2. Description of the Related Art A conventional construction method in the case of excavating a road to perform pipeline construction for gas, water, sewage, telephone, or the like will be described. As shown in FIG. 66, a road is excavated to a required depth. Later, a pipeline is provided, and immediately thereafter, the earth and sand are backfilled and a certain amount of gravel is laid thereon. After rolling the upper surface b of the backfill portion a, on the rolled upper surface b, Construct temporary paving c with asphalt to a thickness of about 5 cm,
Until the roadbed was settled by natural compaction (about 1 to 3 months), it was left on this temporary pavement state, and then the restoration work was underway. In order to perform this restoration work, first, the temporary pavement portion was wound up by using an excavating machine and the like, and waste material treatment was performed. Thereafter, when the upper surface was lowered by natural rolling and the temporary pavement portion was removed. Was replenished to the upper surface b with the amount of gravel taken out of the area, and the restoration work had been started.

[0004] In performing temporary paving work,
Not only did a large amount of asphalt material be required, but also various pavement machines had to be introduced, and a lot of construction time was required. Prior to the restoration, the temporary pavement had to be removed. For this purpose, it was necessary to introduce a required excavating machine and take up the temporary pavement with much trouble. Then, the waste material had to be transported to a predetermined treatment plant. In addition, a certain amount of gravel is taken out at the same time as the temporary pavement is rolled up, so not only the amount of gravel that the upper surface of the backfill part has dropped due to natural compaction but also the amount of gravel Also needed to be replenished. For this reason, the conventional construction not only has a problem of increasing the construction cost of the temporary pavement construction, but also causes a waste of resources.

[0005] In pipeline construction, it is said that temporary paving must be performed immediately after excavation of the road to open the traffic. However, temporary paving requires a lot of labor and time as described above. In reality, there were cases where immediate construction was not possible, and it could not be said that ensuring traffic safety was perfect.

[0006] Asphalt to be supplied to the roadbed for temporary paving must have its surface temperature set to 60 ° C to 80 ° C for the subsequent temporary paving work. When the surface temperature is reduced to about half, the asphalt hardens and becomes lump, and there is a problem that the quality of the temporary pavement is reduced.

[0007] When moving to the construction of the main restoration, the excavating machine required for removing the temporary pavement and the paving machine required for the main restoration are to be deployed at the same site, so that it becomes a hindrance to the traffic or the neighboring private house is damaged. It was supposed to cause discomfort.

[0008] If there is no nearby disposal site for waste materials generated when the temporary pavement is removed, it is necessary to temporarily place this waste material in a temporary storage site and transport it to the processing site again after the completion of construction. However, it was difficult to secure sufficient space for temporary storage.

As one means for solving such a problem, a single long plate having a large area made of a rubber mat, a resin plate, an iron plate, or the like is laid on the upper surface b of the backfill portion. It is not inconceivable to do. However, laying only such a single plate-shaped plate body has irregularities on the upper surface b, and when the vehicle runs on the upper surface b, the plate body is partially supported by the upper surface b. The upper surface b is likely to be in a state, and therefore, there are many portions floating from the upper surface b, and it is difficult to impart a good rolling action to the upper surface b. Therefore, the means for laying such a long plate can hardly be said to be a substitute for the conventional temporary pavement.

Now, assuming that the vehicle travels on the rubber mat 7, the load of the tire T (vehicle load) is received by the flat upper surface 11 of the pressing member, so that each time the vehicle travels, each pressing member receives a load. The pressing surface 9 hits the upper surface 5 in a hammer shape, whereby the upper surface 5 is rolled. Since this pressing force allows the adjacent pressing members to bend within a certain range, the pressed pressing member does not significantly affect the other pressing members and the upper surface 5
Adaptation to the unevenness of the land, and natural compression will be performed without difficulty.

The mat-type compacted body according to the present embodiment can be used for roadways and sidewalks. FIG. 19 shows a case where the pressing surface 9 of each pressing member is hammer-shaped each time the automobile runs by receiving the load of the tire T (vehicle load) on the flat upper surface 11 of the pressing member. Then, the upper surface 5 of the backfill portion is hit, whereby the upper surface 5 is rolled. Since this pressing force allows the pressing members to bend within a certain range, the pressed pressing member does not significantly relate to other pressing members, and can adapt to the unevenness of the upper surface of the backfill portion, and it is reasonable. Natural compaction will be performed.

FIGS. 23 and 24 show a mat-type compacting body 1 which can cope with a case where the excavated portion curves in accordance with a road curve. In the case where the whole is formed of a rubber material, for example, as shown in FIG. The lengths of the sides 51 and 52 located at both ends of the backfill portion when viewed in the width direction are different. In addition, the mat-shaped compacted body for curve construction in which the lengths of both end sides are different as described above can also be configured as a mat-shaped compacted body in which pressing members are arranged in parallel.
In this case, the inclination angle θ1 (FIG. 24) of the inclined side 53 with respect to the width direction of the mat is preferably set to, for example, 10 degrees to 30 degrees. Further, even if the extension direction of the pressing portion 42 and the pressing member 2 is the width direction of the mat-shaped compacted body as shown by a dashed line in FIG. May be the length direction. As shown in FIG. 24, in order to facilitate fitting of the mat-type compaction body into the concave portion of the curved back-filling portion, the long end 51 is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the mat-like compaction body. It is good to incline slightly inward. The inclination angle θ2 is preferably set to, for example, about 5 degrees. FIGS. 25 to 27 are plan views showing another embodiment of the mat-shaped compacted body 1 corresponding to a curve.

