(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 高圧出力端子が取付けられた高圧コード
接続部を備えたつば板部を一端に有する1次ボビンと、
前記1次ボビンに巻回された1次コイルと、2次ボビン
と、該2次ボビンに巻回された2次コイルとを備え、前
記2次コイルの一端が前記高圧出力端子に電気的に接続
されている内燃機関用点火コイルにおいて、 前記1次コイルの端末部に直接または該1次コイルの一
部をなすコイル部分を介してつながる接点部が前記1次
ボビンの他端側に設けられ、 前記2次ボビンの一端に高圧側中継端子金具が取り付け
られて該高圧側中継端子金具に前記2次コイルの一端が
接続され、 前記2次ボビンの他端に低圧側中継端子金具が取り付け
られて該低圧側中継端子金具に前記2次コイルの他端が
接続され、 前記2次ボビンの内側に前記1次ボビンが挿入されて、
前記高圧出力端子及び接点部がそれぞれ前記高圧側中継
端子金具及び低圧側中継端子金具に接触させられている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関用点火コイル。

する接点部形成工程と、 一端に高圧側中継端子金具を備え、他端に低圧側中継端
子金具を備えた2次ボビンを用いて、一端が前記高圧側
中継端子金具に接続され、他端が前記低圧側中継端子金
具に接続された2次コイルを該2次ボビンに巻回する2
次コイル巻回工程と、 前記2次ボビンの内側に前記1次ボビンを挿入して、前
記高圧出力端子及び接点部をそれぞれ前記高圧側中継端
子金具及び低圧側中継端子金具に接触させるコイル組立
工程とを行うことを特徴とする内燃機関用点火コイルの
製造方法。
