquid 1 is returned from one chamber 34a to the other chamber 34b through the partition weir 35 and returned. Cleaning tank 2 by pipe 37
Will be returned to As described above, the cleaning liquid 1 in the cleaning tank 2 is returned to the cleaning tank 2 in a state where the cleaning liquid 1 is distilled by the distiller 28 in a purified state, so that the cleaning performance of the cleaning liquid 1 in the cleaning tank 2 is maintained at a high level. Can be performed. Note that a cooling device 3 is provided in each of the heat exchange pipes 15, 30, 31, and 36.
From 8, cold water 39 is supplied. Cooling device 38
Is formed with a cooling tank 40 for storing cold water 39, and a cooling unit 41 for circulating and cooling water in the cooling tank 40, and the cold water 39 in the cooling tank 40 is pumped by a pump 42. is supplied to each heat exchange pipe 15,30,31,36 (symbol S 1, S 2, indicated by S 3), also cold water 3 which has passed through the respective heat exchange pipe 15,30,31,36
9 is returned to the cooling bath 40 (indicated by symbols R 1 , R 2 , R 3 ).
In FIG. 2, 43 is a pipe for cold water, 44 is a filter replacement port, 45 is a Freon supply / discharge port, and 46 is an operation box.

As described above, according to the present invention, the work tank is supplied with a cleaning liquid at the bottom, and the work transfer corridor is spirally formed along the inner periphery of the work tank from the bottom of the wash tank to the work discharge section at the top of the wash tank. The vibrator is provided to raise the work to be cleaned supplied to the bottom of the cleaning tank along the upper surface of the work transfer corridor by applying vibration to the cleaning tank. The work can be lifted from the bottom of the washing tank along the spiral work take-out corridor in the same principle as the parts feeder, and the work can be automatically and continuously carried out from the work take-out part.
The cleaning of the work can be efficiently performed not by a batch operation but by a continuous operation, and the cleaning can be automated without requiring any labor for unloading.
In addition, the vibration of the cleaning tank by the vibrator can enhance the cleaning effect of the work in the same manner as the ultrasonic cleaning. Moreover, a pump for circulating the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank and a filter for filtering the cleaning liquid during this circulation are provided.
Since a distilling unit is provided to return the cleaning liquid purified by distilling the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank to the cleaning tank, foreign matter generated by cleaning the work to be cleaned in the cleaning tank is circulated by the pump. In addition to being able to remove the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank by washing the work to be cleaned in the cleaning tank, oils and fats dissolved in the cleaning liquid can be removed by distillation using a still. The workpiece to be cleaned can be cleaned with a high cleaning ability while maintaining the cleaning state. Further, a reserve tank for transferring the supernatant liquid, which has been formed with the partition weir and has been discharged from the washing tank, over the partition weir to the still, and a cleaning tank formed with the partition weir and transferred from the still. Since a reserve tank for returning the supernatant liquid that has passed through the partition weir to the washing tank is provided, only the supernatant liquid of the washing liquid discharged from the washing tank can be sent from the reserve tank to the still and distilled. Only the supernatant liquid of the cleaning liquid distilled by the still can be returned from the reserve tank to the cleaning tank and used for cleaning, and the work to be cleaned can be cleaned with a highly-cleaned cleaning liquid with high cleaning performance. Can be done.
