１８（固定具）が、前記切欠部１２を介してボス部材１
３の嵌合孔１１に側方からスライド式にネック部１７を
組付けられ、前記樹脂クリップ１８の固定基部１４が前
記取付孔４に室内Ａ側から圧入されて固定されることに
よって、カーペット２の端部がトリム７により車体１側

３を取付孔４に圧入固定した際に前記リブ２４がカーペ
ット２の開口部３全周を車体１側に押圧し得るように構

を車体側に押圧し得るよう構成したことを特徴とする内