50 to 51 and FIGS. 52 to 53,
The end portion 106 of the concave groove 67d is located slightly inward from the outer edge 105 and the inner edge 104 of the mat-shaped compaction body. This is because, even in the case of a large size, the inner and outer edge portions on the lower surface side are protected to prevent the mat-shaped compacted body from tearing due to the presence of the groove. In the case where the weight of the mat-type compaction body is small, such a risk is small. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 54, the end 106 of the groove 67d is opened at the outer surface of the mat-like compaction body 1a. May be.

The present invention has the following excellent effects. 1) In the mat-type compacted body according to the present invention, the pressing members (or pressing portions) are arranged in parallel in a substantially parallel state, and adjacent pressing members (or pressing portions) can be bent within a certain range. It is connected as follows. Alternatively, a large number of concave portions are arranged at intervals on the lower surface side of a plate-shaped body made of a rubber material, and a pressing portion is formed between adjacent concave portions. Therefore, when a vehicle load or the like is applied on the upper surface of the mat-shaped compacted body, the pressing members (or the pressing portions) can be flexibly bent in conformity with the unevenness of the upper surface of the backfill portion, and the conventional asphalt temporary It is possible to form a flexible traffic surface similar to that of the pavement surface, so that each pressing member finely rolls the upper surface, and a good natural rolling effect can be obtained.

2) After leaving the mat-type compacted body laid for a required number of days, the mat-shaped compacted body is removed.
The restoration work can be started immediately. And these removal work does not need to introduce a special excavation machine etc. as in the removal of the temporary pavement with the conventional asphalt,
Also, there is no need to treat waste materials. From the above, according to the present invention, the work efficiency up to the main restoration work can be remarkably improved, and the construction time can be shortened, so that the road can be opened earlier.

5) When the adjacent pressing members can be slightly displaced in the longitudinal direction thereof, the adjacent pressing members can be slightly displaced in the longitudinal direction, thereby making the mat-like roll. It is also possible to lay the pressure body on top of the curved backfill. In particular, when using a special mat-shaped compacted body in which the lengths of the sides located at both ends of the backfill portion when viewed in the width direction are different, the ends in the length direction are brought into contact with each other. By making them close to each other, it is possible to easily cope with curve construction.

8) In the temporary restoration method for roads according to the present invention, when a net is laid on the compacted surface after rolling the upper surface of the backfill portion, the unevenness of the upper surface of the backfill portion is leveled by the net. Therefore, it is possible to achieve good familiarity with the lower surface of the mat-type compacted body. Thereby, a rolling action can be applied to the upper surface in a uniform state. In addition, since the net also functions as an anti-slip material, it is possible to prevent the mat-shaped compacts from being displaced from each other at the connecting portions of the mat-shaped compacts, thereby preventing a gap from being formed at the connecting portion.

9) In the temporary restoration method for roads according to the present invention, a rubber mat is placed on the upper surface of the laid mat-type compacting body, so that even when a gap is formed between the pressing members, a stable flat surface can be obtained. A typical traffic surface can be formed. Therefore, stability during running of a car or walking of a person can be ensured, and since the load can be dispersed through the rubber mat, the rolling effect can be improved.

11) When both sides of the rubber mat ride on the upper surface of the road, the rubber mat is fixed to the road surface using a stopper as shown in FIG. 8, or the rubber mat is installed in an excavated portion of the road. In the case where the rubber mat is formed to have such a width that it can be fitted, the rubber mat is fastened to the mat-shaped pressing body by using a stopper pin as shown in FIG. After being independently carried into the construction site, the two can be easily combined and fixed in the site work. Therefore, as compared with a case where the mat-like compacted body and the rubber mat are integrated in advance and are carried into the construction site, the weight of the carried-in material can be reduced, and the handleability can be improved. In addition, since the mat-type compacted body and the rubber mat can be carried independently, the size of the rubber mat is not restricted by the size of the mat-shaped compacted body, and a rubber mat larger than the mat-shaped compacted body is used. It can contribute to the improvement of construction efficiency due to the laying of rubber mats.

12) In particular, by setting the width of the rubber mat so as not to be larger than the width of the excavated portion of the road, the entire rubber mat can be fitted into the excavated portion of the road. Therefore, even when the central portion of the mat-type compacted body sinks relatively large under the load of the vehicle, the rubber mat sinks in the excavated portion as it is, so that the inconvenience that the edge portion of the rubber mat warps can be avoided. As shown in FIG. 41, if both side portions of the rubber mat are placed on the upper surface of the road, when the center portion of the rubber mat sinks relatively largely, as shown by a chain line in FIG. It is not preferable because it may warp and cause obstacles to traffic, but there is an advantage that such inconvenience can be solved.
